More Arkancide? Epstein Victim Who Testified Against Ghislaine Maxwell Has Died

Epstein Victim Found Dead after Testifying against Prince Andrew, Ghislaine Maxwell.

No obituary or funeral service after she died…

From multiple sources.

The world lost a brave woman recently, Carolyn Andriano, who had been a crucial witness in the trial of Ghislaine Maxwell, the accomplice of notorious sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Andriano’s sudden death, ruled as an accidental overdose, has raised eyebrows and stirred suspicions due to its timing and the circumstances surrounding it.

Carolyn Andriano, a victim of sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein whose testimony was crucial to putting away his accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, has died.

Her death went unreported in the media until now.

There was no obituary or funeral service after she died earlier this year, and police in West Palm Beach, Florida, opened an investigation into her death. After The Daily Beast reached out for comment, police spokesman Mike Jachles told us that the investigation was concluding and that Carolyn died of an accidental overdose.

The 36-year-old mother-of-five had planned to start a new chapter in North Carolina, at a new house with a fireplace and half-acre lot with a chicken coop. Carolyn and her husband, John Pitts, had purchased the property just weeks before she was found unresponsive in a West Palm Beach hotel room on May 23.

Before her death, “she was ecstatic,” Carolyn’s mother, Dorothy Groenert, told The Daily Beast. “She was all set up for a whole new lifestyle.”

Groenert says Carolyn’s death was a shock because she was working on building a new life and recently texted her about being free of drugs and alcohol.

The way Groenert sees it, some things about her daughter’s overdose don’t make sense, and she wants cops to investigate further.

Jachles, however, said that Carolyn’s case would officially be closed this week. Officers on the scene took a statement from Pitts, who told them that Carolyn had been using drugs, and Carolyn’s brother, who rushed to the hotel after Pitts texted Groenert that Carolyn had died. Pitts tried to administer CPR and “was given directions over the phone with 911,” Jachles said.

“It shouldn’t be closed,” Groenert said of the police investigation. “I begged them, I sent them numerous messages. I’ve asked for them to make meetings, contact me, and to no avail.”

Now Groenert is in a legal battle with Pitts over Carolyn’s will, which was filed in 2010 before she married him and which left her estate to her mother and two oldest children. Because the will hadn’t been updated, Pitts and his three kids with Carolyn were left out of her estate. Carolyn had received millions from Epstein-related settlements, though probate court documents indicate she had $183,000 in a bank account. The filings also listed unknown assets as the JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank class action settlements—which, as The Daily Beast reported, amount to $290 million and $75 million, respectively, and will result in big payouts to victims.

Since Carolyn’s death, he’s posted tributes to her on Facebook and mourned his family’s loss.

“You showed me what love really is and I will never forget how big your heart is,” Pitts wrote in June, adding, “I know our souls will always be attached together.”

“I will do right by you because I know what u really wanted in life to give our kids the life we never had… I miss u so much no words can say just know I will give our kids the best life that I can…”

While Pitts could not be reached, his sister Serena told The Daily Beast that Groenert’s and her family’s suggestion that Carolyn’s death was suspicious is “ridiculous.”

“Right now our family is grieving the loss of Carolyn and prioritizing the care of her children. At this time we kindly appreciate space and privacy,” she added in a text.

The Daily Beast has submitted requests for information to both the medical examiner and police department. While a cause or manner of death hasn’t been released, a toxicology report indicates Carolyn had methadone, fentanyl, and alprazolam (the generic name for Xanax) in her system when she died.

Lewis Nelson, professor and chair of the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School’s Department of Emergency Medicine and Director of the Division of Medical Toxicology, said alprazolam and fentanyl can be a dangerous combination, as both drugs suppress breathing.

“Her fentanyl use was very recent,” said Nelson, who is not involved in Carolyn’s case but independently reviewed her toxicology report. “My postulation is she is on methadone, takes a high dose, she took fentanyl, and she died quickly.” The low levels of a metabolite of fentanyl, Nelson added, suggest that Carolyn died before her body had time to metabolize the drug. Bloodwork, however, doesn’t usually paint a picture of how often someone uses a substance.

Carolyn was one of four victims to testify at the Maxwell trial in December 2021, telling the jury that the British socialite had groped her and routinely scheduled her “massages” with Epstein, who molested her up to three times until she was “too old” for him at age 18.

