A star is born. Nicole Malliotakis will take Washington by storm. She put a hurting to Rep. Max Rose (D). Taking 53% of the vote. She was a strong supporter of the legitimate President. President Donald Trump.

She is part of a group of newly elected Republicans who have had lived under Socialist countries. Both parents came here legally. We have this from her. It’s not politics, it’s personal.

President Trump Joins Call Urging State Legislators to Review Evidence and Consider Decertifying ‘Unlawful’ Election Results.

President Trump spoke to 300 state legislators from the battleground states of Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia on Saturday in a Zoom conference call hosted by Got Freedom? in which the 501 (c) (4) non-profit election integrity watchdog group urged those lawmakers to review evidence that the election process in their states was unlawful and consider decertifying the results of the November 3 presidential election.

President Trump addressed the call for 15 minutes at the invitation of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Other featured speakers included Chapman Law School Professor John Eastman, Dr. Peter Navarro, Assistant to the President for Trade and Manufacturing (appearing in his personal capacity), John Lott, Senior Advisor, U.S. Department of Justice (also appearing in his personal capacity), and Liberty University Law School Professor Phill Kline.

Then on Saturday, as Breitbart News reported, 11 Republican senators said they would vote not to certify on Wednesday and would instead recommend the establishment of a commission to review the lawfulness of the election process in the disputed states in a full election audit. That commission would have ten days to review the evidence and report back to the joint session of Congress.

“This information should serve as an important resource for state legislators as they make calls for state legislatures to meet to investigate the election and consider decertifying their state election results,” Kline, who hosted the call on behalf of Got Freedom? said.

Affirmative action judge says she will not recuse, but will make sure Democrats win. I’m sure by now you’ve heard that Stacey Abrams sister is the judge who is making sure the Democrats win the two Senate seats. She has been asked to walk away. She refuses.

True the Vote founder and president Catherine Engelbrecht on Tuesday called on Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner, a federal Georgia judge who is also the sister of failed gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, to recuse herself from the case regarding two Peach State counties and issues related to voter eligibility following the judge’s Monday ruling.

“Judge Gardner’s ruling is wrong on the law, and the glaring conflict of interest – pointed out by Muscogee County – undermines faith in the judicial process,” Engelbrecht said in a statement. Her organization has partnered with electors across the Peach State to ensure election integrity efforts ahead of the January 5 runoff elections.

So it makes no sense to have this judge rule on this case

Loon Michigan AG considering prosecuting those who wish to expose voter fraud in Michigan. No I’m not talking about the loon the fauch. A different one who’s just as dangerous. Now the President met with House and Senate leaders from Michigan to discuss voter fraud and suppression by the Governor of Michigan. To the AG this constitutes a bribe. Now how crazy is that? We have this from Law and Crime.

“I see no basis, certainly at this point, for a criminal inquiry,” Tulane Law Professor and election litigation expert Ross Garber told Law&Crime in an email. “In fact, the legislators released a statement after their meeting reaffirming that the will of the voters will control the Michigan electoral votes.”

UCLA Law Professor Eugene Volokh was similarly unimpressed.

“Well, bribery is a crime, so if someone was bribed, that warrants a criminal prosecution – but is there any actual evidence?” he said. “Perjury is a crime, so if someone perjured himself, that warrants a criminal prosecution – but is there any actual evidence? Rescinding one’s vote, of course, isn’t a crime.”

But the loon from Michigan is looking for someone to agree with her. Odds are that the only folks who may agree with her are White Plantationists. Especially one who goes with and does a law students home work. What say you?

You tell me. Are We Sure There’s No 2020 Voter Fraud? After all you’ve read and heard, tell me that there’s no fraud. We have this from Santa Barbara’s Diane Dimond.

Shouldn’t we care that some states may have illegally changed the rules on mail-in and absentee ballots under the guise of pandemic protection? Critics passionately believe some of those changes invited fraud and violated state constitutions.

Shouldn’t the nine states that sent out massive numbers of ballots to everyone on their voter registration rolls reconsider that procedure? No consideration was given to whether those voters may have died, moved away or been convicted of a crime, making them ineligible to vote. All those unclaimed ballots floating in the ether were easy prey for the unscrupulous bent on tipping the outcome.

How can you argue with that?

What if Seven states said you cheated? They send two sets of delegates. That’s what. PA, GA, MI, WI, AZ, NV, and NM sent two sets of delegates. They saw the voter fraud and phony ballots. I say let Congress sort it out. Here’s a fact GP STATED.

So the Biden folks, the Democrat Party, Big Media, Big Tech, China and other foreigners can make the silly and refuted claim that Biden won the election.  But we all know they are dishonest and have no respect for America or its Constitution.

Opinion. The three frauds the Democrats and MSM created.

Opinion. The three frauds the Democrats and MSM created. You may or may not now it but in the past year we have seen voter/election fraud actually evolve.

No.1 Absolutely no voter fraud.

No.2 There is no large amount of voter fraud.

No.3 There is no creditable proof of massive voter fraud. 

Let me explain.

Up until six months ago the left and MSM would tell us that there absolutely was no voter fraud. They would use a study did by the Second Bush administration I think in 2005.

Then this was changed to this. There is no large amount of voter fraud. This came out after case after case of fraud was posted and folks were being arrested.

Opinion. Why the Supreme Court should hear the Texas Case.

Why the Supreme court should hear the Texas Case. MSM and most if not all on the left feel this is a waste of time. As do some on the right and many Independents. Let me explain why it’s not.

Now we are looking at Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. All four states had laws passed by the legislature. In all four states either the governor or the Secretary of state under the pretense of you’re gonna die ( Covid-19 ) if you don’t do this my way. Totally ignoring what the law was. Here’s where this effects the other 46.

Say Ohio or any other state has existing laws passed by the state legislature already in place. A new Governor or Secretary of State comes into power and says I think the elections should be done my way. Uses some type of catastrophic event as an excuse to do it their way. If that’s allowed, why have Senators and House reps to make laws? Just let the Governor or Another office holder decide what the law should be.

Now will he go after the main hate group out there? Biden publicly condemns Antifa following criticism from the right. Finally after all these months Joe Biden condemned part of his base, Antifa.

Joe Biden countered criticism that he’s been soft on aggressive protesters, arguing he’s disavowed antifa while President Trump hasn’t distanced himself for its far-right counterparts.

Back in 2017 President Trump has condemed the hate groups from the right. But to this day Joe refuses to recognize that this has been done. Why is that Joe?

The 2020 Democratic presidential nominee and two-term vice president was asked whether he denounced antifa, a left-wing protest movement that says it opposes fascism but that critics say is actually an effort to foment violence.

“Yes, I do — violence, no matter who it is,” he told Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based NBC affiliate WGAL on Sunday.

Now America is waiting to see if he will also condemn BLM, A VERY LARGE PORTION OF HIS BASE.
