‘Almost Everything You Stated There Was Factually Incorrect’: Witness to Rep. Raskin at House Election Integrity Hearing

Raskin caught lying . Again. Claims all investigation into Joe and Hunter was dropped. Actually what happened was that the US Attorney gave it to Barr who passed it on to the Investigation being done by the US Attorney in Delaware. Here’s what the US Attorney out of Pittsburgh said about Raskin’s comments.
Brady was asked about Raskin’s characterization of his team’s work, he described it as “not true.” He added that he and his team found there to be sufficient “indicia of credibility in this 1023 to pass it on to an office that had a predicated grand jury investigation.”
He said, “I think they were very concerned about any information sharing with our office,” and noted that “it was regularly a challenge to interact with the investigative team from Delaware.”
Doing what he does best. Lies. Dr. Anthony Fauci (C) speaks as US President Donald Trump listens during a press conference on COVID-19 in the Rose Garden of the White House on March 13, 2020, two days before the publication of the “Proximal Origin” paper dismissing the lab leak theory of Covid’s origin. Fauci Diverted US Government Away From Lab Leak Theory Of COVID’s Origin, Sources Say.
The former director of the US National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Dr. Anthony Fauci, who led the US government’s response to the coronavirus pandemic, visited CIA headquarters to “influence” its review of COVID-19 origins, the House Oversight Committee reported yesterday.
Last month, Committee Chair Brad Wenstrup made headlines when he revealed that seven CIA analysts “with significant scientific expertise” on the agency’s COVID-19 Discovery Team (CDT) received performance bonuses after changing a report to downplay concerns about a possible lab origin of the virus.
Now, a months-long investigation by Racket and Public, which included interviews with the CIA whistleblower behind last month’s revelations and others in a position to know, reveals that Fauci not only visited the CIA but also pushed the controversial “Proximal Origin of SARS CoV-2” paper, published by Nature Medicine, in meetings at the State Department and the White House.
Previous reporting already showed that Fauci “prompted” the “Proximal Origin” paper, according to its authors. Lead author Kristian Andersen expressed grave doubts about the natural origin theory even months after Nature Medicine published the paper. And they described themselves as pressured by “higher ups,” referring to individuals in the White House and other government agencies.
Now, the new information from multiple sources, including a CIA whistleblower, a senior government investigator, and a senior official, suggests a broad effort by Fauci to go agency by agency, from the White House to the State Department to the CIA, in an effort to steer government officials away from looking into the possibility that COVID-19 escaped from a lab.
“Fauci’s expert opinions were a significant consideration and were part of our classified assessment,” said the CIA whistleblower, a decorated and long-serving CIA officer with expertise in Asia. “His opinion substantially altered the conclusions that were subsequently drawn.”
Fauci had reasons to push scientists and intelligence analysts to believe the virus had a zoonotic origin since his agency had issued a grant to fund research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in China.
The Wenstrup press release noted that the whistleblower’s information suggested Fauci was escorted in “without record of entry.” According to the CIA whistleblower, the CIA purposely did not “badge” Fauci in and out of the building so as to hide any record that he had been there.
“Fauci came to our building, to promote the natural origin of the virus,” the CIA whistleblower said. “He knew what was going on. I mean, you see all the redacted documents that are coming out. He was covering his ass and he was trying to do it with the Intel community… I know he came multiple times and he was treated like a rockstar by the Weapons and Counter Proliferation Mission Center. And, he pushed the Kristian Anderson paper.”

Jake Tapper admits ‘Trump was right,’ ‘Biden was wrong’ about Hunter Biden in 2020 presidential debate.
CNN host and chief Washington correspondent Jake Tapper admitted that former President Donald Trump “was right” when he accused then-presidential candidate Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden of accepting large amounts of foreign money during the 2020 presidential debates.
On CNN’s “The Lead” Thursday, Tapper also declared that Biden “was wrong” during the match-ups between the two candidates three years ago, when the then-Democratic nominee denied Trump’s allegations that his son made “a fortune in Ukraine, in China, in Moscow and various other places.”
At the time Biden flatly rejected the claim, saying, “None of that is true.” Tapper gave Biden the benefit of the doubt in his commentary, stating he didn’t know whether the then-candidate was “lying” at the time.

