Attempting to fight religious hate in Canada.

I found two bills being discussed to fight the religious and antisemitism in Canada. A bill proposing a new hate crime legal regime has been introduced to Parliament by Canadian Justice Minister Sean Fraser, amid rising antisemitic incidents in the country and increasing pressure to legislate greater legal protections for vulnerable communities.

The C-9 Combating Hate Act would introduce a hate crime offense, a legal definition of hatred, and so-called “bubble laws” to prevent belligerent picketing of religious and cultural centers.

Bill C‑9 — The Combating Hate Act
This is the most significant government-backed proposal. It was introduced by the Minister of Justice in 2025 in response to rising antisemitic incidents.

According to reporting, Bill C‑9 would:

Create a new hate‑crime offence in the Criminal Code and establish a legal definition of “hatred”

Introduce “bubble zones” to prevent aggressive picketing around religious and cultural institutions

Strengthen tools for prosecuting hate‑motivated acts and this is explicitly framed as a response to rising antisemitism in Canada

WOW! Mamdani must have been lurking on obscure websites.

You know the sites. 25-30 followers. Sometimes five or six of them will make up to 300 comments. Filled with racism, bigotry, and hate speech. It seems as if the New York mayor took a page from their antisemitism.

Several Adams executive orders that delt with antisemitism were removed by Mamdani. Adams had issued an executive order adopting the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s definition of antisemitism, as well as another that barred city officials from boycotting or divesting from Israel. But those were nixed when Mamdani moved to reverse executive orders issued by Adams.

Among them was an order Adams issued earlier this month that pushed back against Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions, a movement that supports putting economic pressure on Israel’s government and Israeli companies in protest of the country’s treatment of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

Mamdani’s office also said he’s retaining — but making some unspecified amendments to — an order Adams issued directing the NYPD to restrict protests from taking place outside houses of worship. Adams issued that order after pro-Palestinian activists staged a rowdy protest outside a synagogue on the Upper East Side.

The problem is that today’s modern Progressives weren’t alive during the Social Fascists rise in the thirties and neither were most of their parents. What they have are mostly young fanatics promising them wealth and power.

They portray this country as a shithole and only they can fix it. One thing that they have in common with their loyalists is Antisemitism. Same as the Social Fascists of the thirties.

What’s amazing is that they claim the big tent. All are welcome. Welcome if you agree with their racism, bigotry, and hate.

The governor has threatened California schools that work with the Department of Education. Here’s why.

Newsom claims that the compact “ties access to federal funding to radical conservative ideological restrictions.” In fact, the document, mailed to several universities and obtained by the Washington Examiner, demands complete academic freedom while also protecting conservatives from being silenced.

The document, part of a response to universities’ failure to fight antisemitism, includes ten provisions:

Maintain “equality in admissions,” with no preference for race, gender, or other categories of identity

Maintain a “marketplace of ideas” and “civil discourse” that reflects a variety of viewpoints and protects freedom of speech

Nondiscrimination in hiring of faculty and administrative staff

Institutional neutrality on political and social issues, except those that affect the university itself

Integrity in student grading systems, to fight grade inflation

Equal treatment for students, including recognition that there are only two biological sexes, and protecting women’s locker rooms and sports

Financial responsibility, which includes avoiding costs that burden students with debt, providing financial advice about potential majors, and using endowments to help students in “hard sciences”

Avoiding “foreign entanglements” by scrutinizing foreign donations and vetting foreign students to exclude those with “with noxious values such as anti-Semitism and other anti-American values”

Maintaining preferences for American students, and allowing religious institutions to use sex-based preferences

Agreeing to enforcement by an external monitor who reports to the Department of Justice

Newsom said he will cut billions in funding to those schools. Billions that he doesn’t have. Do the math.

Looks like we’re seeing more hate and threats of violence from Progressives. This time at Georgetown.

The flyer was posted by the John Brown Gun Club, whom the Center for Counter Extremism has labeled a “far-left group.” They contained the phrase, “Hey fascist! Catch!” – an apparent nod to the slogan authorities say was etched in a shell casing found near the bolt-action rifle allegedly used to assassinate Kirk at Utah Valley University.

The group is named for militant slave abolitionist John Brown and the flyer also referred to their organization as “the only political group that celebrates when Nazis die” on the flyers.

Around 100 pro-Arab (No such thing as Palastinian) protestors with the Columbia University Apartheid Divest, a protest movement on campus, took over Columbia University’s main library Wednesday.

“The flood shows that as long as Columbia funds and profits from imperialist violence, the people will continue to disrupt Columbia’s profits and legitimacy. Repression breeds resistance,” the group said in a statement.

President Trump decided to spank the progressive allies in Yemen.

Today, I have ordered the United States Military to launch decisive and powerful Military action against the Houthi terrorists in Yemen. They have waged an unrelenting campaign of piracy, violence, and terrorism against American, and other, ships, aircraft, and drones.

Joe Biden’s response was pathetically weak, so the unrestrained Houthis just kept going. It has been over a year since a U.S. flagged commercial ship safely sailed through the Suez Canal, the Red Sea, or the Gulf of Aden. The last American Warship to go through the Red Sea, four months ago, was attacked by the Houthis over a dozen times. Funded by Iran, the Houthi thugs have fired missiles at U.S. aircraft, and targeted our Troops and Allies. These relentless assaults have cost the U.S. and World Economy many BILLIONS of Dollars while, at the same time, putting innocent lives at risk.

Yes Virginia, resettling 1.8 million Arabs isn’t a difficult task.

Yes Virginia, resettling 1.8 million Arabs isn’t a difficult task.

Granted it might be hard to get a country to take Arabs who sympathize with and harbor terrorists, but moving them shouldn’t be a problem.

India and Pakistan both resettled millions. After WW11 the allies removed three million Germans from Sudetenland. So if that could be done all those years ago, shouldn’t be an issue today.

And after Gaza is rebuilt the ones who were totally vetted could return on a trial basis.
