Georgia Judge Dismisses Some Charges Against Trump, Beginning of the end?

Georgia Judge Dismisses Some Charges Against Trump, Beginning of the end? Could this be the start of the cases against Trump are starting to fall apart?

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee wrote in an order that six of the counts in the indictment must be quashed, including three against Trump, the presumptive 2024 Republican presidential nominee.

The six charges in question have to do with soliciting elected officials to violate their oaths of office. That includes two charges related to the phone call Trump made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a fellow Republican, on Jan. 2, 2021.

Why are the courts now ruling in Trumps favor? And what’s Joe thinking?

Why are the courts now ruling in Trumps favor? And what’s Joe thinking? Joe must be wondering if what the Conservative folks are saying must be true. A Georgia court ruled against Fulton county last week. Now we see the same has happened in Michigan.

So what changed? We all were told that the Governors and Secretary of States were changing laws that were voted on and passed by the state legislature. In three of the four states the Secretary of State and Governor were Democrat. In the fourth ( Georgia ) the Secretary of State made a deal with a noted race baiter to change the law there.

Opinion. Here’s why people wonder about Georgia and the 2020 Elections. In case you haven’t seen it, the WP wrote a retraction two months later about the big lie. This wasn’t the first time, and knowing the left it won’t be the last.

The Washington Post made a massive correction Monday to a January report about a phone call between then-President Donald Trump and a Georgia elections investigator, as the liberal paper admitted multiple quotes attributed to Trump based on an anonymous source were inaccurate.

Below is President Trumps response to the WP Lie.

And here’s the retraction.

Now the Georgia Secretary of State knew this was a lie and not what the President said. Why didn’t he correct the WP story?

Left wing hate groups are part of the groups being investigated. Georgia probing voter-registration groups ahead of critical U.S. Senate races. Remember these names. America Votes, Vote Forward and the New Georgia Project. Progressive groups trying to register folks illegally. This from Reuters.

Election authorities in Georgia have opened investigations into progressive groups trying to sign up new voters in advance of twin January elections that will determine control of the U.S. Senate, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said on Monday.

Raffensperger, a Republican, said his office was examining registration efforts by America Votes, Vote Forward and the New Georgia Project. He said some groups had been encouraging people who lived outside Georgia to register to vote in the state.

In some cases folks from outside the state are being asked to vote.. Also people are being asked to move to Georgia register than move back.

Raffensperger said during a news conference at the state Capitol that his office continues to investigate any credible claims of illegal voting and violations of state election law. His office currently has more than 250 open cases from this year, he said.

He singled out groups that he said are working to register people in other states to vote in a high-profile runoff election for Georgia’s two U.S. Senate seats. His office’s 23 investigators also continue to look into allegations of problems with absentee ballots, as well as claims of people who voted twice, people who cast a ballot in a dead person’s name and non-residents who voted in Georgia, he said.
