New images add to the documentation of the family’s close financial ties to Chinese interests.

For several years already, there’s been significant evidence of a Biden family influence peddling scheme.

Congressional investigators have confirmed that foreign interests paid Hunter Biden and his business associates $27 million from 2014 to 2019, when Joe Biden was vice president.

Hunter Biden used official trips with his father to facilitate some of those deals, and there’s been a startling lack of evidence of any services or products provided to obtain those millions.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden repeatedly claimed he had no knowledge of Hunter’s business schemes and profits, despite testimony that he was on speakerphone with Hunter’s clients, attended dinners with them, and took pictures with them.

Now there’s another piece of evidence that has surfaced. According to Fox News,“President Biden is seen in newly uncovered photos meeting with Hunter Biden’s Chinese business associates in China while he served as vice president, bringing further scrutiny to his claim he ‘never’ discussed business with his son. The photos, obtained by conservative-leaning America First Legal through litigation against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), appear to show then-Vice President Biden introducing his son to Chinese President Xi Jinping and then-Vice President Li Yuanchao. Other photos show Joe Biden posing with Hunter’s business associates from BHR Partners, including Jonathan Li and Ming Xue.”

In fact, America First Legal said, “These images shed light on the connections between then-Vice President Biden, Hunter and his Chinese business associates, and Chinese government officials including President Xi Jinping. Lawyers and representatives for President Biden and President Obama delayed NARA’s release of these photographs, as they did with other records, until after Election Day.”

But don’t expect the revelations to have a significant impact, warned constitutional expert Jonathan Turley, who has both testified before Congress on the Constitution, and represented members in court.

“After years of ignoring the influence-peddling scandal, the media is not likely to suddenly pursue the story. In the meantime, Democrats have praised or rationalized Biden for pardoning his son despite the fact that it covered possible crimes that might implicate not just Hunter but his father in corruption,” Turley explained.

He cited what’s already been in evidence: “There were diamonds as gifts, lavish expense accounts, and a sports car, in addition to massive payments that Hunter claimed were ‘loans.’ There are messages like the one to a Chinese businessman openly threatening the displeasure of Joe Biden if money is not sent to them immediately. In the WhatsApp message.”

In that situation, Hunter threatened his Chinese money source: “I am sitting here with my father, and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the Chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”

Turley noted the “pronounced lack of interest” by media organizations in America “into the alleged multimillion dollar influence-peddling scheme.”

He said those “House and conservative” groups that have pursued the story have found “overwhelming evidence that the president has repeatedly lied about his interactions with foreign clients.”

The newest image “Further contradicts” Biden’s claims, Turley said.

Fox reported the newly accessed images, according to America First Legal, “corroborate the House Oversight Committee’s investigative findings that Hunter Biden arranged for his father to meet with Jonathan Li and other BHR executives during the 2013 China trip, where ‘Mr. Li sought— and received — access to Vice President Biden’s political power, including, for example, preferential access to then-U.S. Ambassador to China Max Baucus … a condition of Hunter Biden and his associates participating in the BHR deal.’”

Congressional investigators also have concluded the Bidens benefited from their business dealings with BHR.

Campaigning in 2019, Joe Biden claimed, “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.”

But, Fox reported, “emails sent to and from Hunter Biden have cast doubt on that, including a 2017 email obtained by Fox News that shows Hunter requesting keys for Joe and Jill Biden, along with his uncle, Jim Biden, for space he planned to share with an ’emissary’ to the chairman of a now-bankrupt Chinese energy company.”

The report detailed, “In another 2017 email also obtained by Fox News, Biden wrote to the same Chinese energy company’s chairman extending ‘best wishes from the entire Biden family,’ and urging the chairman to ‘quickly’ send a $10 million wire to ‘properly fund and operate’ the Biden joint venture with the company.”

“The Biden Crime Family Christmas card just dropped,” GOP Rep. Eric Burlison explained on social media.

Whatever is revealed now about that time period no longer will threaten Hunter Biden, as Joe Biden granted him a pardon for a decade-long time period covering virtually all of the circumstances that have been uncovered that raise questions.

