Fact checking ABC and Harris.

Last night we had the debate. For some reason the ABC moderators did a fact check on Trump seven times. But for some reason didn’t fact check Harris. So let’s look at the Harris lies.

Many of their fact-checks were incorrect or incomplete. A list of the seven most obvious examples follows (quotes taken from the ABC News transcript):

  • LINSEY DAVIS: There is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it’s born. Madam vice president, I want to get your response to President Trump.
  • DAVID MUIR: I just want to clarify here, you bring up Springfield, Ohio. And ABC News did reach out to the city manager there. He told us there have been no credible reports of specific claims of pets being harmed, injured or abused by individuals within the immigrant community
  • DAVID MUIR: President Trump, as you know, the FBI says overall violent crime is coming down in this country…
  • DAVID MUIR: The question was about you as president, not about Former Speaker Pelosi. But I do want Vice President Harris to respond here.
  • DAVID MUIR: I did watch all of these pieces of video. I didn’t detect the sarcasm, lost by a whisker, we didn’t quite make it, and we should just point out as clarification, and you know this, you and your allies, 60 cases in front of many judges…
  • DAVID MUIR: Mr. President, thank you. Vice President Harris, you heard the president there tonight. He said he didn’t say that he lost by a whisker. So he still believes he did not lose the election. That was won by President Biden and yourself.
  • DAVID MUIR: President Trump, thank you. You did bring up something, you said she went to negotiate with Vladimir Putin. Vice President Harris, have you ever met Vladimir Putin, can you clarify tonight?

Trump to Implement his Project 2025.

False. Trump had nothing to do with 2025. A Heritage Foundation wish list.

Harris claim of never favoring a Fracking ban.

False. During a CNN town hall on climate change in 2019 when she was still a Senator, Harris said, “There’s no question I’m in favor of banning fracking.”

Harris claimed that Trump would sign a National Abortion Ban.

False. Trump has said he has “no regrets” in selecting the Supreme Court justices who overturned the constitutional right to an abortion. But he also repeatedly has promised that if elected, he will not sign a federal abortion ban into law and will leave the issue up to the states.

Trump left us the worst unemployment since the Great Depression.

False. Unemployment rapidly declined to 6.4% in January 2021 by the time Trump left office, as the economy started to rebalance. And that 6.4% unemployment rate is still better than the 10% peak during the Great Recession in October 2009.

If you eliminate pandemic statistics, the lowest unemployment rate under Trump was just slightly higher than the lowest point under Biden. Both were good: 3.5% under Trump and 3.4% under Biden at their lowest respectively, according to data provided by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Bernie Sanders on Sunday admitted that Harris hasn’t changed. Claimed that she was lying to get elected. Remember when she ran on her Progressive views in 2020, she battled Congressman Tim Ryan for last place for the Democrat nominee.

Host Kristen Welker said, “You have described Vice President Kamala Harris as a progressive. She has previously supported Medicare for all, now she does not. She has previously supported a ban on fracking, now she does not. These, senator, are ideas that you have campaigned on.

Do you think she is abandoning her progressive ideals?” Sanders said, “No, I don’t think she’s abandoning her ideals. I think she’s trying to be pragmatic and doing what she thinks is right in order to win the election. Welker asked, “Do you consider Vice President Kamala Harris to be progressive, senator?”

Sanders said, “I do.”

The AP’s initial headline and social media post, which summarized his comments as, “JD Vance says school shootings are a ‘fact of life,’” was criticized for being misleading. AP later revised the headline to clarify Vance’s statement, stating he “laments” the shootings and called for better security.

AP fixed the headline and the article, but over 2.5 million folks saw the lie. Harris and her security blanket loon still ran with the lie as did MSNBC and an obscure website. The website did no damage because it only has about 25-30 viewers.

Nuff said.

