What part of being a probationary employee don’t these folks understand?
For some reason folks don’t comprehend that if you’re a probationary employee you can be let go. No reason isn’t needed. But yet you have the deadbeats crying the blues.
I saw where a person had about six months on the job and went and bought a house. Why would you do something like that?
Even Union workers can be fired or laid off if still on probation. I went through that with several jobs I had as a union employee. I made my probationary period, but when layoffs came the youngest in seniority were the first to go.