At the start, a Manhattan federal prosecutor asked Carolyn if she’d ever been addicted to drugs, and she replied, “Pain pills and cocaine.” Carolyn also testified about her home life when she was 14 and had first visited Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion in 2001. “I was allowed to do whatever I wanted,” she said, adding, “Because my mom was an alcoholic and a drug addict.” (Asked about Carolyn’s testimony, Groenert denied this. “No, I was working. I was working to pay for my children. I didn’t get any supplements. I had to work,” she said. “That’s inaccurate.”)

Carolyn, who said she dropped out in seventh grade and never returned to school, later testified that she became addicted to drugs while visiting Epstein’s lair: “Marijuana, cocaine, alcohol, anything that could block out for me to go to the appointment.”

She had confided in Maxwell and Epstein about her history of being sexually abused as a young child (by a relative at age 4) and of her family’s struggles with addiction. This emboldened the sick high-society couple to groom her and even attempt to bring her to Epstein’s U.S. Virgin Islands compound. “I told him I was only 15 and I couldn’t leave,” Carolyn said of Epstein.

The prosecutor also asked Carolyn about her medications, and she answered that she took methadone, an antidepressant, Xanax, and a drug for schizophrenia because “I am scared that my kids are going to get kidnapped.”

When Maxwell’s lawyer cross-examined Carolyn, he noted the Epstein victim compensation fund awarded her $3.25 million but had subtracted $446,000 because she’d received that amount in 2009 from a lawsuit against Epstein and his assistant Sarah Kellen.

“Yes, but no money will ever fix what’s happened to me,” Carolyn responded.

Carolyn testified using only her first name but came forward to the Daily Mail after Maxwell’s conviction. During this interview, she spoke of Pitts’ support.

“I had rosary beads in my hands for the entire time and my husband was in the courtroom and every time I felt like I was getting weak, he would give me a little thumbs up or I’d clench the beads,” Carolyn told the tabloid. “I was determined to have the strength to have this woman put away for what she did to me and other young women.”

“Sure, they accused me of lying, but I knew that was coming and I stood up to it because I was telling the God’s honest truth.”

At another point in the interview, Carolyn suggested that Virginia Giuffre, a victim who allegedly recruited her into Epstein’s sex ring, deserved to face similar consequences as Maxwell because, she claimed, Giuffre “trafficked me into a world of spiraling downward slopes and it has taken my husband John 12 long years to get me to love myself again.”

“I’m very happy being a wife and a mother and I want to show people how the tragedies in my life did not stop me,” she added. “I’m overcoming them. I’m not going to let Maxwell and Epstein ruin my life anymore. I’m grateful every day when I wake up.”

Questions:  Why was there no funeral and no obituary? Why is her sister-in-law so sure there is nothing suspicious about this death?

These two facts make it VERY suspicious to me. — TPR

Beginning of Armegeddon? Hamas strikes trying to trigger world war

Distressing videos warning!

Enough said.
Rockets started at 6:30 AM, then came ground attacks

I had been holding off on doing an article about the Brutal ANIMALS on two legs known as Hamas. But this is too much. A woman killed, stripped naked, and paraded around Gaza. Many more women and children killed or taken hostage…

Liberal idiots are complaining about Gaza civilians dying, but not a word about the Israeli, American, and German civilians killed by Hamas.

NYC pays $200K to girl sexually abused, videotaped by Brooklyn HS boys — and school admins fueled ‘dangerous environment’: lawsuit

NYC pays $200K to girl sexually abused, videotaped by Brooklyn HS boys — and school admins fueled ‘dangerous environment’: lawsuit.

Administrators at a Brooklyn high school never punished a group of teen boys who sexually assaulted a female classmate and recorded the abuse, fueling the “dangerous environment” that allowed it to happen, according to a recently-settled lawsuit.

A 14-year-old freshman at Transit Tech High School was forced to perform oral sex in front of other attackers — who recorded it with their cell phones and posted it to social media including TikTok and Snapchat, the suit alleged.

Transit Tech “created a dangerous school environment that condoned sexual abuse and harassment, particularly by a group of offenders who have been allowed to engage in similar despicable conduct without effective reprimand or discipline,” said the suit, filed in Brooklyn federal court by the girl’s mother.

