Under Biden you had hundreds of power plants that closed or announced closures. Yes this started under Obama. Actually, his numbers were double of what Biden had announced. Between the two of them almost 700 power plants.
Now Trumps first term there were 145 closures. All but 23 were announced before he came into office.