Tapper played a compilation of the two debate exchanges and compared them with a recent report from Washington Post chief-fact checker Glenn Kessler showing Biden to be wrong.
The host stated, “Glenn Kessler from the Washington Post had a fact check about Joe Biden from earlier this month noting that Hunter Biden admitted in court in July that he was in fact paid substantial sums from Chinese companies.”
Citing the piece, Tapper said, “Kessler wrote, ‘Hunter Biden reported nearly 2.4 million in income in 2017 and 2.2 million in income in 2018,’ most of which came from Chinese or Ukrainian interests.”
He then took a swipe at Biden’s 2020 claims, before playing footage from the debates, “This directly goes against what Joe Biden said in the debate in 2020 with Donald Trump. Take a listen.”
After playing the footage of then-President Trump’s allegations and Biden’s denial, Tapper admitted that Trump was correct about Hunter Biden’s business dealings.
“So this is from two different debates but, I mean, Trump was right. I mean, he did make a fortune from China and Joe Biden was wrong,” Tapper declared.

About Biden’s denial, he added, “I don’t know that he was lying about it. He might not have been told by Hunter, but this blind spot is a problem.”
Though Biden denied his son’s alleged corrupt business dealings while on the presidential campaign trail, CNN recently mentioned that the president has been “very obsessed” with the topic and sensitive to how it’s being portrayed in the media.
Earlier on Thursday, CNN’s John Avlon stated, “And in private also, I’ve heard reports that he’s very obsessed with the negative coverage of Hunter. He’s concerned about it, it’s an irritant. And that’s understandable. But not one that allies around him want to raise because it will derail a conversation.” Edited.
Biden out on the lying tour. Joey boy is at it again. Going out telling more lies about Bidenomics. But it seems as if Reuter has some bad news based on the latest poll.
Americans have soured on Bidenomics, concluding that the U.S. economy is worse now than it was five years ago under former President Donald Trump’s leadership, a recent Reuters/Ipsos survey found.
Forty-nine percent of Americans say that inflation or increasing costs are the most important issues facing the country, 9% cite unemployment and 10% cite economic inequality.
Sixty-four percent of Americans say the economy is worse off compared to 2020, while seventy-three percent of Americans say the economy is worse off compared to five years ago. About two in five of Americans say they feel worse off from five years ago generally (38%) and a similar number say they feel worse off compared to 2020 (37%).
A majority of Americans say that President Biden and his administration are not doing enough when it comes to investing in the economy (56%) and reducing economic inequality (52%).

