How can this be? New Yorkers say the undocumented destroying NYC. We are now seeing that the latest polling is showing that Mayor Adams was right when he claimed the unprecedented migrant influx is destroying the Big Apple.
Published Tuesday, 58% of respondents agreed with the Democrat mayor that the surge “will destroy” the city, with 32% disagreeing. Another 3% were in the middle, and 8% did not know or refused to answer.
A massive 84% of respondents called the migrant crisis a serious problem, compared to 12% who said it was not a serious problem.
Those who saw it as serious included 81% of Democrats, 94% of Republicans, and 82% of independents.
I guess this Sanctuary thing isn’t working out to well.

How funny is this? Los Angeles Hotels Replacing Union Workers with Border Crossers. So the hotels will now be rolling in the doe. Less workers, and workers who will work eight hours a day for a third of the pay.
It is sad that the hotels aren’t hiring the American workers, but odds are the starting pay may be only minimum wage.
Since more than 15,000 workers began intermittent strikes at about 60 Southern California hotels in early July, employers have been replacing those union members with managers and temporary workers recruited through apps, such as Instawork, staffing agencies and by other means. Vargas is among those from Skid Row’s migrant population who have been recruited in recent weeks to work at unionized hotels in Santa Monica and near Los Angeles International Airport where workers have gone on strike. “If there are violations of the law, there will be severe consequences for this. We want to make sure that our community understands there will be no tolerance for the exploitation of refugees,” Gascón said, citing reporting by The Times on the issue.
Recently a moderator on one of the new disqus house channels has decided to join fellow cultist in going after me and several other Conservatives. Disqus has been made aware of it’s personal hatred and name calling towards those who disagree with it.
It has a new group of friends ( being an all star has nothing to do with it.) Speaking of all stars, his feelings towards Conservative all stars.
People need to stop calling everyone my “friends” – It’s annoying and presumptive. Having a legacy All Star star doesn’t mean we’re friends – there are some super conservative people with Stars that I wouldn’t give the time of day, socially. http://disq.us/p/2waxs6p
And what do his new found friends think of the disqus house channel it mods on? Here’s a little snippet.
Editor’s Note: Periodically, Jaye and I pop into the Disqus 2.0 shitholes Channels so you don’t have to.
Now this moderator even uses the cultists phrase of us vs, them. Meaning that Conservative articles (mainly mine) is Conservative VS. Cultist Progressive. It gets upset claiming that I only give one side. When do Progressives give the other side?
I will even use Liberal websites and I give the links so you can see the whole story. Do progressives do the same? This moderator has a hard on against the right. Maybe he’ll come here and explain why it has such hatred.
I use it because I don’t know if the Moderator is male or female.
Two studies, same results. No difference between Vaccinated and Non Vaccinated when it comes to infectiousness by vaccination status with Omicron variant. Medpage and the NEJ both had posted small studies. One on children, and one on adults. Both had the same results. No difference between Vaccinated and Non Vaccinated when it comes to infectiousness by vaccination status with Omicron variant.
The authors noted the results are consistent with a study in adults with the Omicron variant, which found no association between vaccination status and infectivity duration.
Michigan’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) held a conference in May regarding “harm reduction” that featured a panel on denouncing “whiteness.”
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services’ Viral Hepatitis unit, which holds an annual “harm reduction” conference, featured a workshop at this year’s event in May, titled, “Decentering Whiteness: An Equity-Based Approach.”
A description of the workshop said it explores “biases that black and non-black people of color participants encounter while accessing medical and social services,” as well as “how these biases enter the employment space and create barriers for black, brown, indigenous, people of color (BIPOC) individuals to achieve their highest potentials.”
“The workshop will also explore bias, medical mistrust, generational trauma, white colonialist systems, and radical inclusion,” the description added.
A slide at the beginning of the presentation for the workshop warned audience members to “Be responsible for the energy YOU bring to this SPACE,” adding, “Hard truths will be discussed.”
The presentation went on to claim it is a “myth” that the “birth of a nation” began with Christopher Columbus discovering America, pilgrims setting, and then winning independence from England through the revolution.
Instead, the presentation, which referred to North America as “Turtle Island,” claimed the nation was born from “violent land seizure, genocide of the indigenous populations,” and “economic development through forced labor of kidnapped and enslaved Africans.”
The presentation also called on people to “decolonize harm reduction,” and urged organizations to fire any “overt racist / transphobic / homophobic staff,” and “hold dissenters accountable.”
