Mark Chavez, the second of the two doctors who pleaded guilty, was sentenced – and he got a slap on the wrist. United States District Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett sentenced Chavez to eight months’ home confinement and ordered him to complete 300 hours of community service.

So where’s the charges for his acting as a foreign agent? He had crimes comitted that happened in 2016 and 2017. Plus his collusion with Russia, China, and the Ukraine.