“School officials simply raised their hands and turned their backs on this vulnerable student, encouraging (her) to leave the school, …  and allowed the students who abused her to remain at Transit.”

The suit cites a “climate of harassment” at the East New York career and technical school – especially against girls, who make up just 15% of its 797 students.

State data on violent and disruptive incidents in schools shows two sexual offenses and one assault at Transit Tech in 2021-22.

The state also cited 14 reports of discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment, or bullying, and 12 cases of drug possession or sales.

The lawsuit names Marlon Bynum, the principal, and Janice Ross, superintendent of Brooklyn North high schools, charging they “were aware that female students were regularly harassed and subjected to abuse and that sexual activity was occurring within the school.”

On Aug. 4, the city agreed to pay a $200,000 settlement, The Post learned. After attorney fees, the girl, now 15, will receive $132,170 when she turns 18.

“No amount of money will compensate my daughter for what she had to go through, and is still going through as a victim of sexual assault,” the girl’s mother told The Post, which is withholding her name to protect the child’s privacy.

Janice Ross, the superintendent of Brooklyn North high schools, was named in the lawsuit.
Linkedin Janice Ross

The sickening assault — which was not reported publicly at the time — occurred on Oct. 21, 2021, as the girl walked to class through an isolated staircase.

She told cops one boy “pushed her head down” onto another boy, while a third recorded the sex act and posted it on social media, NYPD records show.

She immediately reported the attack.

The NYPD arrested two boys, charging one with criminal sexual assault, a felony, and the other with offensive display, a misdemeanor, records show.

But the charges were dropped a week later after the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office declined to prosecute.

The suit cites a “climate of harassment” at the East New York career and technical school – especially against girls, who make up just 15% of its 797 students.

The office does not comment on cases involving juveniles.

“Kids are kids,” the girl’s mother quoted the principal as telling her the next day, she said in sworn testimony.

A DOE report on the incident said “video footage is available.”

But the school erased the school’s surveillance tape before he asked for it, said the girl’s lawyer, Kevin Mosley.

“The cover-up is beyond belief,” Mosley told The Post. “The authorities did not take her seriously.”

About a week after the assault, the girl’s mother received an unsigned email from the DOE saying, “We have … determined that the behavior that was the subject of the investigation did not violate Chancellor’s Regulation A-832,” which prohibits student-on-student discrimination, sexual harassment, intimidation and bullying.

The attackers remained at Transit Tech.

The girl’s parents transferred her to another school.

She “was forced to leave …in fear of her own safety,” suffering physically, emotionally and academically, the suit said. Her attendance and grades fell that year, and she needed counseling.

A city Law Department spokesman said only, “This settlement was in the best interests of the parties.” Bynum, Ross and a DOE spokesman had no response.

The Transit Tech suit comes after another female student at prestigious Brooklyn Tech HS — also under Ross’s supervision — sued the DOE last December, charging administrators botched a probe of horrific sex harassment — erasing nude photos that a boy student used to threaten and blackmail the girl.

In that suit, which is pending, the girl’s parents begged the school to keep their daughter safe from the boy, but he continued to attend Brooklyn Tech after his arrest and while on probation.

Winning. Wisconsin mother hopeful after court ruling in favor of parents’ rights to know about child’s transition. So here’s another case of where a school felt that they knew what’s best for a child when it comes to their gender.

Parents sued the Kettle Moraine School District outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin, over its policy that enabled and supported students’ transitions to different gender identities at school without informing or receiving consent from a child’s parents.

Judge Michael Maxwell ruled in the Waukesha County Circuit Court that the policy “violates parents’ constitutional right to determine the appropriate medical and healthcare for their children.” Going forward, the judge said the district is no longer permitted to allow or require “staff to refer to students using a name or pronouns at odds with the student’s biological sex, while at school, without express parental consent.”

Fast Car, by Tracy Chapman — It’s even darker than you thought.

Fast Car is a Grammy Award winner (1989).

It has been covered by several artists, the latest being Luke Combs.

By the summer of 2023, Luke Combs went to No. 1 on the Country Airplay chart and No. 2 on the Hot 100 with his cover of “Fast Car.’ Featured on his fourth album, Gettin’ Old, “Fast Car” was more than another cover song for the country singer, who shared that he would listen to the Chapman hit, and her entire debut album, while driving around with his father in a beat-up 1988 Ford F-150.

