So, NY has a gifted program for kindergarten students that are above average. The smartest and the brightest. Mamdani has argued that early testing for gifted students contributes to inequities in the school system. Translation. Not fair that you have smart kids so let’s make the playing field even and lump them all together.
Like California that caters to the poor, uneducated, and undocumented, we city NY under Mamdani following that same path.
