White House Honors a criminal. OJ Simpson receives love from the WH.

White House Honors a criminal. OJ Simpson receives love from the WH. I’m sure you’ve heard by now, OJ Simpson has died. Good riddance to bad rubbish. Oh I was a fan of the OJ the football star. Met him years ago when I was working corporate security for the DeBartolo Corp.  But my admiration ended for him when he followed a life of crime. Lost two out of his three cases.

Now the White House sends condolences? No mention of the lives and families OJ hurt?

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre offered condolences Thursday following the death of OJ Simpson  — but made no mention of the two people he was accused, and sensationally acquitted, of killing nearly three decades ago.

“Our thoughts are with his families [sic] during this difficult time — obviously with his family and loved ones,” Jean-Pierre said at her regular briefing.

“And I’ll say this, I know that they have asked for some privacy. And so we’re going to respect that. And I’ll just leave it there.”

Build it and they will not come. Latino Support for Deportations, Border Wall Surged at Least 10 Points Since 2021. Even Latinos don’t want the undocumented here. Look at what a Axios (of all people) poll found out what needs to be done.

The poll found that among Latino adults:

  • Thirty-eight percent support deporting illegal aliens, up ten points (28 percent) since President Joe Biden assumed office.
  • Forty-two percent support securing the southern border by building a wall, up 12 points since 2021.
  • Sixty-four percent support allowing a president to close the borders if migrants are invading the nation.

Trump was right and this poll seems to back him up. Trumps policies are registering among voters.

If the Abortion scare fails, is January 6 the Ace in the Hole?

The left is now playing the abortion card. Claiming Trump is out to kill women. Well it looks as if Trump is closer to the left on abortion then the right. So they need a new card to play. January 6.

The mostly peaceful rally that had some trouble, some claim the government had folks there instigating. So what’s next? Arrests for folks at January 6 has picked up.

The rate of arrests showed a sharp increase in the first quarter compared to 2023 and 2022, a report shows.

The U.S. Department of Justice reported that as of the close of business on April 5, 1,387 people have been arrested since the breach and violence at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

In the first three months of the year, the 122 arrests logged in 2024 vastly outpaced the 70 arrests in the same period of 2023 and the 50 arrests in the first quarter of 2022, DOJ records show.

Hey Joe? What part of we’re suing your ass again don’t you understand?

Hey Joe? What part of we’re suing your ass again don’t you understand? Biden has already been rebuked by the Supreme Court, but he keeps on forgiving loans to these deadbeat students who are refusing to pay for loans they took out. No one forced them to take these loans.

Now Biden has come up with another hair brain scheme to get around the courts. We have this from the AP. Seven states led by Missouri filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday challenging Biden’s SAVE Plan, which has become a new legal target for conservative opponents after the Supreme Court toppled the Democratic president’s first attempt at student loan cancellation. It largely mirrors another suit filed last month by Republican attorneys general in 11 states, led by Kansas.

Good news for Republicans the past week or so.

Good news for Republicans the past week or so.

We had a few victories in both the courts and with the state legislators the past 7-10 days. Remember it’s the legislators and not the Secretary of State who make the laws.

In Florida. Judge Cannon spurned Smith’s demand that she quickly decide whether the personal documents claim will be relevant to the trial, saying making a decision at this stage would be “unprecedented and unjust”.

In New Mexico, a judge ruled in favor of an election integrity group — and also rebuked the state’s Democrat election officials for violating public disclosure rules pertaining to its voter rolls.

Wisconsin voters approved two amendments to the state’s constitution — making sure that private money to fund elections will be banned and that only election officials can administer elections.

Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen called on state lawmakers to pass measure LB764 to make the state’s electoral votes into a winner-take-all scenario.

Georgia — where the Georgia General Assembly actually passed three election integrity bills last Thursday.

The three bills — SB189, HB974, and HB1207 — ban unverifiable QR-coded voting and also require improved ballot chain of custody procedures to stop ballot fraud. They also mandate visible watermarks on all ballots to stop fake ballots.

On bill, SB189, mandates that all physical ballots are subject to Georgia Open Records law. The bills contain many more details to improve Georgia’s elections.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday blocked Biden’s plan to cancel loans for borrowers who claim they were victims of ‘misleading information’ by colleges.

