Close your eyes, click your heels, and say go protest at the Capitol. That’s what the Colorado Supreme Court used as proof of an Insurrection. Not really, but awful close. Here’s their evidence.

Professor Peter Simi, who argued that the former president used “coded language” with his supporters prior to the January 6 Capitol Hill riot, which would therefore qualify as “insurrection.”

Trump’s lawyers asserted that the former president never encouraged his supporters to enter the Capitol on January 6, adding he asked them to peacefully and patriotically let their voices be heard. Trumps coded message is below.

“President Trump also sent tweets throughout the day instructing his supporters to ‘remain peaceful’ and ‘[s]tay peaceful,’ and he released a video telling the crowd ‘to go home now,’” it added. “Calling for peace, patriotism, respect for law and order, and directing the Secretary of Defense to do what needs to be done to protect the American people is in no way inciting or participating in an ‘insurrection.’”

Are you kidding me? At a local high school in the San Diego school district, an eighth grader was suspended because he was accused of being racist. This from the father.

The principal called J.A. into the office, and the next morning my wife and I showed up and he said, ‘He did blackface,’ and he was suspended for two days and was gonna be banned from sports.”

Ameduri said he then showed the Muirlands Middle School principal a photo from that night, which he thought would end the controversy and “vindicate” his son.

“He was like, ‘No, that’s blackface,'” Ameduri said.

“Anyone that has ever been to a sports game knows that this is very normal and these are kids that were playing hide and seek a few days prior at my house… half of the group are minorities, some of them African American, it’s just ridiculous that this would be a racial incident,” he said.

The family is now suing.

No Labels Asks the Justice Department to Investigate Its Critics.

No Labels, the centrist group that could field a third-party presidential bid, has asked the Justice Department to investigate what it calls unlawful intimidation by groups that oppose it.

The group filed a complaint on Jan. 11, accusing a number of political figures and other critics of engaging in voter suppression and violating federal law, including the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, or RICO, which is often used to combat organized crime.

Leaders of No Labels who described the complaint during a news conference on Thursday pointed largely to previously reported details of efforts to oppose the group, as well as incendiary statements that some of its critics had made on political podcasts.

The group compared the efforts of its opponents to those of the Ku Klux Klan in the 1950s and ’60s and the fictional mob boss Tony Soprano. A montage of clips shown by the group included Rick Wilson, a founder of the anti-Trump Republican group the Lincoln Project, saying last spring that the group had to “be burned to the ground,” using an expletive — although the clip had been cut off before Mr. Wilson adds the word “politically.” (After being asked about the shortened clip, the group uploaded a version of the video with the full statement.)

Other critics featured in the montage were Jonathan V. Last of The Bulwark, a conservative news outlet, and Matt Bennett of Third Way, a centrist Democratic group.

Former Gov. Pat McCrory of North Carolina, a national co-chairman of No Labels, said that opponents of the group were “using intimidation to keep people off the ballot,” and attacking “the rights of the American people and our democracy.”

In a statement on Thursday, the Lincoln Project accused No Labels of trying to “weaponize the D.O.J.” to “attack their opponents for protected political speech.” In a separate statement, Third Way called the complaint “an all-too-predictable attempt to distract from the fact that No Labels has no chance of winning.” The Bulwark did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The complaint filed by No Labels was unusual for a group involved in campaign politics. Attacks and pressure campaigns against potential candidates, donors and supporters of a party are common in politics, particularly in high-profile presidential races, and are considered widely permissible by courts under First Amendment speech protections.

The group’s claims that its opponents are meaningfully infringing on voting rights are also complicated by the fact that a number of third-party presidential candidates have already entered the race, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the prominent environmental lawyer turned anti-vaccine activist.

In contrast, No Labels has yet to commit to entering the presidential race, and it remains unclear who would run under the group’s ballot line if it did. Senator Joe Manchin III, a conservative Democrat from West Virginia, who has been touring New Hampshire, is seen as a top potential candidate.

The group has also fought to block candidates from using its ballot line to run for offices other than president and vice president, in part to avoid disclosing its donors.

Ryan Clancy, the group’s chief strategist, said on Thursday that the group was “not trying to stand in the way of either party nominating whoever they want.” But Mr. Clancy and other leaders of the group said they would decide to enter the race only when it became clear that the two major parties would nominate President Biden and former President Donald J. Trump.

Left and Right Disagree on “Racism” Definition.

For conservatives, the definition of “racism” encompasses a narrower range of thought and behavior than it does for leftists or progressives. Conservatives see racism as an endorsement of one’s own racial group’s superiority, a belief about another racial group’s inferiority, or harmful behavior directed at someone specifically because of their race. Conservatives often require a higher standard of proof, relying on explicit evidence rather than implicit assumptions to charge someone with racist behavior.On the other hand, progressives define racism as not necessarily being limited to conscious intent, but as encompassing unconscious bias fundamental to everyone’s cultural upbringing and reaffirmed through systemic structures designed to support white people. They perceive racism as built into people’s way of being or seeing in the world. Therefore, progressives may charge someone with racism without explicit evidence the behavior or remarks of the accused were based on race, due to their belief that racism can operate as unconscious bias. Because progressives perceive many fundamental societal structures as built on systemic racism — meaning certain groups have more power than others — they view racism as linked to power, holding the belief that disadvantaged groups cannot be racist toward groups that have power.In the case of Trump’s tweets, the right sees a lack of explicit proof that Trump views the Squad as inferior due to their race, or denies that he criticized them based solely on their race and not their ideas. Progressives, on the other hand, perceive Trumps’s attempts to curb illegal immigration and the “go back” remarks as evidence of unconscious bias against immigrants and people of color.

