Say what? CIA being sued for hiding COVID information?

Say what? CIA being sued for hiding COVID information? The Heritage Foundation tried getting information from the CIA. CIA refused. Heritage used the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request earlier this year. CIA said no again. So, they filed a lawsuit.

In the lawsuit, the Heritage Foundation states that they filed a FOIA request for information relating to the CIA’s COVID-19 Discovery team, such as its creation, records among members, communications between members and documents “regarding the pay history, to include the awarding of any type of financial or performance-based incentive/financial bonus to members of all iterations of the COVID Discovery Team(s).”

In September 2021, a month after U.S. and NATO troops withdrew from Afghanistan following two decades of war, the Taliban announced that girls were barred from studying beyond sixth grade.

They extended this education ban to universities in December 2022. The Taliban have defied global condemnation and warnings that the restrictions will make it almost impossible for them to gain recognition as the country’s legitimate rulers.

This was the beginning of Biden’s road to allowing the world terrorists to start their take overs.

Three Washington state police officers acquitted in killing. Does my heart good to see that a jury found three dedicated police officers not guilty. No doubt that their actions were legal.

The corner ruled that the drugs and his health killed him. The Ellis family settled a federal wrongful death lawsuit against Pierce County, which is home to Tacoma, for $4 million last year. Will the city try to get the money back?

Thinking about a dear friend. Ferd. Gone but not forgotten. This Christmas Day I want to bring up an old friend. Ferd. He was a Veteran who served his country. Also, a good family man.

It’s been several years now, but it still seems like yesterday. Ferd’s heart gave out, but he lasted for two years with only a heart that was at 20%. So if you remember Ferd, please comment kindly.

When others attacked me, my family, and church pastors, Ferd was the first to defend me and give a verbal ass whipping to those folks. And they then went after him, his wife, and their children

When the allegations were supposedly committed, Trump was the President. Why did the judge think that Trump meant anything different?

A report from Axios observes “an unusual load of West Wing dirty laundry is being aired about former staffer” Michael LaRosa, former press secretary to first lady Jill Biden.

“A surprising number of President Biden’s current and former aides — at least six — are lining up to tell backstairs tales to The Daily Mail,” the outlet reports.

The timing of the stale allegations is no accident. The Axios report continues, “Colleagues bit their tongues for over a year, until LaRosa recently started criticizing the White House on cable news programs and social media.”

The Colorado Judges said that Democrats are picking which Republicans can run for President. I’m sure you heard that the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that they and they alone can decide what Republican is allowed on the ballot.

Claimed that A Gorsich ruling gave them the permission to keep Trump off the ballot. Here’s the ruling.

“As then-Judge Gorsuch recognized in Hassan, it is ‘a state’s legitimate interest in protecting the integrity and practical functioning of the political process’ that ‘permits it to exclude from the ballot candidates who are constitutionally prohibited from assuming office,'” the state opinion reads.

So, explain to me when Trump was ruled constitutionally prohibited? You can’t. Putin and Banana Republic countries have kept the leading opposition off the ballots. Just saying.

Times reporters Katie Benner, Katie Rogers, and Michael S. Schmidt published an article on April 2, 2022, about Biden’s frustration with Garland about the lack of prosecution against Trump, according to two people familiar with Biden’s comments.

“The attorney general’s deliberative approach has come to frustrate Democratic allies of the White House and, at times, President Biden himself,” the Times reported. “As recently as late last year, Mr. Biden confided to his inner circle that he believed former President Donald J. Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted, according to two people familiar with his comments.”

“And while the president has never communicated his frustrations directly to Mr. Garland, he has said privately that he wanted Mr. Garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over the events of Jan. 6,” the report added.

Why every vote does count Part 2. From now till election day, I’ll be saying that every vote counts. Do not stay home or mail in your ballot. Here’s a race that the Republicans were leading by 5%. What happened? Many did not vote. But just barely the Republican won.

A recount in a House of Delegates district south of Richmond confirmed Wednesday that Del. Kim Taylor (R-Dinwiddie) prevailed over Democrat Kimberly Pope Adams, though her margin of victory shrank. Taylor won with 14,289 votes — 53 more than the 14,236 for Adams. The recount shifted 25 votes to the Democrat, who conceded.
