So, what did all this renewable energy get California?

The third highest electricity rates in the country. Now you would think that with the large amount of people using electricity that this would make the costs would go down. Texas is a perfect example. The more renewable, the lower the rates. Even Ohio, a state that still relies heavily on fossil fuel, the rates are much lower.