Joe Biden claimed his son was being “unfairly” prosecuted, even though a jury convicted him of multiple gun felonies, and he pleaded guilty to several tax felonies.

A top White House official said on Dec. 4 that Chinese state-sponsored hackers compromised at least eight U.S. telecommunication companies.

Anne Neuberger, deputy national security adviser for cyber and emerging technologies, provided an update on the Chinese threat actor group called “Salt Typhoon” during a press briefing on Wednesday. The threat group is believed to have hacked into the communications of senior U.S. government officials and prominent political figures, she said.

“We don’t believe any classified communications has been compromised,” Neuberger said.

The Chinese hacking appeared to target a relatively small group of Americans, she added, with only their phone calls and texts compromised. (Which likely means 10’s or 100’s of thousands of people. — TPR)

The telecommunications companies that were breached have responded, but none of them “have fully removed the Chinese actors from these networks,” according to Neuberger.

“So there is a risk of ongoing compromises to communications until U.S. companies address the cybersecurity gaps the Chinese are likely to maintain their access,” Neuberger said.

In October, the FBI and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) identified the Chinese hacks, saying at the time that an investigation was underway.

In late November, Neuberger and White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan hosted telecommunications executives for a meeting to share intelligence and discuss how the U.S. government and the private sector could work together.

Neuberger said President Joe Biden has been briefed multiple times on the issue. The White House “has made it a priority for the federal government to do everything it can,” she added.

Additionally, Neuberger pointed to efforts to improve cybersecurity in multiple sectors, including rail and energy, after the 2021 ransomware attack on Colonial Pipeline.

Also at Wednesday’s press briefing, a senior administration official said Salt Typhoon’s activities started at least a year or two ago. Additionally, the official said a “couple dozen” countries have been impacted by the Chinese hacking.

The FBI and the CSIA issued a joint statement on Nov. 13, revealing that Chinese hackers had compromised the networks of multiple telecom companies and stole customer call records and private communications from “a limited number of individuals who are primarily involved in government or political activity.” (Which, given the trustworthiness of the Feds, likely means 10’s or 100’s of thousands of people. — TPR)

On Tuesday, the FBI, the CISA, the National Security Agency (NSA), and international partners published a guide on best practices for protecting communication infrastructures.

CISA Executive Assistant Director for Cybersecurity Jeff Greene conceded on Tuesday that he didn’t have a timeline on when Chinese hackers could be purged from U.S. telecom networks.

“It would be impossible for us to predict when we’ll have full eviction,” Greene said at the time.

In September, the Justice Department announced that the FBI had taken down a botnet associated with “Flax Typhoon,” a threat group operating through the Beijing-based Integrity Technology Group. The botnet consisted of more than 200,000 consumer devices—such as network cameras, video recorders, and home and office routers—in the United States and elsewhere.

Another Chinese threat group, “Volt Typhoon,” began targeting a wide range of networks across U.S. critical infrastructure in 2021. The group, which was dismantled by a multi-agency operation in January, had maintained “access and footholds within some victim IT environments for at least five years,” according to CISA.

O’Keefe Media Group on Monday released its first undercover video in its NIH Tapes series.

In OMG’s first video release, Raja Cholan, Chief of Health Data Standards Branch US National Library of Medicine, said the Covid health initiatives were completely made up.

“I probably shouldn’t be saying this out loud. They might have funded a lab in Wuhan, China and Pfizer and Moderna are getting a bunch of money from all of these vaccine mandates,” Raja Cholan said to the OMG undercover journalist.

“I don’t even know if these vaccines stop you from getting COVID. They don’t,” Raja Cholan said, adding, “We’re all going to learn [about the dangers of the Covid vaccine] when it’s too late.”

Raja Cholan said the ‘six feet of social distancing’ rule “wasn’t based on any real evidence that it did anything – it was completely made up.”

The NIH Chief told OMG that Trump’s victory is “worse for the NIH.”

“It would be better for a Democrat to be in office,” he said.