In a significant victory for states’ rights and the protection of individual liberties, a U.S. District Court in Texas has issued a nationwide stay on key provisions of the Biden administration’s controversial Final Rule on Nondiscrimination in Health Programs and Activities.

According to the press release:

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton won a nationwide stay that blocks the Biden Administration from forcing federally-funded healthcare providers to conduct “gender transition” surgeries. Previously, Texas won a stay of agency action that blocked the rule from enforcement in the plaintiff States, Texas and Montana. Applying the same logic, Texas then argued for nationwide relief, and the court has expanded the relief to the entire country.

In May 2024, the Biden Administration promulgated a new rule under Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act that would defund healthcare providers across the country who refuse to perform or pay for experimental, unproven, and potentially dangerous “gender transition” procedures.

Under the rule, any medical institution that refused to perform the procedures could be stripped of all federal healthcare funds, including federal Medicaid and Medicare dollars. The rule further claimed to preempt any state laws forbidding such procedures.

In June 2024, Texas and Montana sued the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”), arguing that the rule was a plainly unconstitutional attempt to override state law. The rule also relied on a misapplication of the Affordable Care Act which never authorized HHS or any government agency to compel institutions to perform or pay for these procedures.

“When Biden and Harris sidestep the Constitution to force their unlawful, extremist agenda on the American public, we are fighting back and stopping them,” said Attorney General Paxton.

“By blocking this destructive policy, which would have forced taxpayer-funded hospitals to conduct unproven and dangerous ‘gender transition’ procedures, Texas has delivered a major victory for Americans across the country.”

So, for those states that see no issues with the mutilation of children, this has to be heartbreaking for them.

Harris is five foot three. Bash five foot. Harris is slumped over. Very poor optics. And the substance of the interview? Bash did ask some tough questions, but did no follow up. I’ll let you decide.

Is it because you have more experience now and you’ve learned more about the information? Is it because you were running for President in a Democratic primary, and should they feel comfortable and confident that what you’re saying now is going to be your policy moving forward?

Kamala Harris: Dana, I think the most important and most significant aspect of my policy perspective and decisions is my values have not changed. You mentioned the Green New Deal. I have always believed, and I have worked on it, that the climate crisis is real, that it is an urgent matter to which we should apply metrics that include holding ourselves to deadlines around time. We did that with the Inflation Reduction Act. We have set goals for the United States of America, and by extension, the globe, around when we should meet certain standards for reduction of greenhouse gas emissions as an example. That value has not changed.

Sadly it was nothing but word salad and lies. If Democrats are lucky enough to manufacture enough votes to ‘win’ in 2024, we will have the second Democrat President in a row who cannot string together a coherent sentence.

Another day another flip. Harris folks now claim that Harris is not for EV mandates. So, when does it end? Will she claim that she voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020?

Vice President Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign now claims she “does not support” Electric Vehicle (EV) mandates after years of supporting such mandates as a Senator and in her role in President Joe Biden’s administration.

Well true to her word, Harris has agreed to an interview. But the old white guy has to be there with her and it’s not live. So don’t be surprised that we will only see the edited version.

CNN announced Tuesday afternoon the cable news network’s star anchor Dana Bash had been awarded the first interview with Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz since their coronation last week as the Democratic Party’s nominees for president and vice president. The interview is set to air at 9 p.m. EDT Thursday.

What does this tell you when a grown adult cannot do an interview by herself? And why won’t it be live?

Yes, Virginia Crime is up. You just don’t know where to look. Your large cities. The MSM and white progressive supremacists love to quote statistics from a survey that leaves out 30% of the country, and major cities like NY, Chicago, LA, Philadelphia, etc. So, to that survey crime is down.

Citing preliminary data from the Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCCA) — a different independent analysis finds that violent crime is actually up in 66 major U.S. cities.

According to the Coalition for Law, Order, and Safety (CLOS), there has been a 9.6 percent increase in total violent crime from January-June 2019 to January-June 2024.
