Trump officials are planning to open the California coast to oil drilling lease sales for the first time in decades, according to a draft map reviewed by The Washington Post, drawing condemnation from Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom. And Newsom’s response?

“Over our dead body. Period. Full Stop,” the governor said, when asked about the plan. President Donald Trump, Newsom added, “wants to open up the coast of California to oil drilling, but he has no interest in opening up oil drilling rigs right off the coast of Florida, not right across the street from Mar-a-Lago.”

There are no oil rigs off the east coast or Florida. They tried for forty years, and none was found.

Mexico caves. Mexico to send 10,000 troops to keep out the Progressive criminals.

Hopefully they’re armed and have shoot to kill instructions. Beside agreeing to the troops to halt the drug trade.

Mexico has also agreed to Trump’s decision to resume the “Wait in Mexico” program, which requires asylum seekers to wait south of the border while their cases make their way through U.S. courts. Trump started the program in his first term but it was suspended by Biden.

Mr. Trump wrote on Truth Social on Monday that he and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum “agreed to immediately pause the anticipated tariffs for a one month period.” The pause, he said, will allow “negotiations headed by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of Treasury Scott Bessent, and Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, and high-level Representatives of Mexico.”

Justice served. Back to Mexico with the undocumented. I saw an article that VOX was upset that the Supreme Court ruled that the undocumented had to wait in Mexico not here for their hearings.

Here’s what the left forgets. These folks are coming here for economic reasons. Taking jobs from Americans and legal immigrants. When they cross that border, they committed a crime. So what do they claim when caught? I seek asylum. Well go back home till your number is called.
