We don’t have an undocumented program, we have a program with illegals with no papers. Simple solution is that in order to qualify for any social program, a person must prove they’re here legally. If you want Medicare, Medicaid, Snap, or any other program where the freebies are dished out, you must show us proof that you belong.
Same goes for the states. For any federal dollars, states must give access to their voter rolls, and Medicaid rolls.
