You chose protests and hate groups? See you in court Harvard.

The federal government says it’s freezing more than $2.2 billion in grants and $60 million in contracts to Harvard University, since the institution said Monday, it won’t comply with the Trump administration’s demands to limit activism on campus.

Harvard is one of several Ivy League schools targeted in a campaign by the administration, which also has paused federal funding for the University of Pennsylvania, Brown, and Princeton.

Calling hate speech, attacks on Jewish students and class disruptions is not activism, but actions bordering on terrorism.

Supreme Court Allows Trump Admin to Terminate Teaching Grants That Violate DEI (Progressives N Word) Policy.

NBC News reported:

The Supreme Court on Friday allowed the Trump administration to terminate Education Department grants for teacher training that official deemed to violate their new policy opposing diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

The decision blocks a Massachusetts-based judge’s ruling that said the administration had failed to follow the correct legal process in terminating the grants. About $65 million in grant payments are outstanding.

The decision is the first win for President Donald Trump at the Supreme Court in his second term.

45 schools maybe practicing racism, so the DOE is going to investigate. I say take it a step further. Investigate all schools college high school, and grade schools for DEI practice.

Asians and whites are those most effected. Isn’t it strange that the two races that score the highest are the ones most discriminated against?

U.S. Secretary of Education Linda McMahon said in a statement:

The Department is working to reorient civil rights enforcement to ensure all students are protected from illegal discrimination. The agency has already launched Title VI investigations into institutions where widespread antisemitic harassment has been reported and Title IX investigations into entities which allegedly continue to allow sex discrimination; today’s announcement expands our efforts to ensure universities are not discriminating against their students based on race and race stereotypes.”

“Students must be assessed according to merit and accomplishment, not prejudged by the color of their skin. We will not yield on this commitment,” she added.

Why didn’t I think of this?

“The U.S. Department of Education launched EndDEI.Ed.Gov, a public portal for parents, students, teachers, and the broader community to submit reports of discrimination based on race or sex in publicly-funded K-12 schools,” the department said.

“The secure portal allows parents to provide an email address, the name of the student’s school or school district, and details of the concerning practices. The Department of Education will use submissions as a guide to identify potential areas for investigation.”
