Yes Virginia, Latinos are swinging Trumps way.

1,592 registered Latino voters in seven battleground states – Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan – “Who do you trust when it comes to immigration?”

The responses showed 41 percent trusted Trump more, with 38 percent trusting Biden more, and 16 percent said they trusted neither. Additionally, the same poll found non-Hispanic voters also gave the edge to Trump as 49 percent chose Trump and 34 percent chose Biden with 14 percent saying neither.

Victory in Federal Lawsuit Against New Hampshire Library That Fired State Representative for Her Political Views – Library Admits That It Violated the First Amendment.

Victory in Federal Lawsuit Against New Hampshire Library That Fired State Representative for Her Political Views – Library Admits That It Violated the First Amendment.

So this librarian on her own time outside of work (unlike a part time coffeemaker) was fired (coffeemaker demoted) for endorsing candidates for office. She was rehired, but a lesson needed to be taught. This is where the ACLJ stepped in.

The court’s consent decree, in our case, does exactly that. First, the library is now obligated to publicly admit what it did; the order includes a statement that Arlene was terminated “because she engaged in off duty, public, expressive, political activity, outside the scope of her employment with the Library.”

Second, the library agreed to make the following public statement admitting wrongdoing:

The Dudley-Tucker Library regrets its conduct toward Quaratiello and the violation of Plaintiff Quaratiello’s constitutional rights, and will remind, in writing, all personnel to refrain from engaging in disciplinary activity that punishes the First Amendment activities of employees. The Dudley-Tucker Library and Town of Raymond will take any other actions reasonably necessary to ensure this type of constitutional violation does not occur again.

Third, the court entered an order that will ensure our client’s rights are protected in the future. This order does the following five things: (1) it declares that the termination of Rep. Quaratiello “for her political activity constituted a violation of her First Amendment rights”; (2) it orders the defendants to expunge any negative documents relating to this incident from their employee files; (3) it enjoins the defendants “from disciplining Plaintiff Quaratiello or other similarly situated employees for off-duty political speech and activity that does not occur using Library resources or time”; (4) it requires the library to “reiterate to all employees that Library policy cannot and does not prohibit employees from engaging in off-duty, constitutionally-protected political activity”; and (5) it requires an addition to the employee handbook acknowledging these fundamental rights.

Cancer Surgeon Drops Ivermectin Bombshell — “I’m a Cancer surgeon, we don’t do parasites,”

Cancer Surgeon Drops Ivermectin Bombshell — “I’m a Cancer surgeon, we don’t do parasites,”

Do you remember that drug that the MSM and government officials with ties to drug companies producing gene therapy shots derided as a “horse dewormer”?

It now turns out that it has multiple anti-cancer effects.

From articles in The Vigilant Fox and The Epoch Times

“I was as astonished as anyone might be that ivermectin has potential as an anti-cancer agent,” says cancer surgeon Dr. Kathleen Ruddy.
She’s observed multiple cases where patients with severe, late-stage cancer started to make a turn for the better after taking ivermectin.
One patient with stage four prostate cancer tried all the traditional protocols like chemotherapy and radiation before being told that there was nothing left that his doctors could do. He started taking ivermectin as a last resort. In a few short months, he had made a stunning recovery.
Within six months, the metastatic lesions began to disappear, and in less than a year, “he was out dancing for four hours” three nights per week, according to Dr. Ruddy.
A similar scenario unfolded for another man named Eddie. He was also in bad shape.

Eddie was diagnosed with two unresectable esophageal tumors that surgeons wouldn’t go near. He was a smoker, couldn’t swallow, and had lost 40 pounds in a year and a half.

“Within a couple of weeks, he sounded stronger. He could swallow. He had gained six pounds. His voice was better,” reported Dr. Ruddy.

Several weeks later, Dr. Ruddy told Eddie, “You need to get a scan.”

Guess what happened?

“We got the scan. No tumors. Gone. Gone. The problem was that he had sold his fishing boat. That was the biggest problem. He was getting better. His tumor was gone. Now he’s got to buy another fishing boat … I was like, ‘Well, now, that’s interesting.’”

There was also a third case, explained Dr. Ruddy.

After observing several cases like this, Dr. Ruddy launched a multicenter observational study on how repurposed drugs like ivermectin impact cancer survival rates.
Why would an anti-parasitic medication like ivermectin work on cancer? Are these isolated cases, or are they indicative of a major breakthrough? She’s on a mission to find out.

Sights and sounds of Trumps rally yesterday.

We’ve seen the numbers posted anywhere from 40,000 to 100,000. By far the largest political rally in the state of New Jersey. What I saw was amazing to draw such a crowd in a blue state. Below are the sights and sounds from that rally.

