Short and sweet. If RFK jr has to stay on the ballot, why not Joe Biden?
The Michigan Supreme Court on Monday ruled Robert F. Kennedy Jr. must stay on the state’s ballot even though he suspended his campaign. So, how’s this different from what Joe Biden did?
Maybe states that have Republican Secretaries of state should put Biden’s name back on the ballot. Wouldn’t that be fair? If Kennedy must stay on the ballot, then the same should be for Biden’s name to remain on the ballot.
What’s interesting is that Michigan tried to keep him off the ballot when he decided not to run, but now Michigan refuses to remove him from the ballot.

RFK Jr plans to announce independent run for president. So it looks as if RFK Jr. may run as an Independent. Of course he will take votes from Biden. And if West follows, then it will make for a very interesting race for President.

A majority of Democrats want President Biden to debate Democrat challenger Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a Convention of States Action/Trafalgar Group survey found.
This consensus is actually bipartisan, as 57.5 percent of Democrats believe Biden should debate RFK Jr. another 31.7 percent believe they should not debate, and 10.8 percent of Democrats remain unsure. Predictably, most Republicans — 92.8 percent — believe the two should debate, as do 80.1 percent of independents.
