Yes Virginia, Democrats Independents, and Republicans want Biden and Trump drug tested. Trump has agreed to be drug tested. Biden through a spokesman has not. But what do the American people want?

The refusal to take a drug test comes as most, 70 percent, would like to see both Biden and Trump undergo drug testing before the debate, according to a DailyMail.com/TIPP survey.

Just 18 percent disagreed, and 12 percent remained unsure. Notably, there was a consensus across party lines, too, as 77 percent of Republicans, 64 percent of Democrats, and 70 percent of independents said candidates should undergo drug testing.

Exposing the eight year lie. There were good people on both sides. Just ask Snopes. For eight  years Biden has spewed the lie that President Trump was glorifying the hate group on the right. He wasn’t. Conservative media within a day played the video where Trump condemned the violence from the right and spoke about the peaceful groups. MSM repeated Bidens lie. Now this finally after eight years of lies. From Snopes.

On Aug. 15, 2017, then-President Donald Trump called neo-Nazis and white supremacists who attended the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, “very fine people.”

Context

In a news conference after the rally protesting the planned removal of a Confederate statue, Trump did say there were “very fine people on both sides,” referring to the protesters and the counterprotesters. He said in the same statement he wasn’t talking about neo-Nazis and white nationalists, who he said should be “condemned totally.”

So Joe Biden has a announced rally and gets 50-100 people. And that includes the media. Trump is driving to a fundraiser and gets thousands. Thousands of supporters lined the streets in Newport Beach, California to catch a glimpse of President Trump’s motorcade.

President Trump on Saturday is attending a fundraiser in Newport Beach hosted by John Word, a health insurance executive.

Biden has a motorcade and he attracts maybe five or six supporters. But usually dozens of protestors.

53 million and counting. Trump’s small donations.

As of 9:00 yesterday evening, President Trump has raised 53 million from small donors. Almost 30% were first time donors. So how is it that every time Trump is falsely accused  or indicted, he gets more popular and raises more money?

Trump has a long record of turning scandal to his advantage, and his campaign website began redirecting visitors to a fundraising page declaring he was a “political prisoner” moments after he was convicted.

We’ve seen the numbers posted anywhere from 40,000 to 100,000. By far the largest political rally in the state of New Jersey. What I saw was amazing to draw such a crowd in a blue state. Below are the sights and sounds from that rally.

CNN Legal Analyst Stunned by Stormy Daniels’ ‘Disastrous’ Courtroom Admission: ‘A Big Deal’

CNN Legal Analyst Stunned by Stormy Daniels’ ‘Disastrous’ Courtroom Admission: ‘A Big Deal’

(with additions by TPR)

When even the most hysterically anti-Trump news outlet has been forced to admit the star witness in the current trial against the former president lacks credibility, you know that case is in trouble.

The case in question was the “hush money” trial Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has brought against Donald Trump regarding the alleged illegality of a payment supposedly made to porn star Stormy Daniels to prevent her from speaking about an alleged affair.

Taking the stand on Tuesday, and irritating the entire courtroom with an unending string of needless details, Daniels’ testimony forced even a CNN legal expert to cast doubts on her overall credibility.

Senior CNN legal analyst Elie Honig appeared on a panel on Anderson Cooper’s show, discussing Daniels’ testimony and cross-examination by the defense.

play-sharp-fill
(I noted that the clip portrays another panel member, Norman Eisman—without realizing it—as just another Trump-hating witch hunter. He wrote a book “TRYING TRUMP -A guide to His First Election Interference Criminal Trial” and served as a Democratic ‘special counsel’ on Trump’s first impeachment trial(!) If that doesn’t shout BIASED!! I don’t know what could possibly make it any MORE obvious. — TPR)

While his peers were more impressed with Daniels’ testimony, especially under cross-examination, Honig admitted he had “the exact opposite impression.”

According to Honig, while Daniels was “plausible on her explanation of what happened in that hotel room” in 2006, she nevertheless fell flat on her face with the cross-examination.

In Honig’s words, in the cross-examination, “her responses were disastrous.”

Citing one of the questions put to Daniels, Honig said “‘Do you hate Donald Trump?’ Yes, of course she does. That’s a big deal. When the witness hates the person whose liberty is at stake, that’s a big d**n deal.”

As Honig pointed out, her statements left a great weak spot for the defense to exploit: “The defense is going to say, she’s willing to defy a court order … She’s not going to respect the order of a judge, why is she going to respect this oath she took?

“So,” Honig concluded, “I thought it went quite poorly.”

Ouch.

She previously signed a statement saying her story about the one-night stand was false.

Now, of course, Honig was only articulating what most who have been paying attention (without being blinded by Trump Derangement Syndrome) already knew quite well.

Daniels’ whole motivation in going after Trump has been the same as everyone else who has been prosecuting him — to prevent him from winning the presidency again in November.

She freely admitted on the stand that she hated him. Daniels admitted she has thus far failed to pay the money she owed to Trump (~$500,000 — TPR)  because it “wasn’t fair.” She has previously stated that she would go to jail before she’d pay “that shit” what she owed per court order.

The Post Millennial likewise reported that Judge Juan Merchan, despite tossing out the defense’s mistrial request, nevertheless had to admit Daniels went into far too much detail and was “difficult to control.”