Trump gets delays in three out of four cases makes for a good start for May.

Trump gets delays in three out of four cases makes for a good start for May. Let me count the ways. Only case being heard is the fake hush money case in NY.

The Georgia Appeals Court agreed to hear an appeal in the state election case brought by controversial Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. Earlier this week, a Florida judge indefinitely suspended the federal trial in the classified documents case. And of course the Supreme Court agrees to hear the immunity case.

After recent developments, three of those cases appear increasingly likely to be delayed until after the November election, which bodes well for his campaign.

Yes Virginia, Hicks helped Trump’s case.

Yes Virginia, Hicks helped Trump’s case. If you read any of MSM’s comments on the Hicks testimony, only thing their version left out was that Trump was ready to declare that he was guilty.

Far from it. Hicks actually helped Trump’s case. When Hicks took the stand, she took the position that while Trump preferred that the Stormy Daniels story came out after the election instead of before, his main interest in keeping these allegations buried was to shield Melania from hearing about it.

“Absolutely…I don’t think he wanted anyone in his family to be hurt or embarrassed about anything on the campaign. He wanted them to be proud of him,” she said, according to Fox News.

Yes Virginia, If they can vote, they can pack heat(gun). Winning. Now if the law said white and black progressives under 21 were not allowed to conceal and carry, then the law might make sense.

18-20 year old are allowed to vote and protest, why not conceal and carry? U.S. District Court judge William S. Stickman decided this week against Pennsylvania’s prohibition on 18-20- year-olds securing a concealed carry permit in order to be armed on their persons for self-defense.

Columnist Enraged that Caitlin Clark Is Getting a Shoe Deal Instead of Black WNBA Players.

Columnist Enraged that Caitlin Clark Is Getting a Shoe Deal Instead of Black WNBA Players. I’ve never watched more than five minutes of a WNBA game because it looked like a bunch of hormone drug addicts out there. I saw maybe three or four games.

Caitlin Clark will add pure excitement to a boring girls game that might draw 10,000 tops. Some teams averaged less than 5,000. Who wants to watch a bunch of men wanna Be’s?

Now we see where a so called journalist is upset that Clark may get a great shoe endorsement. “If she does,” Freeman writes of Clark’s pending shoe deal, “Clark would join only three other WNBA players with signature shoes: Breanna Stewart, Elena Delle Donne, and Sabrina Ionescu. You may notice a pattern there.”

It’s all because of racism, Freeman exclaims.

“What so much of this comes down to is a lack of respect for the Black women of the WNBA. A lack of respect for Black Americans overall isn’t something new to the marketing world. This is old hat. That doesn’t change the ugliness of it,” he claimed.

Trumps finally getting the media attention and the lefts not happy. A Columbian judge and an affirmative action DA are in a tizzy not knowing how to control Donald Trump. The MSM are following and covering Trump as he goes where Democrat politicians are afraid to. Harlem and restaurants that cater to black folks.

Is it helping Trump? A Decision Desk HQ average of polls showed Trump leading in Arizona by 4 percentage points, in Georgia by 5 percentage points, in Michigan by 3 percentage points and in North Carolina by 3 points. The two candidates are neck-and-neck in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Now you see why Trumps being shadowed by Biden.

Good news for Republicans the past week or so.

Good news for Republicans the past week or so.

We had a few victories in both the courts and with the state legislators the past 7-10 days. Remember it’s the legislators and not the Secretary of State who make the laws.

In Florida. Judge Cannon spurned Smith’s demand that she quickly decide whether the personal documents claim will be relevant to the trial, saying making a decision at this stage would be “unprecedented and unjust”.

In New Mexico, a judge ruled in favor of an election integrity group — and also rebuked the state’s Democrat election officials for violating public disclosure rules pertaining to its voter rolls.

Wisconsin voters approved two amendments to the state’s constitution — making sure that private money to fund elections will be banned and that only election officials can administer elections.

Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen called on state lawmakers to pass measure LB764 to make the state’s electoral votes into a winner-take-all scenario.

Georgia — where the Georgia General Assembly actually passed three election integrity bills last Thursday.

The three bills — SB189, HB974, and HB1207 — ban unverifiable QR-coded voting and also require improved ballot chain of custody procedures to stop ballot fraud. They also mandate visible watermarks on all ballots to stop fake ballots.

On bill, SB189, mandates that all physical ballots are subject to Georgia Open Records law. The bills contain many more details to improve Georgia’s elections.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday blocked Biden’s plan to cancel loans for borrowers who claim they were victims of ‘misleading information’ by colleges.
