States can enforce Federal laws.

States can enforce Federal laws.

What we’re seeing in Minnesota is what we saw from the Progressive Democrats down south during the Segregation era. We saw their refusal to assist in enforcing Federal law.

States cannot be forced to enforce federal law, but they also cannot block the federal government from enforcing it. Southern states tried to do both. Refuse to enforce federal law and actively obstruct federal enforcement.
