The appeals court said the judge must rule on the Trump DOJ’s motion to dismiss the case first.

This should be good. DOGE and Welfare Fraud.
SNAP, Social Security, and Medicaid, are next on the list for DOGE. This will have many on the left upping the meds. “According to the GAO’s own figures, there’s anywhere from $230 billion to $520 billion in fraudulent payments in [social welfare] programs across the board. So, the money is there if it’s looked at.”
Going after fraud in programs such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and SNAP is not the same thing as “cutting benefits,” as Elon Musk and the Trump administration have tried to stress. Politically, Democrats see a potential wedge issue if they can persuade large numbers of Americans that their benefits will be cut. That was, for example, the reason Texas Democratic Rep. Al Green yelled at President Trump during his recent address to Congress, for which he was censured the next day.
Fraud is always a problem in government social welfare programs.

•Is it true that members of her family profited from her position as an elected official? This was reported by the LA Times.
•Does she agree with Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics that she is one of the “most corrupt” Members of Congress? Does she think she deserved to win the award four times?
•Would she be open to leading by example and allowing DOGE to ensure that she is using taxpayer dollars responsibly to serve Californians? If not, what does she have to hide?
•Did she enjoy the 47-minute video of President Trump’s accomplishments playing in the lobby?

Let’s get DOGE working on the state ballot rolls.
When it comes down to who can and cannot vote the states are not the best when it comes down to who’s eligible to vote. Especially states like California who send out ballots to everyone who’s listed.
I think DOGE would have authority since we have states running Federal Elections. This way the dead and illegals would be removed.
