U.S. will sell more than $11 billion in arms to Taiwan.
If approved by Congress, it would be the largest U.S. weapons package to Taiwan, exceeding the $8.4 billion total sold during the Biden administration. The eight sales agreements include 82 high-mobility artillery rocket systems, and 420 Army Tactical Missile Systems—similar to weapons the U.S. has provided Ukraine—along with military software, Javelin and TOW missiles, and repair kits and parts for helicopters and Harpoon missiles.
China by far is a greater threat than Russia.