Most people realize that the song is not about the car. It is about the narrator and her living conditions: Poverty and despair and the desire to escape it. It is also about the generational cycles of the very poor.

You got a fast car
I want a ticket to anywhere
Maybe we make a deal
Maybe together we can get somewhere
Any place is better
Starting from zero, got nothing to lose
Maybe we’ll make something
Me, myself, I got nothing to prove

You got a fast car
I got a plan to get us out of here
I been working at the convenience store
Managed to save just a little bit of money
Won’t have to drive too far
Just ‘cross the border and into the city
You and I can both get jobs
And finally see what it means to be living

The first hint is in the following verse. Her dad is a drunk whose wife has left him and the narrator. Whether his drinking is the cause of her leaving or vice versa isn’t clear. What is clear is that the wife didn’t take her daughter with her.

See, my old man’s got a problem
He lives with the bottle, that’s the way it is
He says his body’s too old for working
His body’s too young to look like his
My mama went off and left him
She wanted more from life than he could give
I said, somebody’s got to take care of him
So I quit school and that’s what I did

While there is no indication that the narrator and her father were on welfare at the time, the last two lines reveal her descent into enablership. He didn’t need to be taken care of; he needed to get sober.

You got a fast car
Is it fast enough so we can fly away?
We gotta make a decision
Leave tonight or live and die this way

So I remember we were driving, driving in your car
Speed so fast, I felt like I was drunk
City lights lay out before us
And your arm felt nice wrapped ’round my shoulder
And I-I, had a feeling that I belonged
I-I had a feeling I could be someone, be someone, be someone.

Somewhere she hooked up with the owner of the car, who already shows some potential red flags — which she doesn’t see because he makes her feel special, like she could “be someone.”

They make the jump to the city. (If the father is dead, it isn’t stated.)

You got a fast car
We go cruising to entertain ourselves
You still ain’t got a job
And I work in a market as a checkout girl
I know things will get better
You’ll find work and I’ll get promoted
We’ll move out of the shelter
Buy a bigger house and live in the suburbs

This verse indicates that they live in a homeless shelter and that she got a job as a cashier, while he hasn’t done squat. Red Flag, but again she doesn’t notice.

Later, in another verse, we see that she’s been pregnant several times by this guy, but that she’s  risen high enough to pay their bills by herself:

You got a fast car
I got a job that pays all our bills
You stay out drinking late at the bar
See more of your friends than you do of your kids
I’d always hoped for better
Thought maybe together you and me would find it
I got no plans, I ain’t going nowhere
So take your fast car and keep on driving

So, she’s basically married a twin of her father. And she’s been enabling him to not straighten up and amount to something.  She’s been caring for him now for years. He seems fine with the situation.

There’s also an implied warning: she is running out of patience with him. The first time she says “We’ve got to make a decision.” But the final verse is somewhat different.

You got a fast car
Is it fast enough so you can fly away?
You gotta make a decision
Leave tonight or live and die this way

A failed relationship that started for the wrong reasons, as Tracy herself has said. She said it’s not autobiographical, even though she did grow up near Cleveland, OH to a single mother.. Did the ‘Fast Car’ owner wake up and make amends, or did the narrator become yet another single mother? The song doesn’t say definitively whether things got better —

or worse…?

Just putting this out there. “You Deserve to Know the Truth. You Deserve to Live. This is Real.”—The FLCCC News Capsule for October 1, 2023.

Below are articles from the FLCCC. You make the call.

There isn’t a question anymore. Not even one.

Vaccines (for any disease) manufactured using the mRNA platform are toxic and life-threatening. They are not only injurious—causing long-term, disabling conditions—but they can be (and are) deadly.

FLCCC president and chief medical officer Dr. Pierre Kory has written a Substack series of such critical urgency that, if widely read and circulated, will most certainly save lives. (See links below.)

In stunning detail and supported by rigorous medical evidence and first person accounts, Dr. Kory lays out the dangers to human health posed by even one mRNA vaccine injection. The timeliness of these consequential essays cannot be overstated since the airwaves and the internet are being bombarded right now with images of happy people, smiling their way through life after having submitted to the COVID vaccine. It’s a lie.

