One law. One Page. Undocumented not allowed to vote in state or local elections. Part 33.

One law. One Page. Undocumented not allowed to vote in state or local elections. Part 33.

In 1996, the U.S. Congress passed a federal immigration enforcement bill called the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRAIRA). Section 611 of IIRAIRA criminalized noncitizen voting in federal elections, but the law did not explicitly prohibit noncitizens from voting in state or local elections in accordance with state constitutions and local ordinances

So far, no state has openly allowed illegals to vote in state elections, but at least 11 have no impediments against voting statewide.

So why do Maryland Politicians want their allies brought back? Registered voters?

So why do Maryland Politicians want their allies brought back? Registered voters?

I was scratching my head wondering why the left especially a congressman and senator from Maryland were making such a fuss over the undocumented. Then I looked into it more closely. The illegals make up 5% of Maryland’s state population.

Over 126,000 U.S. citizens in Maryland live with at least one family member who is undocumented.

275,000 undocumented immigrants comprised 29 percent of the immigrant population and 5 percent of the total state population

And they also can vote in local elections. So look how that comes to play in close elections. I say Maryland is one state that ICE needs to concentrate on.

Let’s get DOGE working on the state ballot rolls.

Let’s get DOGE working on the state ballot rolls.

When it comes down to who can and cannot vote the states are not the best when it comes down to who’s eligible to vote. Especially states like California who send out ballots to everyone who’s listed.

I think DOGE would have authority since we have states running Federal Elections. This way the dead and illegals would be removed.

WHAT SAY YOU?

Push to Remove ‘Undocumented’ Identifiers on Connecticut Driver’s Licenses Raises Voter Fraud Concerns. So, we now have Connecticut who wants to make it easier for the undocumented to vote.

Gov. Ned Lamont wants to eliminate the distinguishing marks on driver’s licenses for undocumented immigrants, a change that would make it difficult to identify ineligible voters according to local election officials.

Most states have the voting results in a few days. Except for California who takes weeks to count and translate all the undocumented ballots.

With millions of undocumented voting and counting all the dead folks who vote in California, it’s a long process counting all these ballots. California can eliminate the wait tomorrow.

If California had only the legal folks voting at the polls where the machines count the votes, the 30 days or so would not happen.

Also with partisans sitting on the ballots for 30 days is a recipe for fraud.

Most of the state’s 22 million registered voters cast mail ballots — and to an extensive review process that requires more than placing a ballot through a machine.