This long article from the Intercept documents how Kristian Andersen of Scripts Institute (La Jolla, California) lied to Congress last week by implying that he did not have any grant funding pending when he initially wrote about the lab origins. The logic is quite compelling that Andersen lied to Congress.
But what I found most disturbing was the image of the slack chat messaging that these so-called scientists had when discussing how they would skew the lab origins story to make it appear that the virus was of natural origins.
In the above message, Dr. Andersen writes in the first message that the furin cleavage site has convinced that most likely the virus is man-made. But by the end of the discussion, he writes that he will create a parallel document about the scenarios for natural origins and write that section all differently.
Andersen, returning to the question of Covid’s origin, repeated that “Natural selection and accidental release are both plausible scenarios explaining the data – and a priori should be equally weighed as possible explanations. The presence of a furin [cleavage site] a posteriori” — the furin cleavage site was the characteristic of the virus that the scientists thought was indicative of engineering or other lab origin — “moves me slightly more towards accidental release, but it’s well above my paygrade to call the shots on a final conclusion.”
In fact, Andersen would be listed as the lead author on the conclusive paper (determining that the virus was of natural origins). Rambaut responded by warning of the geopolitical fallout of such a claim. “Given the shit show that would happen if anyone serious accused the Chinese of even accidental release, my feeling is we should say that given there is no evidence of a specifically engineered virus, we cannot possible distinguish between natural evolution and escape so we are content to with ascribing it to natural processes.”
Dr. Christian Andersen also writes that he is upset the the GOF work was done in a low level BSL lab and he isn’t sure that GOF research is worth the risk. None of this of course is conveyed the original peer-reviewed papers about the natural origin that he wrote and the Fauci /NIH cabal used to insist that the virus was of natural origins, deflecting the blame for the lab leak away from the US government.
This is criminal. The original paper is fraudulent and charges should be brought against Dr. Christian Andersen for lying to Congress and for impeding a federal investigation into the origins of COVID-19, going back to 2020.
The Republican-led House Oversight Committee rebuked the claims of its Democrat members on Saturday, who said the House GOP is “wasting” taxpayer money on investigating the “conspiracy” of then-Vice President Joe Biden’s alleged involvement in a $5 million bribery scheme.
“Democrats are lying again about the FBI-generated Biden bribery record,” the GOP-led Oversight Committee tweeted in response to a tweet from the Democrat side of the committee.
The Oversight Committee Democrats tweeted, “In 2020, a sitting Republican Senator confirmed that AG [Attorney General Bill] Barr had begun an assessment—headed by U.S. Attorney [Scott] Brady—to investigate the corruption allegations pushed by [Rudy] Giuliani.”
The thread continued: “Now, Committee Republicans want to revive Giuliani’s conspiracy theories by using the tips he shared with DOJ [Department of Justice] to attack the FBI, damage President Biden, and boost the twice-impeached, twice-indicted former President’s poll numbers.”
The thread from the Democrats shows a video of ranking member Jamie Raskin, D-Md., saying the House GOP is looking into an FBI FD-1023 form “where a confidential human source quoted an oligarch from Ukraine who said that there was corruption with Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.”
“That was checked out by the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Scott Brady, who was appointed in 2020 by Donald Trump’s Attorney General, William Barr, to head up a task force of lawyers and investigators to check out this tip and Rudy Giuliani’s allegations that Joe Biden has been involved in corruption in Ukraine. And that assessment of this tip came back empty-handed,” Raskin said.
But Barr told told the New York Post, “Mr. Raskin seems confused about the limited scope of Mr. Brady’s review.
“The Pittsburgh office was simply adding evidence to ensure that it was not disinformation before passing it on to one of the already existing investigations underway in the department,” Barr added.
“He [Brady] was not authorized to open his own investigation. In other words, he was assessing the credibility of the evidence, not investigating its ultimate merits,” said the former attorney general. The information Brady collected was passed on to Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss.
The GOP-led Oversight Committee tweet continued: “The FBI’s 6/30/20 FD-1023 record stands on its own and contains information from a trusted confidential human source who had conversations with the foreign national who claimed to have bribed Biden.
“This record is being used in an ongoing investigation. Former AG Barr and the FBI have confirmed multiple times.”
First the Biden Administration tried to take credit for the COVID success. Now it’s trying to take credit for Trump foreign policy. Now it’s trying to take credit for Trump foreign policy.Remember how Biden said he was going to do the impossible? a million doses a day. Unheard of he said. What he left out was that we were averaging 983,000 doses a day. Well they’re at it again. We have this for you.
A tense exchange erupted as State Department Spokesman Price was boasting about the administration’s efforts to scale back the controversial Nord Stream 2 pipeline from Russia to Germany.
Price said 18 mostly Western companies have made “good-faith efforts to wind down” their involvement with Nord Stream 2.
“This demonstrates that the legislative goals and our actions are having a good effect,” Price said of bipartisan US opposition to the project dating back to former president Donald Trump’s time.
Associated Press reporter Matt Lee then chimed in.
“You guys have only been in office for a month, right? Are you telling me that in the last four weeks these 18 companies all of the sudden decided to say, ‘Oh my God! We better not be doing anything with Nord Stream 2,” Lee said.
“You guys are taking credit for stuff the previous administration did. Yes or no?”
So something that President Trump started back in December of 2019, Price made it seem as if it was something they initiated. See below.
A company laying pipes for the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline between Russia and Germany says it has stopped construction. The subcontractor, Allseas, says the move was in response to US sanctions. On Friday, President Donald Trump approved sanctions against companies involved in the pipeline’s construction. The US has criticized the project for handing too much power to Russia. Russian President Vladimir Putin has promised retaliation.