How stupid are these White Progressive Supremacists? He’s an undocumented. I’m sure you heard about this case. A young lady was killed by her boyfriend. The left was in a uproar. About her being killed? No, about calling it something beside a domestic dispute.

Yes the man killed his girlfriend, but what the left is ignoring is the facts. The man is not here legally. A undocumented progressive. But the left says oh no. Not a case where a undocumented killed someone, but a simple case of a domestic dispute.

Officials say Ortiz-Vite, who was in the U.S. illegally, faces five felony charges, including murder and carjacking. Ortiz-Vite allegedly shot Garcia multiple times after an argument Friday before leaving her body on the side of the freeway and driving off with Garcia’s 2023 Mazda before abandoning it, court records show.

Nuff Said.

Republican lawmakers sue DOJ tax attorneys for refusing to provide testimony in Biden impeachment inquiry.

Republican lawmakers sue DOJ tax attorneys for refusing to provide testimony in Biden impeachment inquiry.

So how long does the Biden Cartel think that they can run interference? And what happens if the courts agree that the tax attorneys need to testify? The DOJ has “thwarted” the House panel’s efforts to get testimony from the Tax Division officials, according to the lawsuit.

The House Judiciary Committee on Thursday filed a lawsuit against two attorneys from the Justice Department’s tax division over their refusal to comply with subpoenas issued by the Republican-led panel co-leading President Biden’s impeachment inquiry.

The complaint asks the US District Court in Washington, DC to issue a preliminary injunction compelling DOJ lawyers Mark Daly and Jack Morgan to sit for depositions before the panel investigating the 81-year-old president’s alleged involvement in his family’s business dealings.

Daly and Morgan have been involved in the DOJ’s five-year-long probe into Hunter Biden’s alleged criminal activity, which has thus far resulted in 12 charges against the 53-year-old first son related to tax and gun crimes.

“The Committee’s need for Daly’s and Morgan’s testimony is urgent,” the motion for the emergency order states. “Every day that they defy the Committee’s Subpoenas delays and hinders its investigation at a time when the Committee is seeking to conclude its fact gathering.”

California here we come. Not. New Yorkers fleeing the city. Recent poll. And no I don’t think they’re crazy enough to go to California. A city full of crime, undocumented, and high costs for housing, food, utilities, etc. Below are the results of a recent poll.

Fifty percent of New Yorkers say they plan to leave New York City over the next five years, according to a poll released Tuesday by the Citizens Budget Commission.

The poll, the first taken by the nonprofit since the COVID pandemic, also found:

  • Only 30% rate the quality of life in NYC as excellent or good, down from 50% in 2017 and 2008; 33% rate the quality of life as poor.
  • 50% rate the neighborhood they live in as excellent or good.
  • Only 37% rate public safety in their neighborhood as excellent or good, down from 50% in 2017.
  • New Yorkers feel only marginally safer riding the subway during the day now as they felt on the subway at night in 2017.
  • Only 24% rate the quality of government services good or excellent, down from 44% in 2017.
  • Still, over 50% of New Yorkers rates particular services as excellent or good, including fire protection, household garbage pickup, 311, and bus services.
  • Nuff said.

Will the Supreme Court step in Trumps NY Case based on the eighth?

Will the Supreme Court step in Trumps NY Case based on the eighth? They have in the past. Below is what happened.

Ginsburg delivered the high court’s opinion in Timbs v. Indiana on Feb. 20, 2019, in which she laid out how the Eighth Amendment’s prohibition on excessive fines applies to the states as well as the federal government.

In that case, Indiana police had seized Tyson Timbs’ Land Rover SUV, which he had purchased for $42,000 with money he received from a life insurance policy when his father died. After Timbs pleaded guilty to drug dealing and conspiracy to commit theft, he was fined $10,000 and the state sought civil forfeiture of the vehicle. The judge ruled that taking the vehicle was an excessive fine because it was worth four times the penalty and excessive fines are prohibited by the Constitution’s Eighth Amendment.

The ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeals, but the Indiana Supreme Court overturned it on the grounds that the Eighth Amendment’s prohibition on excessive fines only applies to the federal government and not to the states.

In a unanimous decision, the U.S. Supreme Court said that it does, in fact, bind the states as well.