“This series blows wide open what the pharmaceutical companies, the regulatory agencies and even cowardly providers in the medical community know about the COVID shots but will not speak aloud,” said Dr. Kory. “The mRNA technology is immensely toxic and can produce long term injuries and death. Even with the medical evidence mounting, media and institutional censorship around the toxicity of the COVID shots continues unabated. You deserve to know the truth. You deserve to live. This is real.”

REPORTS FROM THE FRONT LINES OF THE VACCINE CATASTROPHE by Dr. Pierre Kory

💉PART 1 is HERE. 💉PART 2 is HERE. 💉PART 3 is HERE. 💉PART 4 is HERE.

BOTTOM LINE: mRNA technology must be pulled from the market—IMMEDIATELY. No person on earth should line up for this shot.

(NOTE: The current shot actually “targets” a nearly extinct variant.)

EDITOR’S NOTE: ✍🏼

Let’s let the numbers speak for themselves.

A few weeks ago, Ed Dowd, a former BlackRock executive, founder of Phinance Technologies and the author of Cause Unknown: The Epidemic of Sudden Deaths in 2021 and 2022, issued a shocking new 22 page report which studied cardiovascular deaths in the UK.

Speaking to journalist Naomi Wolf, Dowd said, “We observed a 13 per cent increase above normal trend line in 2020, 30 per cent in 2021 and forty-four per cent in 2022. Anything above 3 standard deviations is a signal —a 3.8 standard deviation is the same as you getting hit by lightning once in your lifetime. When I say ten standard deviations, this is an improbable event from the norm. Ten [standard deviations from the norm] is crazy.”

“We are seeing signals like this across all different databases all the time….At this point I’m just mad because we are talking into the wind.”

Yes, Ed. We know exactly how that feels. —JK

Here is more evidence from our Dr. Been in this episode of Long (COVID) Story Short that the COVID shots —and COVID infection itself—can cause cardiac cell mitochondrial damage due to the spike protein.

“In this lecture we first discuss the general structure and function of mitochondria,” said Dr. Been. “Then, we’ll discuss a first-of-its-kind study from Taiwan that demonstrates mitochondrial damage in cardiac pericyte cells when presented with the S1 part of the spike protein.” Certainly a must-watch.

Our “Here’s a Thought” columnist Jenna McCarthy ponders the issue of trust when it comes to the COVID lies to which we have been exposed.

First, Jenna writes of what we have been told.

“COVID vaccines are safe and effective. It’s just two weeks to flatten the curve. You should do it to protect Grandma. Vaccinated people do not carry the virus. The lab leak theory is bogus. Ivermectin is a useless horse dewormer. We just need to reach herd immunity. Screw your freedom.”

Then she asks—and rightly answers—her own questions.

“How could our public officials possibly earn back our trust? Oh, I don’t know. Maybe they could start by not lying to us day after day?”

Yep. That would be a very good start. Read Jenna’s entire essay HERE.

On Wednesday’s FLCCC Weekly Webinar, host Betsy Ashton and our Dr. Paul Marik welcomed two featured guests from our FLCCC family—neurologist Dr. Suzanne Gazda along with one of the world’s premier medical educators, Dr. Mobeen Syed.

The discussion was focused around the prevention and treatment of one of the leading causes of death in the United States—Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia. “It’s never too early or too late to take action and reduce the likelihood of developing dementia,” said Dr. Gazda.

Of special interest:

💊 Dr. Been’s presentation of the results of a study in mice showed how Intermittent Fasting (IF) can make a significantly positive impact on those with Alzhiemers. This is totally astonishing!

💊 Dr. Gazda provided numerous strategies for prevention and management of Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia. From a precision medicine approach to dementia and photobiomodulation to detecting biomarkers for Alzheimers and the impact of music on cognitive decline, Dr. Gazda imparted a wealth of information for anyone interested in the latest advances in the field of dementia.

Did you know that Vitamin C plays a vital role in the treatment of sepsis?

Vitamin C is anti-inflammatory and anti-thrombotic; it supports microcirculation, immune function, and the lymphatic system; plus it promotes wound healing.

Here is a short video of Vitamin C’s incredible healing powers. Also, read through our comprehensive guide to inpatient and outpatient sepsis care.

In this episode of Whole Body Health, our Dr. J.P. Saleeby discusses the link between the thyroid gland and the gut, and how this can impact chronic diseases such as long COVID.