Call a spade a spade. Hamas, Pro Hamas Rioters, and White and Black Progressive Supremacists have the same goals. For my Liberal readers, let me explain before you try to do a doxing on me the way Progressives do. This is my pointing out of white progressive and black progressive supremacists.

The two groups have the same goals. They don’t allow debate. Only one view is allowed, and they dox whenever they get the chance. They will also go after moderates and liberals who disagree with them.

They claim that they’re not antisemitic, but they don’t condemn the rioters or openly support Israel in the October attack. They also will say something like I don’t support the government, but I support the people. Never do you see them in rallies in support of the people. They only show up in these rallies for a river to the sea cleansing of Jews.

So, when you see me connect progressives with Hamas, KKK, Confederates, Jim Crow laws, and other signs of hate, you will know of whom I speak.

Oh, great! WEF to warn of a ‘Disease X’ with ’20x more fatalities’ than Covid-19

The World Economic Forum’s (WEF) annual confab in Davos, Switzerland is set to kick off next week, and the program is rife with all of the usual suspects. Our aspiring global rulers are set to have a grand time once more calling for our collective enslavement, which of course is necessary for the “greater good.”

The 2024 program is one for the ages. Attendees will watch Pfizer’s Albert Bourla and Open AI’s Sam Altman talk about Artificial Intelligence (AI). They’ll see depopulation advocate Bill “Bugman” Gates advancing the climate hoax. John Kerry will appear on four different stages to discuss the “energy transition.” We will also see Klaus Schwab sit down for a 1 on 1 with the second highest ranking Chinese government official.

But one panel in particular sticks out: Preparing for Disease X. The topic is both incredibly vague and incredibly disturbing.

The description for the discussion reads: “With fresh warnings from the World Health Organization that an unknown ‘Disease X’ could result in 20 times more fatalities than the coronavirus pandemic, what novel efforts are needed to prepare healthcare systems for the multiple challenges ahead?”

The panel will feature a high-profile lineup that includes WHO director “Dr” Tedros and the chairman of AstraZeneca.

The concept of a Disease X was adopted by the World Health Organization in 2018. Tedros, Dr Anthony Fauci, Jeremy Farrar of the eugenicist Wellcome Trust, and many high profile individuals on the forefront of Covid hysteria policy have been involved in advancing the Disease X hypothesis over the years.

Now, it’s easy for normal people to dismiss this lunacy. But given the powerful, maniacal minds populating the Davos gathering, it’s worth maintaining a level of situational awareness surrounding these events, as they can often offer some insight into the unguarded mindset of these technocratic tyrants.

“No possibility of a vaccine being available in the first year”

On this topic, it’s worth recalling that another infamous predictive panel was announced at the 2019 WEF Davos conference. That panel concluded with the launch announcement of Event 201.

Event 201 was an amazingly predictive  “war game” simulation in which a fictional coronavirus passed from an animal reservoir to humans.

Just weeks before the onset of COVID Mania, some of the most maniacal, power-hungry forces on the planet got together to war-game a “fictional” coronavirus with “no possibility of a vaccine being available in the first year,” warning of a “similar pandemic in the future.”

  5. Timothy Grant Evans, a former World Health Organization and Rockefeller Foundation official
  6. Lavan Thiru, the director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore
  7. Adrian Thomas, VP at Johnson & Johnson
  8. Brad Connett, the president of Henry Schein, Inc., a major distributor of health care products
  9. Jane Halton, an executive with Australia’s second largest bank
  10. Stephen Redd, a top CDC official
  11. Sofia Borges, a top official at the UN Foundation
  12. Eduardo Martinez, a senior executive at UPS
  13. Matthew Harrington, the COO of Edelman, a marketing and PR firm
  14. Martin Knuchel, a senior director at Lufthansa
  15. Latoya D. Abbott, a senior employee for Marriott International

Of those 15 players, 13 worked in the upper echelons of private organizations or government agencies that would almost immediately witness an exponential monetary benefit or the tremendous absorption of political power.

Will the global ruling class attempt to foment another worldwide hysteria at Davos 2024?

“Today, a home owned by a Black family on one side of a highway, built by the same builder on the other side of the highway and a white guy living in it, the white guy’s home is valued more than the Black guy’s!,” he said. “I know you know it. And guess what, that’s how you build generational wealth.”

If you’re white and live in the ghetto, your house will have the same value as a black person living there. It’s the neighborhood stupid. Same if a black person and a white person live in an upscale neighborhood. Race has nothing to do with the home value. The neighborhood does.

Another win for the 2nd Amendment. Courts again block California gun law. We see that the courts once more have stepped in and blocked California’s gun law against conceal and carry. California passed a law saying that it only stopped the carrying of guns (even if you had a permit to carry) in highly sensitive areas.

They picked 26 different areas. One exception would be for privately owned businesses that put up signs saying people are allowed to bring guns on their premises.” AP reported last month.

One judge ruled the law unconstitutional. Another court lifted the ban. But the 9th stepped in and again put the ban on the law again. So for now you can carry with a permit.

Weaponization of the DOJ continues. Yes my friends we are seeing a direct attack on the American way of Justice. Not only has the Biden Administration used the DOJ on Politicians, but also the ordinary Joe hag of donuts have been targeted.

Sadly, the DC US Attorney has said that they will go after those who were also outside the Capitol building. I have no issues with those who attacked the police, did damage, and forced their way in to be prosecuted. The punishment must fit the crime. A persons past criminal record ( if there is one ) must be looked at in sentencing.

But to charge those who were let in by the police and escorted around by the police made no sense. Also, to charge those outside is a far reach and makes no sense.
