“We the People” or nothing at all.
The preamble to the US Constitution starts with three simple words… “WE THE PEOPLE”. It clearly states that it is” We the People” who are the sovereign in this Republic. Not the Congress, not the President, not the Supreme Court, not members of the Deep State nor their minions and certainly not district federal judges, but “We the People”. Just how hard is it for the progressives and the left to understand that simple, straight forward statement?
Obviously very hard if you but listen the garbage they spill in words and print. They are so sure that they are the arbiters of all that they cannot fathom this most simple and straight forward statement in the Constitution of the United States. We are bombarded daily with edicts from district federal judges who feel that it is they who have the right to decide that which truly falls in the purview of the chief magistrate of our Republic and the US Congress.
Article 1, Section 1 of the Constitution clearly states: All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
These officials shall be duly elected by “We the People”. The person who fills the office of the President shall also be duly elected by “We the People”. To him falls the job of chief magistrate, not members of the Congress, the Supreme Court nor any district federal judge and certainly not any other non-elected individual.
Are we headed for a Constitutional crisis? We very well may be, but the question of who will emerge victorious must fall to “We the People” or our Republic will be no more!!! Any other outcome will doom us and our Republic to the trash heap of history.