The conference also had a panel on “sex workers” that featured porn star Lotus Lain, and emphasized “the need for sex workers on the front lines of harm reduction and social justice.”
We need balance on the PA Court. Pittsburgh Post Gazette.
Don’t sleep on Pa.’s important — and expensive — Supreme Court race. Does PA go Red, Blue, or Purple. So after a justice died, PA has an opening on their Supreme Court. Two people with total different takes on the law.
Democrat McCaffery, has said he believes the court’s duty is to interpret the laws and their intent. Republican Carluccio, a judge on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas disagrees: “The court’s duty is to follow the law as written.”
Here’s where we see what color Pennsylvania will be. Over 2,000 offices will be up for grabs this November in Pennsylvania alone
The San Diego Field Office Intelligence Division of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) sent the memo warning that due to the war between Israel and Hamas, there could be encounters of terror-tied individuals who are seeking to travel to or from the Middle East via transit across the southern border. Hamas, PIJ and Hezbollah, all of which are U.S.-designated terrorist organizations, have been committing attacks on Israel in a war that began with a surprise attack on hundreds of civilians on Oct. 7.
JUST IN: FBI Director Christopher Wray warns of terror attacks on United States soil in relation to the Hamas terror attacks on Israel.
Hopefully they will be taking a break from tracking down Trump supporters to confront this.
Judge Aileen Cannon denied Special Counsel Jack Smith’s request to create a secure facility in DC. This is the third time she has caught Smith trying to pull a fast one.
Cannon has already expressed her displeasure that DOJ then Smith conducted 99% of classified docs case in regime friendly DC venue before switching to FLA at last minute for indictment. Now Smith claimed the “owners” of a few docs wanted them back in DC. Cannon said pound sand.
NEW: Judge Aileen Cannon just denied Special Counsel Jack Smith's request to create a secure facility in DC which would have forced Trump and defendants to travel to DC to view some "classified documents" in Smith's other case against Trump.
Smith’s latest fiasco was trying to say what lawyers can and cannot represent a defendant.
“After a full coloquy, the Court found that Defendant Nauta made a knowing, intelligent, and voluntary waiver of any potential or actual conflict of interest arising from Stanley E. Woodward’s former and current representation of the two remaining potential witnesses identified in the Special Counsel’s Motion[s],” said the order.
Leaked audio obtained by @CurrentRevolt shows Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee berating a staffer: "F**king idiots serve no goddamn purpose ... Nobody gives a shit about what you're doing and you ain't doing shit!"
I don’t want you to do a goddamn thing. I want you to have a f*cking brain. I want you to have read it. I want you to say, Congresswoman, with such and such date. That’s what I want. That’s the kind of staff that I want to have. So some stupid other motherf*cker did it. And, and I don’t have the information. Nobody sent me the information. I need to, uh, ensure my, um, schedule and, uh, you know, if, if Boo Boo did it, shit a** did it, f*ck face did it. And nobody knows a goddamn thing in my office. Okay? Nothing. I gave it to you. Your job was to get it on the calendar, imprint it in your brain, or send me the information back saying, “Congresswoman, I made sure that the Ovide Ducantell event that you gave me, uh, for a so-and-so date at seven is on the f*cking calendar.” Not to, oh, Jerome has it.
Sheila Jackson Lee • 1:02 – 1:33
Okay. So when I called Jerome, he only sitting up there like a fat a** stupid idiot talking about, uh, what the f*ck? He doesn’t know. Okay? Both of y’all are f*ck ups [inaudible]. It’s the worst sh*t that I could have ever had put together. Two g*ddamn big a** children f*cking idiots serve no goddamn purpose. Ain’t managing nobody. Nobody’s respecting them. Nobody gives a sh*t about what you’re doing and you ain’t doing sh*t. And this is an example of it. I gave it to Jerome. This is not child’s work.
Why not make the court based on ethnic population? And how about not using Affirmative Action? This goes nowhere. Introducing the bill were Sens. Cory Booker of New Jersey; Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island, Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut, and Alex Padilla of California. The bottom of the barrel.
Under the proposed legislation, a new justice would be appointed every two years, The Hillreported. That justice would hear every case for 18 years. The justice would then step back from the bench and hear just a “small number of constitutionally required cases.”
Appellate cases, which make up the bulk of the courts’ cases, would be heard only by the nine most recently appointed justices. The remainder would take part in a smaller number of cases under the court’s “original justification,” according to the news outlet.