Dr. Saleeby says that because the thyroid is instrumental to metabolism, negative impacts to your health can occur if that function is interrupted by COVID, long COVID or by the COVID shots. Also discussed is how bacteria in your gut can affect thyroid health.

Adess Singh learned of the importance of vitamin D in reducing the impact of COVID from doctors and academicians online.

Mr. Singh presented the data to the Minister of Health for Punjab, but politics (not from the government) got in the way. Watch this very interesting MyStory.

Federal Court Upholds Tennessee, Kentucky Ban on Transgender Medical Procedures for Children. Does my heart good to see that the Federal court stepped in to protect the children. The ruling.

A federal appeals court has upheld a Tennessee and Kentucky ban on transgender-related medical procedures for minors.

The Ohio-based 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld bans in Tennessee and Kentucky by a 2-1 vote, which allows the states to enforce laws prohibiting children from undergoing transgender-related medical procedures, such as puberty blockers, hormones, and surgery, according to a report by Reuters.

RED ALERT! HHS proposes to remove minors from non “GENDER AFFIRMING” foster homes.

Yes, you read that right: Biden Admin Proposal Would ‘Transfer’ Kids Out Of Foster Homes That Don’t Affirm Their ‘Gender Identity.’

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released a proposed rule Wednesday that would require states to “transfer” foster children from families who do not support their “gender identity,” a copy of the rule showed.

Under the proposed rule, children in the foster care system will only be placed with families who the HHS classifies as a “safe and appropriate placement,” meaning families must use a child’s “identified pronouns” and “chosen name,” the rule said. “Safe” families will undergo extensive training to “provide” for the child’s “needs,” and the state will transfer fostered children away from families who do not “support” their “self-identified gender identity and expression,” upon completion of an investigation.

“In certain cases, we anticipate that a report from a LGBTQI+ youth that they feel their placement is not safe or appropriate should merit a response of great urgency from the agency,” HHS wrote in the proposed rule. “For example, given the extensive evidence that LGBTQI+ youth who face bullying, discrimination, or harassment related to their sexual orientation or gender identity are at significantly increased risk of violence or self-harm, we anticipate that agencies should respond with urgency when a LGBTQI+ child raises concerns that a placement that is not safe and appropriate.”

https://x.com/SecBecerra/status/1707098246139531666?s=20

Evil made to sound innocent.

Families can apply for a religious exception, but the agency declares it has a “compelling government interest” that outweighs any “religious restrictions.”

Child abuse in its most insidious form,

The rule also clarifies that foster parents will be guilty of “neglect” or “abuse” if they “retaliate” against a child for their “gender identity,” including if they restrict the child’s access to “age-appropriate materials” such as “health care supportive of their sexual orientation and gender identity and expression.”

Families will be required to help children go through sex-change surgeries or allow them to take puberty blockers, including children younger than 14.

President Joe Biden requested in June that the agency “take action” to “safeguard LGBTQI+ youth from dangerous practices,”

Families who have religious objections to changing genders or engaging in same-sex relationships will not be allowed to foster children who “identify” as “LGBTQIA,” because they will not fit under the definition of a “safe placement,” the rule clarifies. HHS says families can apply for a religious exception, but claimed that the agency has “compelling government interest” that outweighs any “religious restrictions.”

HHS created the rule after President Joe Biden requested in June that the agency “take action” to “safeguard LGBTQI+ youth from dangerous practices,” a White House press release said. Biden praised the HHS rule in a Wednesday press release and said the rule would give children “the services they need to thrive.”

HHS plans to publish the proposed rule on Thursday and will allow individuals to comment on the potential rule for the next 60 days.

Rules by the unelected are not laws.

First reported on The Daily Caller.

So, when do we deport these criminals? Texas judge who previously deemed DACA illegal reaffirms ruling. Children who were without their permission (Remember the progressives feel that children’s rights are more important) were forcibly brought here right? We have this from FOX News.

A revised version of the federal policy known as the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which prevents the deportation of thousands of immigrants brought to the U.S. as children, has once again been deemed illegal by a federal judge who gave the same ruling previously.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen said in his decision Wednesday that on July 16, 2021, the court vacated the DACA program created by the 2012 DACA Memorandum, which prohibited the U.S., its departments, agencies, officers, agents and employees from granting new DACA applications and administering the program.

Hanen’s decision then was affirmed by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and Wednesday, reaffirmed by him. Send them home.
