Right now, 19 states allow the criminals to apply and be granted drivers licenses. A license to kill. California and Illinois granted CDL’S to undocumented even though it was a federal offence. Well guess what states illegals with a CDL had who crashed and could not speak English but had a CDL license.
Commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs): English proficiency is required everywhere. Even in states that issue standard licenses to undocumented immigrants, they cannot legally issue CDLs to non‑English speakers.
