Ninth Circuit Denies Request to Rehear Panel Decision, Lets Stand Ruling That Gun Ads Ban Is ‘Likely Unconstitutional’. The fanatics on the left again went to the 9th to try and get them to reconsider their earlier rulling.

Yesterday a request to rehear en banc a September 2023 three-judge panel ruling that found California’s ban on gun advertisements in junior sports magazines “likely unconstitutional.”

Second Amendment Foundation executive director Alan Gottlieb commented on the Ninth Circuit’s refusal to rehear the case en banc, saying, “It seems like it has been forever since the 9th Circuit has refused to hear a gun case en banc. Hopefully this is a new trend.”

Yes Virginia (Fani) You are the one who’s on trial. As you all know a poor excuse for a local yokel prosecutor made up a bunch of charges and used the RICO act to go after the former President and 17 others. She was called to the stand and after a disastrous first day, she called in the calvary. Former Black Panther John Floyd, Daddy.

The state couldn’t take her personal attacks and lies. Plus disrespecting the judge and real lawyers (None took ten years to get their law license) in the room. So against the judges orders it was alleged that she prepped her father.

If I had one bill, one page. Prevailing wage. Page 2. I would propose a bill that would do away with prevailing wage. Prevailing wage is a law that pays workers the region’s standards for hourly wages, benefits, and overtime, as calculated by the U.S. Department of Labor and Ohio Department of Commerce.

The overtime would stay, but companies would not be forced to pay a set high standard and would not be forced to be union. Example if a Union company is  paying on average say $35.00 an hour, and a non Union company is paying $ 20.00 an hour, you go with the non union company.

The law would read. Any local or state that uses prevailing wage, undocumented workers or states the job needs to be done by union workers would be denied federal funds for that project.

If I had one bill on one page Page 1. I got this idea from Carl Higbie of Newsmax. So I’m in the House and I want to write a bill that’s short and sweet. But on one page so all can understand it and get the point I’m trying to make. Here goes.

Any local or state government that spends taxpayer dollars on the undocumented that isn’t already part of federal laws, will get that amount deducted.

The City of Chicago is being sued and rightfully so. Remember that Chicago claims to be a sanctuary city and the undocumented are coming willingly.

In the lawsuit, Wynne Transportation alleges the ordinance punishes companies working with the state of Texas, prohibits cross-country travel and discriminates against unscheduled stops carrying migrants.

The company also alleges the ordinance carries out “intentional discrimination” against the passengers of the buses, claiming the traffic rules specifically target migrant charter buses.

The lawsuit accuses the city of violating federal and state law with its restrictions on what Mayor Brandon Johnson’s administration has referred to as “rogue buses.”

Call a spade a spade. Hamas, Pro Hamas Rioters, and White and Black Progressive Supremacists have the same goals. For my Liberal readers, let me explain before you try to do a doxing on me the way Progressives do. This is my pointing out of white progressive and black progressive supremacists.

The two groups have the same goals. They don’t allow debate. Only one view is allowed, and they dox whenever they get the chance. They will also go after moderates and liberals who disagree with them.

They claim that they’re not antisemitic, but they don’t condemn the rioters or openly support Israel in the October attack. They also will say something like I don’t support the government, but I support the people. Never do you see them in rallies in support of the people. They only show up in these rallies for a river to the sea cleansing of Jews.

So, when you see me connect progressives with Hamas, KKK, Confederates, Jim Crow laws, and other signs of hate, you will know of whom I speak.

Not much has changed since 1860 with the Progressive Democrats. They still have Blacks packed in large cities, tell them how to vote, who to vote for, and deny them voter ID. Some in states  like California won’t even allow a Black man to vote in person.

Covid Vaccine Injury Suit May Fuel Federal Overhaul, Litigation. Bloomberg Law has a great article on how litigation on COVID Vaccine injuries are being handled.

We may never know how many thousands if not millions suffered and in many cases died from the vaccines worldwide. Hopefully this lawsuit will help and bring more claims forward.

Lawyers say the move could spur Congress and the Department of Health and Human Services to reform how they handle vaccine injuries, as well as push more of the individuals alleging injuries to not just sue the government, but the drugmakers that the program is meant to shield from litigation.

Yes, Virginia the former President is entitled to the DOJ documents. Smith’s team is arguing that the information requested wouldn’t help the defense team and it’s only a fishing expedition. I ask, how would the prosecution know what the defense team needs? We have this from NTD.

As part of these efforts, defense counsel has requested great amounts of material from the prosecution, arguing that, by law, prosecutors must turn over any potentially exculpatory evidence to the criminal defendant. In recent court filings, the defense submitted email exchanges in arguing that the Department of Justice has refused multiple requests for evidence.

Thus, documents belonging to the FBI, U.S. Attorney’s office, DOJ, the special counsel’s office at large, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and Congressional committees are not discoverable, they argued.
