No Virginia, President Trump didn’t call for violence against the FBI. For some reason the Smith faux team keeps on going back to Judge Cannon to sensor Donald Trump.

For some reason the Smith team thinks there before some affirmative action judge and tries to intimidate Judge Cannon. She would have none of it. She told the Smith lawyer that if he continued to act like he was before an affirmative action judge, she would ban him.

Smith’s team claims claim that the FBI agents fear for their life because of Trumps so called call for violence.

The judge closed with this. “Where on the attachments do you see a call for violence?” Crickets.

1,592 registered Latino voters in seven battleground states – Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan – “Who do you trust when it comes to immigration?”

The responses showed 41 percent trusted Trump more, with 38 percent trusting Biden more, and 16 percent said they trusted neither. Additionally, the same poll found non-Hispanic voters also gave the edge to Trump as 49 percent chose Trump and 34 percent chose Biden with 14 percent saying neither.

What happens when you move a case to a district that favors a Progressive AG? You sometimes lose.

The Nevada AG had a trial moved to a county where a Grand Jury would be willing to indict. It didn’t work.

A Nevada judge dismissed an alternate electors case against six Republicans who had submitted alternate elector certifications disputing the results of the 2020 Presidential election, pointing out that the case was in the wrong jurisdiction.

Alternate electors in states such as Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin have either been charged or indicted by grand juries regarding their roles in disputing the results of the 2020 presidential election.

The case is now  past the three year limit and the AG’S only recourse is the US Supreme Court. Winning.

The Supreme Court ruled in a 6-3 opinion against an illegal alien who sought to secure a visa to stay in the United States after having been denied for allegedly being a member of the MS-13 gang.

Why Republicans lose races. Evangelicals not only don’t vote, 30% aren’t registered to vote. What’s even worse is that only 25% of Christians even vote.

We get the government we didn’t vote for. You stay home, then you shouldn’t complain. Georgia and Pennsylvania Republicans stayed home and that’s why we lost the Senate.

“People really need to understand if every Christian in America actually voted, we would never lose another presidential election,” he said. “And 30 percent of evangelicals — it’s not that they don’t even vote — 30 percent are not registered to vote.”

City and County lockups (jails) need to adjust for the undocumented criminals. I remember a few years back that the restaurants in the Norfolk, Virginia Beach restaurants had a lot of Russian students working there. I wondered if it was because they were in a area with several military bases.

Today with the Joe Biden flood gates opened, it makes one wonder what damage can be done. Drug runners, convicted felons from other countries, spies, etc.

Local jails are not set up to handle these type of criminals. So maybe when an undocumented person is arrested, maybe have them placed in a federally secured prison and their trial done virtual. Something worth looking into.

The Canadian government had a goal of eliminating gas powered cars by 2035. Looks like it’s not happening. In 2023 only 11% of new cars were EV’S. And that includes hybrids.

Toyota Motors and Honda Motors executives said they do not see how the Canadian government expects to switch 100 percent to EVs in just a decade when consumers are largely uninterested in anything but gas-powered cars that can reliably drive long distances and in freezing temperatures

Back in 2023 when Congress was getting ready to vote, he pulled a fire alarm. Many thought it was an act of Insurrection to stop an important vote. Sadly his colleagues took pity on him and didn’t expel him for his act of insurrection.

In an affidavit for an arrest warrant, a Capitol Police officer investigating the incident said there were three signs near or on two doors that said “emergency exit only,” and “emergency exit only push until alarm sounds (3 seconds) door will unlock in 30 seconds.” Bowman pulled the alarm anyway.
