Heads rolling at the Hampton?
For those who don’t know how major hotels work, most are not owned directly by corporate. They are independents or franchised. That’s the case in Minneapolis. This hotel is independently owned and operated. But there are certain standards they must follow. People don’t see the independents sign outside. The see the corporate brand. In this case The Hampton Inn. A part of Hilton. Below is corporates response to those folks who cancelled the reservations.

This hotel is independently owned and operated, and the actions referenced are not reflective of Hilton values,” the spokesperson said. “We are investigating this matter with this individual hotel, and can confirm that Hilton works with governments, law enforcement and community leaders around the world to ensure our properties are open and inviting to everyone.”
The spokesperson later reached out to FOX Business to reiterate that the Hampton Inn is independently owned and operated and that its actions do not reflect Hilton values.