For these and many other reasons (including previously signing a statement (see below) saying her story about the affair was false), Daniels was not a credible witness, and could only hinder rather than help the prosecution.

“Over the past few weeks, I have been asked countless times to comment on reports of an alleged sexual relationship I had with Donald Trump many, many, many years ago.

“The fact of the matter is that each party to this alleged affair denied its existence in 2006, 2011, 2016, 2017 and now again in 2018. I am not denying the affair because I was paid ‘hush money’ as has been reported in overseas owned tabloids. I am denying this affair because it never happened.”

–Statement of Stormy Daniels Jan 30, 2018 — prior to Trump’s State of the Union address — and her “interview” afterwards with Jimmy Kimmel.

And the fact that even a CNN legal expert could readily admit that her cross-examination was disastrous for the prosecution was incredibly telling.

Why should a witness who says they hate the defendant and who has refused a court order to pay that defendant be listened to?

Even the most legally ignorant member of the jury had to be asking questions about her credibility after she admitted that.

Daniels cannot be trusted to tell the truth. But, between her active social media presence and eager appearances on shows like The View, that should have been clear before the trial ever started.

It was only because of the blind prejudice of folks like Alvin Bragg that this trial got as far as it did in the first place.

So why was she even allowed to testify? Three reasons: TDS, she took her clothes off regularly for pay, and $$$$$$ in publicity and far-left, deep-pocket donors. — TPR

Winning – MAGA edition: Supreme Court rules states can’t kick Trump off the ballot

The decision swiftly ended the legal fight over whether states could bar Trump from their ballots based on the Constitution’s 14th Amendment.

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Monday handed a sweeping win to former President Donald Trump by ruling that states cannot kick him off the ballot over his actions leading up to the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol — bringing a swift end to a case with huge implications for the 2024 election.

In an unsigned ruling with no dissents, the court reversed the Colorado Supreme Court, which determined that Trump could not serve again as president under Section 3 of the Constitution’s 14th Amendment.

The provision prohibits those who previously held government positions but later “engaged in insurrection” from running for various offices.

The court said the Colorado Supreme Court had wrongly assumed that states can determine whether a presidential candidate or other candidate for federal office is ineligible.

The ruling makes it clear that Congress, not states, has to set rules on how the 14th Amendment provision can be enforced against federal office-seekers. As such, the decision applies to all states, not just Colorado. States retain the power to bar people running for state office from appearing on the ballot under Section 3.

By deciding the case on that legal question, the court avoided any analysis or determination of whether Trump’s actions constituted an insurrection.

The decision comes just a day before the Colorado primary.

Minutes after the ruling, Trump hailed the decision in an all-capital-letters post on his social media site, writing, “Big win for America!!!”

Get out the legal vote. Tenor Photo.

Trumps got it right. We can’t have this border bill.

Trumps got it right. We can’t have this border bill. This is nothing but a sanctuary bill for the undocumented and a way for Democrats to grow their base. It does nothing to secure the border. No Wall or a way of sending back the undocumented.

Former President Donald Trump told Newsmax in an exclusive interview Monday that lawmakers would be “foolish” to sign the Senate’s border security bill.

This keeps the Ukraine war going with no end in sight. Why are we giving billons more (10) than the whole European Union is? Makes no sense to keep this going. Biden demands a cease fire in the Israel-Hamas war but doesn’t do the same for the Russia-Ukraine war.

By MC.

I’ll be starting a new series on how Government is using its powers (Sometimes unconstitutionally and possibly illegally). Some of the articles will be in my own words (with sources) and some will be the reposting of articles from others.

I’ll be looking at local, state, and federal. Also, I’ll be looking at the educational system. Hopefully you will be shocked that this is going on. So, let’s see where this takes us.

If you have some ideas or have stories of weaponization, please feel free to comment or send me a link.

Left and Right Disagree on “Racism” Definition.

Left and Right Disagree on “Racism” Definition.

For conservatives, the definition of “racism” encompasses a narrower range of thought and behavior than it does for leftists or progressives. Conservatives see racism as an endorsement of one’s own racial group’s superiority, a belief about another racial group’s inferiority, or harmful behavior directed at someone specifically because of their race. Conservatives often require a higher standard of proof, relying on explicit evidence rather than implicit assumptions to charge someone with racist behavior. On the other hand, progressives define racism as not necessarily being limited to conscious intent, but as encompassing unconscious bias fundamental to everyone’s cultural upbringing and reaffirmed through systemic structures designed to support white people. They perceive racism as built into people’s way of being or seeing in the world. Therefore, progressives may charge someone with racism without explicit evidence the behavior or remarks of the accused were based on race, due to their belief that racism can operate as unconscious bias. Because progressives perceive many fundamental societal structures as built on systemic racism — meaning certain groups have more power than others — they view racism as linked to power, holding the belief that disadvantaged groups cannot be racist toward groups that have power. In the case of Trump’s tweets, the right sees a lack of explicit proof that Trump views the Squad as inferior due to their race, or denies that he criticized them based solely on their race and not their ideas. Progressives, on the other hand, perceive Trumps’s attempts to curb illegal immigration and the “go back” remarks as evidence of unconscious bias against immigrants and people of color.

We break down the differing “racism” definitions and hundreds of other terms in more detail in the AllSides Red Blue Dictionary. Understanding what other groups mean when they use certain terms can help us to appreciate other people’s worldview — even when we disagree.
