I’ll be starting a new series on how Government is using its powers (Sometimes unconstitutionally and possibly illegally). Some of the articles will be in my own words (with sources) and some will be the reposting of articles from others.

I’ll be looking at local, state, and federal. Also, I’ll be looking at the educational system. Hopefully you will be shocked that this is going on. So, let’s see where this takes us.

Call a spade a spade. Hamas, Pro Hamas Rioters, and White and Black Progressive Supremacists have the same goals. For my Liberal readers, let me explain before you try to do a doxing on me the way Progressives do. This is my pointing out of white progressive and black progressive supremacists.

The two groups have the same goals. They don’t allow debate. Only one view is allowed, and they dox whenever they get the chance. They will also go after moderates and liberals who disagree with them.

They claim that they’re not antisemitic, but they don’t condemn the rioters or openly support Israel in the October attack. They also will say something like I don’t support the government, but I support the people. Never do you see them in rallies in support of the people. They only show up in these rallies for a river to the sea cleansing of Jews.

So, when you see me connect progressives with Hamas, KKK, Confederates, Jim Crow laws, and other signs of hate, you will know of whom I speak.

If True, Fani Willis Secretly Colluded with January 6 Committee. If this really happened, this would hurt both cases. What I don’t get is this. This was a Federal Election. Why is a local county prosecutor filing charges, and why is this even in a local court?

Committee staff quietly met with lawyers and agents working for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis in mid-April 2022, just as she prepared to convene a special grand jury investigation. In the previously unreported meeting, the Jan. 6 committee aides let the district attorney’s team review — but not keep — a limited set of evidence they had gathered.

The committee aided Willis’ nascent probe even as it rebuffed the Justice Department’s requests for material in the separate federal criminal probe of Trump’s election subversion. At the time, one reason the committee was more inclined to cooperate with the Fulton County team than with the federal prosecutors was that federal prosecutors might have been required to disclose the evidence in ongoing criminal cases related to the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

Jan. 6 committee chairman Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) had previously described “staff-level contacts” between his panel and Fulton County prosecutors. In early April 2022 — nearly two weeks before the panel’s staff met with Willis’ team — Thompson told reporters he wasn’t aware of how extensive those contacts were. And on Wednesday, Thompson told POLITICO that he did not know about the in-person visit that spring.

Biden beaten again. Court rules leave dishwashers and washing machines alone. As most of you know, the Biden administration has led an assault on numerous products. Latest was dishwashers and washing machines.

In a ruling on Monday, U.S. Appeals Court Judge Andrew Oldham said that it was unclear whether the Department of Energy (DOE) had the statutory authority to regulate water use in such appliances, and that the new rules it had proposed might not lead to less water use.

Not much has changed since 1860 with the Progressive Democrats. They still have Blacks packed in large cities, tell them how to vote, who to vote for, and deny them voter ID. Some in states  like California won’t even allow a Black man to vote in person.

What world dictators keep or try to keep the opposition off the ballot? The United States joined several other countries that keep or try to keep the opposition off the ballot.

The Biden administration has enacted or threatened sanctions against foreign nations who have kicked opposition candidates off the ballot, leading some lawmakers to question the Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling this week to remove former President Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 election ballot.

Russia, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Belarus, and now the United States has joined that list. Thank a Democrat.

The United States used sanctions against these countries and asked the world community to also sanction these countries.

Smith trying to stop Trump from using evidence. Again Smith has run to the judge. This time his goal is to keep out evidence. Special Counsel Jack Smith wants to prevent President Trump from blaming provocateurs and undercover agents for the January 6 Capitol riot.

“Through public statements, filings and argument in hearings before the court, the defense has attempted to inject into this case partisan political attacks and irrelevant and prejudicial issues that have no place in a jury trial,” Jack Smith’s 20-page filing said.

“Although the court can recognize these efforts for what they are and disregard them, the jury — if subjected to them — may not. The court should not permit the defendant to turn the courtroom into a forum in which he propagates irrelevant disinformation, and should reject his attempt to inject politics into this proceeding,” Smith wrote according to the court filing

Never Trumpers try to stack the deck, and the Biden Judges go along.

Never Trumpers try to stack the deck, and the Biden Judges go along. It’s bad enough that the DOJ using Smith to file phony charges against former President Trump, now the appeals court has agreed to allow 24 never Trumpers to file an amicus brief in the case deciding whether or not former President Donald Trump has presidential immunity from criminal prosecution.

Does she practice at being illiterate? Judge Chutkan. As many of you know, President Trump went to the Supreme Court to get away from this loon judge. Trump’s claiming immunity for acts while President. But the affirmative appointed Judge is confused. Below is part of her denying Trump.

“Whatever immunities a sitting President may enjoy, the United States has only one Chief Executive at a time, and that position does not confer a lifelong ‘get-out-of-jail-free’ pass.”

When the allegations were supposedly committed, Trump was the President. Why did the judge think that Trump meant anything different?

Covid Vaccine Injury Suit May Fuel Federal Overhaul, Litigation. Bloomberg Law has a great article on how litigation on COVID Vaccine injuries are being handled.

We may never know how many thousands if not millions suffered and in many cases died from the vaccines worldwide. Hopefully this lawsuit will help and bring more claims forward.

Lawyers say the move could spur Congress and the Department of Health and Human Services to reform how they handle vaccine injuries, as well as push more of the individuals alleging injuries to not just sue the government, but the drugmakers that the program is meant to shield from litigation.
