After last night, who wouldn’t be proud to have Trump as their President?

Last night the whole world heard our President and what he would do to fix all the issues that the past administration created. Yes their were disruptions from the losers on the left, and yes our President took note and called out the disrupters.

Below are a few highlights from last night. If you missed last night, you missed the master at work.

Apple CEO Tim Cook announced that Texas is the place you want to be when it comes to building a 250,000-square-foot manufacturing plant. We have this from Mr. Cook.

“We are bullish on the future of American innovation, and we’re proud to build on our long-standing U.S. investments with this $500 billion commitment to our country’s future,” Apple CEO Tim Cook said in a statement. “And we’ll keep working with people and companies across this country to help write an extraordinary new chapter in the history of American innovation.”

We’re talking 20,000 new jobs.

The U.S. Economy Depends More Than Ever on Rich People.

How many of you realize that the top 10% account for almost 50% of all the spending? Yes Virginia, the poor and lower middle class the past four years have sat on the sidelines and cried the blues.

Hey I don’t blame them. This past administration did nothing to help stimulate the economy. If anything they were the ones who sunk the ship.

During the Biden pandemic, Americans across the spectrum saved at record levels. They spent less because they were stuck at home and received extra money from the government’s various stimulus measures. By early 2022, households socked away an extra $2.6 trillion.

Then inflation struck, and prices rose sharply. Most Americans turned to their extra savings to keep up with their rising bills. But the top 10% of earners kept most of what they had saved up.

Bottom line? Spend it like you stole it.

California Coastal Commission must be abolished.

  • Ric Grenell, a longtime ally of President Trump, said “there will be conditions” to the coming aid, echoing previous warnings from both men in recent days.
  • Grenell said the California Coastal Commission “needs to absolutely be defunded.”

Initiated by voters and signed by Gov. Jerry Brown in his first term, the 1976 Coastal Act was a response to unregulated shoreline development. Almost immediately after its passage, beachfront owners and interest groups across the state began pushing to amend or repeal sections of the law.

Grenell told the audience. “Everyone who’s involved knows that the California Coastal Commission is a disaster, and it needs to absolutely be defunded. And from just a way to think about government, we already have local government making these decisions.

You want to know what President Trump has been up to the past  week?

The White House Press Corps received a reality check to wrap up this week’s news.

Daily Caller White House Correspondent Reagan Reese posted to social media platform X Friday a 3-page document that was handed out that day listing all of President Donald Trump‘s accomplishments for the week.

If Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt and her team always plan to bring their A-game, unlike her predecessor and apparent diversity hire Karine Jean-Pierre, the press needs a report like this every week.

Let’s look at DOGE. And who started firing employees. Clinton, Gore, Obama.

Remember that Trump didn’t start the cutting out of deadwood employees and government waste. Also DOGE was already in place.

Let’s look at what happened under Clinton/Gore.

  • Reduced the size of federal civilian workforce by 426,200 positions between January 1993 and September 2000.1   Thirteen of 14 departments reduced in size. Closed nearly 2,000 obsolete field offices and eliminated 250 programs.
  • Cut government by eliminating what wasn’t needed bloated headquarters, layers of managers, outdated field offices, obsolete red tape and rules. For example, cut 78,000 managers governmentwide.
  • And who created DOGE?
  • Trump didn’t create a new Cabinet-level department with DOGE, but rather renamed the previously existing United States Digital Service, which was created under former President Barack Obama. That office launched in 2014 to improve the federal government’s digital capabilities following the rocky rollout of the HealthCare.gov website.

You got the Tariffs, Don’t do what you did the last time. Steel and Aluminum.

The last time President Trump placed the Tariffs on Steel and Aluminum, the American companies raised their prices. This was wrong and let us hope that someone in government keeps an eye on this.

Canada, Brazil, Mexico, South Korea and Vietnam are the biggest sellers of steel into the U.S., according to American Iron and Steel Institute data, while Canada is the dominant supplier of imported aluminum.

Why Conservatives and the majority of Americans are on the 80% of all issues.

This morning I heard the perfect breakdown of what’s called 80 20. Take all the issues of today and what’s President Trump is doing is supported by the 80.

Democrat politicians supporting Illegals, Transgender, Wasteful Spending, Hollywood, Silicon Valley, and finally old men and women being guided by the 20 and 30 something crowd.

The 2024 elections gave President Trump a mandate. He was open about what he was going to do and he was also open about Musk. The President said a sledge hammer would be used to fix things. Promises made, Promises kept.

Yes Virginia, Americans cared about the economy, inflation, not J6.

Americans looked at J6 and saw what I saw. Much to do about nothing. J6 was about a protest that thanks a city that refused Trumps help, let a protest get out of hand.

This from a CNN Analysist.

“People, simply put, didn’t care as much about the attack on the Capitol,” Enten continued. “Look at this, ‘January 6th is your biggest memory of Trump’s first term.’ By the time of 2024, look at this. It was just 5%, just 5% of Americans, and among Republicans it was just 2%. So the bottom line is, fewer Americans faulted Donald Trump, thought he was greatly responsible for the January 6 attack, and more than that, when it went in the rear view mirror, far fewer folks thought that it was their number one memory.”

Pass few bills, but put a lot in them.

Pass few bills but put a lot in them.

The House needs to combine numerous items in one large reconciliation bill. Some in Trumps inner circle want several, but Speaker Johnson has stated that the President wants one large bill.

That bill will cover border security, energy, and an extension of Trump’s 2017 tax law.

Reconciliation allows Congress to pass party-line policies on taxes and spending with simple majority votes, bypassing the Senate’s standard 60-vote requirement for legislation. Marshaling Trump’s policies into one bill would allow the incoming administration to advance their agenda.
