Parents in the Anchorage school district were shocked to learn that copies of the U.S. Constitution and Declaration of Independence were slapped with non-endorsement labels. Here’s the districts response. MJ Thim, a spokesperson for the district, said in an email Monday that the sticker was erroneously placed on the booklets. Thim said the stickers are meant to differentiate between “official district information” and materials provided by outside organizations.