“We fly under the radar of really being scrutinized…I don’t think I have too much to worry about. That’s not recording, right?” he said to the undercover journalist.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) earlier this year finally admitted to funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the ground zero for the COVID-19 pandemic.

This admission directly contradicts previous statements made under oath by Dr. Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).

 

Fauci has consistently denied these allegations under oath.

In a 2021 Senate hearing, Fauci clashed with Senator Rand Paul over Fauci’s involvement in funding the Wuhan lab’s gain-of-function research that led to COVID-19.

Fauci and others at the NIH received huge kickbacks from Big Pharma from Covid vaccines.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump’s nominee for Health and Human Services Secretary, recently left Dr. Phil stunned by the amount of kickbacks Dr. Fauci and other high-level deputies at the National Institute for Health received from Moderna and other major pharmaceuticals.

“Recycling” — more than ever — is a Green Lie.

In the West, the bulk of this “recyclable” waste (more than 80 percent) is mismanaged, often dumped in open landfills.

Only (some) paper products and aluminum cans are likely to be recycled. Many types of plastic can NOT be recycled cheaper than creating new products in  Western countries.

The 1960s ushered in the dawn of single-use plastics, when shopping bags, straws, tubs, utensils, and food wrap became exceedingly cheap to produce and convenient to use, as long as no one paid attention to where it was going. When the first curbside recycling programs appeared in the 1970s, just as U.S. landfills started running short on space, the point of recycling was no longer to mine an untapped resource, or to get the most out of old stuff, but simply to find a place to put it.

The flow of plastic from rich countries to poorer ones, glutting waterways and leaching chemicals into the environment, recalls colonial-era destructiveness.

Some three decades later, the accumulation of plastic wastes led the U.S. to look abroad for dumping destinations. By the 1990s, half the plastic Americans chucked into the recycling bin “was stuffed onto giant container ships and sold to China,” instead of making it to the local recycling center. “Why invest in expensive technology and labor to keep up with the constantly changing world of packaging and plastics when the mess could be bundled off to China in exchange for easy money and the appearance of being green?”

There is a chasm between “theoretical recycling” and “actual recycling.” (The chasing arrows symbol is a lie: Most plastic types captured by the arrows are considered “financially unviable” to recycle.) In 2018, China banned most imports of plastic, meaning that recyclables collected in the United States could no longer be shipped out of sight, out of mind. Instead of bringing in easy revenue by sending waste to China, U.S. cities, towns, and waste companies now faced staggering costs, and as a result, recycling fell off a cliff. The pandemic’s disruptions of global supply chains only exacerbated the problem of sending junk to other countries. Mexico, Vietnam, Malaysia, and other nations now absorb a portion of our waste, “a global hot potato,” as reporters referred to it in The Guardian. The bulk of this waste (more than 80 percent) is mismanaged, often dumped in open landfills, according to researchers. The flow of plastic from rich countries to poorer ones, glutting waterways and leaching harmful chemicals into the environment, recalls colonial-era destructiveness.

The overwhelming takeaway is that waste management perpetuates systems of domination and Lies. In Nazi Germany, waste was a resource. In today’s Western countries, waste is a commodity.

A former aide to New York Governor Kathy Hochul has been charged with acting as an undisclosed agent of the Chinese government, federal prosecutors in Brooklyn said Tuesday. Just three cases below.

Prosecutors said Linda Sun, 41, was arrested on Tuesday and is expected to be presented in court later in the day. Sun’s husband Chris Hu also faces criminal charges, according to prosecutors.

Last year Los Angeles reported on cases involving Chinese spies that infiltrated the offices of senior California politicians with access to highly classified intelligence. One such spy worked as Senator Dianne Feinstein’s personal driver of nearly 20 years—from 1996 to 2014—had been a Chinese agent.

California Congressman Eric Swalwell who was briefed by the FBI in 2020 about a fetching young Chinese staffer for her campaign, Christine Fang, who investigators learned was an agent of China’s Ministry of State Security. Fang and Wong (who worked for Feinstein) were friends, the FBI later revealed. Who’s next?
