No Virginia, criminals don’t buy their guns legally or follow the law.
Folks on the left seem to think that criminals go to gun stores and but their guns legally and follow all the gun laws. They don’t.
Another fallacy is that they are law abiding citizens. There’s a reason they are called criminals. They don’t obey the laws.
According to the ATF,
- Only 10% are purchased legally from retail outlets, and 2% from gun shows or flea markets.
