Indicted and Convicted felon is pardoned, but senior citizens are not. So Joe allows his indicted convicted son a pardon, but not one for senior citizens who’s only crime was that they entered the capitol with the police escorting some.

Joe Biden granted his son Hunter Biden a blanket pardon in the federal gun and tax cases against him Sunday night. The pardon, which covers any federal crimes by Hunter from 2014 to 2024, ends a case that was blown open by IRS whistleblowers who spoke out after the Biden Justice Department slow-walked an investigation into Hunter, allowing the statute of limitations to pass on some charges and offering Hunter a sweetheart plea deal that was ultimately rejected by an incredulous federal judge in Delaware resulting in the appointment of a special counsel by Attorney General Merrick Garland in the case. Incredibly, Garland appointed the same federal prosecutor who sabotaged the Hunter case, Robert Weiss, to be special counsel.

Federal Court Rules Defamation Suit Against MSNBC’s Andrew Weissmann Can Proceed.

A federal court has denied a motion by anti-Trump pundit Andrew Weissmann to dismiss a defamation suit by former White House lawyer Stefan Passantino over false claims that he had coached a January 6 Committee witness to lie.

This case tells us that we need to get another Congressional hearing on those who testified on January 6. Also get the folks who the Democrats refused to call for what evidence they had.

In September, U.S. District Court Judge Loren AliKhan denied a motion from MSNBC legal analyst and attorney Andrew Weissmann to dismiss a complaint filed by Stefan Passantino, who represented former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson before she became the Jan. 6 Committee’s star witness.

“This is an insidious lie,” Passantino’s lawsuit reads. “Ms. Hutchinson even testified, under penalty of law: ‘I want to make this clear to you: Stefan [Passantino] never told me to lie. … He told me not to lie.”

Sanctuaries Kept 22K Criminal Illegals from ICE since 2021. For some reason the Sanctuary cities and states think they’ll get away with committing felonies.

Since January 2021, sanctuary jurisdictions have released more than 22,000 jailed criminal aliens that ICE was seeking to take into custody for removal, according to ICE records on declined detainers provided to Congress.

The number has grown each year, and represents 6 to 7 percent of ICE detainers issued in those years. Each declined detainer represents a deportable criminal alien who was released back into the community and given the opportunity to prey on more victims. The number reported by ICE include detainers declined by the law enforcement agency with custody of the alien, cases in which the local law enforcement agency provided insufficient notice to ICE to arrive before the alien’s release, and early releases of aliens despite a detainer.

Moms for Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice has been frequently floated as a potential pick for President-elect Donald Trump’s education secretary, but the same agency she could lead is also one she says should be abolished.

“Parents are the number one driver of student success. Parents were put in the back seat when it came to their kids’ education. We need to put them in the driver’s seat, and I know that President Trump believes that, too,” Justice said Monday on “Fox & Friends First.”

“Ultimately, I believe the Department of Education should be shut down. Since it was created, we have only seen plummeting achievement scores, teachers unions having more influence on our kids’ education and more global interference in our kids’ education. It’s no coincidence that kids in Kenya are learning the same type of comprehensive sex education curriculum that they are in New Jersey, so we absolutely need to stop the waste at the federal Department of Education and put parents back in the driver’s seat.”
