Supreme Court needs to act now. Stop all mail in ballots until all 50 states remove so called inactive voters.

Until all 50 states have removed all inactive voters the Supreme Court should put a pause on mail in ballots. It was just revealed that Oregon has over 800,000. Not to worry. They will get moving on it in 2027. After the midterms.

California said they removed 3.1 million. Of course, after the 2024 elections. And they still have over 2 million inactive voters on the ballot list. You can guess when they will get to that list.

Now’s the time to not allow the ballots to go out in the mail. Unless it’s a request from the disabled or active military overseas.

I’m sure there will be more. DOJ Sues Oregon, Maine Over Voter Registration Lists.
It’s surprising that they’re not starting with the big fish. California, New York, and Illinois.

The department said in a statement that the two states had violated the National Voter Registration Act, the Help America Vote Act and the Civil Rights Act, federal laws that regulate voter registration and access.

The lawsuits allege both states failed to provide unredacted electronic copies of each state’s voter registration list and other information about actions taken to remove ineligible voters.

Another incident where claims of illegals voting. This time it’s in Michigan.

Michigan House Republicans are attempting the nation’s first honest investigation of voter fraud in state and federal elections. The Elections Committee Chair, Rep. Rachelle Smit (R), is uncovering a great deal of new information as it relates to ongoing voter fraud in American elections.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or “ICE,” whistleblower has come forward, an agent with decades of experience in state and federal law enforcement, to say that he has arrested hundreds of illegal immigrants and they regularly bragged to him that they are voting in state and federal elections.

Claims  he saw the voting cards they were using to vote, which were being issued by Michigan’s  Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.

Of course it should take California 30 days to count ballots. 10 million undocumented.

Of course it should take California 30 days to count ballots. 10 million undocumented.

When you add in all of the undocumented, California has over 50 million people. At least 10 million of the undocumented are of voting age.

Being that California allows ballots to come in seven days after election day, of course folks will wonder if there’s fraud. Also when you send up to 5 ballots to the same house and you have a thousand people who use the same apartment number, you tell me that doesn’t make you wonder?

The Federal government needs to take over the elections in California.

Majorities of Americans Concerned About Voter Fraud & Foreign Interference in Elections

58% of Americans say they are either very concerned or concerned that voter fraud will occur this year. 42% are not very concerned or not concerned at all that people who are not eligible to vote will vote or that voters will cast a ballot more than once.

Republicans (86%) and independents (55%) are more concerned about voter fraud occurring than Democrats (33%).

About two in three Americans (66%) say they are either very concerned or concerned that foreign countries will interfere with this year’s elections, 34% are not very concerned or not concerned at all that this will occur.

While still a majority (52%), fewer Americans are either concerned or very concerned that people who are not U.S. citizens will be able to vote this year. 48% are not very concerned or not concerned at all that this will occur.

Republicans (81%) and independents (53%) are more concerned than Democrats (25%) that people who are not citizens will vote.

In many of the states and counties you have Democrats trying to go around or just totally ignore present law.

“Our legal efforts are fighting to fix the problems in the system, hold election officials accountable, protect election safeguards and defend the law. While Democrats want a system open to fraud without safeguards, that counts illegal votes, we are committed to securing the election so every legal vote is protected,” Gineen Bresso, who is running the election integrity operation for the Republican National Committee and the Trump campaign, said in a statement.

How could this be? Democratic Candidate Arrested on Multiple Felony Voter Fraud Charges.

Every time I see an article on voter fraud I think about this loon in California who claimed to have checked all fifty states for voter fraud and only found one case. And supposedly a Republican.

Well, I haven’t checked all fifty states, but it seems as if every time there is an article on voter fraud, it’s a Democrat. A Democratic Party candidate is being charged with a bevy of felony counts, all related to alleged voter fraud.

Terry Andrew Heflin, the 45-year old candidate for a commission seat in Clay County, Alabama, was arrested Tuesday on seven counts of unlawful use of absentee ballots, according to a news release from the Alabama Attorney General’s office. Each unlawful use of the ballots comes with a punishment ranging from one to 10 years in prison.

It seems as this an issue with Democrat controlled states. They don’t clean up their voter rolls and just send out ballots to anyone and everyone. Now the Republicans are finally fighting back.

In a recent development, the Arizona Republican Party has filed a lawsuit against Secretary of State Adrian Fontes after allegedly discovering between 500,000 and 1.3 million illegal voters on the voter rolls. This shocking revelation has sent shockwaves through the state, raising concerns about the integrity of the upcoming elections.

How can this be? Voter fraud in Wisconsin. I see and hear about stupid people all the time. But this one takes the cake. Kimberly Zapata, the deputy director of the City of Milwaukee Election Commission, was fired for committing election fraud.

Rep. Brandtjen received three authentic military ballots to her home addressed to “Holly,” a woman who has never lived there.

Zapata claimed that she was trying to prove how easy it was to commit voter fraud. But yet her boss who believes her fired her. Well the courts didn’t believe her.

A Milwaukee County jury has reached a verdict in the trial of Kimberly Zapata – and found Zapata guilty on all counts against her.

Zapata is the fired Milwaukee Election Commission deputy director accused of illegally requesting military ballots and sending them to the home of State Rep. Janel Brandtjen (R-Menomonee Falls).

Zapata did not testify in her own defense. She was charged with election fraud. Prosecutors say in 2022, she ordered military ballots using names she made up. Zapata told investigators she was trying to prove there is fraud in our election system. She said she never intended the ballots to be processed.
