Hey Joe, I thought South Carolina Democrats supported you? Remember how the fanatics on the left ridiculed Trumps low numbers in New Hampshire? Only 176,00 votes they said out of 300,000 registered Republicans.

Well Biden got 126,00 votes in South Carolina. There are over 1.5 milion registered Democrats in South Carolina. So what? 4% of the voters showed up. What a landslide.

Despite a major push from the Biden campaign and national Democrats for strong turnout in the South Carolina primary, the vote count was far below what was recorded in the 2020. Some counties had only a few dozen folks show up.

President Biden‘s team is concerned that special counsel Robert Hur’s investigation into Biden’s handling of classified documents will hurt his re-election campaign.

Why it matters: Biden aides don’t expect criminal charges in the case, but they believe Hur’s report will include embarrassing details — possibly with photos — on how Biden stored documents.

  • In late 2022, Obama-era classified documents were discovered in Biden’s garage at his home in Delaware and in a private office he used.

Zoom in: Hur, a former U.S. attorney nominated by Trump in 2017 and a former clerk for conservative Chief Justice William Rehnquist, is required to write a report about the investigation.

Even if there are no criminal charges, Biden aides expect the report’s details to be politically damaging.

  • Biden has defended storing documents from his vice presidency in his garage, saying: “By the way, my Corvette is in a locked garage, so it’s not like they’re sitting out on the street.”

Zoom out: Garland’s appointment of Hur added to the tension between Biden’s team and Garland that’s been fueled by Garland’s appointment of the special counsel investigating Hunter Biden. Feelings that Garland was too slow to investigate Trump over Jan. 6, and other frustrations.

Some in Biden’s orbit have unflatteringly compared Garland to former FBI Director James Comey. Referring to his handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email server.

  • Comey ultimately cleared Clinton of criminal wrongdoing. But damaged her election campaign against Trump in July 2016 by making a public statement that she had been “extremely careless” in her security protocols.

What they’re saying: The White House and a spokesperson for Biden attorney Bob Bauer declined to comment.

Biden loses in court again. Court rules Phillips on the Primary ballot. The Wisconsin Supreme Court ordered state election officials to include Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) on the ballot with Joe Biden in the April primary.

What is Joe afraid of? Is it that he may have to debate Phillips? If Phillips get more support or starts winning delagates, Joe may be in big trouble.

Phillips, who represents neighboring Minnesota in Congress, filed a lawsuit on Jan. 26 demanding the Wisconsin Elections Commission add his name to the ballot after Democratic leaders on the selection committee left him off it following a meeting on Jan. 2.

CBS News National Security Correspondent David Martin stated that because the Biden administration “has done such a job of telegraphing this strike” it’s likely that “all” of the people the U.S. was looking to hit have hidden from the strikes and “we’re not probably going to get the individuals this time,” and Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent and “Face the Nation” host Margaret Brennan reported, “a lot of those IRGC Quds Force trainers have left Iraq and Syria knowing this was coming, and that is also intentional by the United States.”

The U.S. has not assessed that Tehran directed this attack. But President Biden did say he holds Iran responsible for providing the weapons and the assistance to the militias that did. So, they are drawing a distinction there, and part of this attempt is to avoid a direct conflict with the State of Iran, instead taking on these proxy forces.”

    U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) stated that airstrikes were conducted against more than 85 targets in Iraq and Syria against Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Quds Force and affiliated militia groups.

    Shortly after the attacks were confirmed, President Joe Biden warned “If you harm an American, we will respond.”

    The White House stressed Friday evening that the United States is not looking for war with Iran.

President Joe Biden will visit the eastern Ohio community that was devastated by a fiery train derailment almost one year ago, accepting an invitation from the East Palestine mayor to see firsthand how the cleanup of spilled toxic chemicals and the recovery are coming along.

Mayor Trent Conaway, a conservative who does not support Biden, said Wednesday he extended the invitation to the Democratic president because he thinks the visit will be good for his community.

“I’m as red as they come. I’m as conservative as they come. Sometimes I have to do what’s best for the people so, yes, that’s why I invited him,” Conaway said in an interview with The Associated Press.

Make no mistake, this is a political visit. His goal isn’t to get Ohio votes, it’s PA he’s looking at. East Palestine is on the OH. /PA. border. The county of Beaver has recently turned Red, and this is about 30-40 miles from Pittsburgh whose suburbs are purple and slowly turning red.

Only benefit for Ohio is Sherrod Brown the Senator from Ohio who looks to be in trouble.

But if you check Treasury Department calculations for what the richest Americans already pay in taxes, you would see that the richest 1 percent pay in excess of 20 percent in income taxes and more than 30 percent in all federal taxes. Even if you drill down to the top 400 wealthiest taxpayers — data that was publicly available on an annual basis until President Donald Trump killed the report — they paid an effective tax rate of 23.1 percent in 2014. These taxpayers — with $127 billion of income — that year paid $29.4 billion in income taxes, or more than 2 percent of all income taxes, the IRS said. That’s more than the bottom 70 percent of taxpayers combined.

United Auto Workers (UAW) President Shawn Fain said “a great majority” of American union workers in the auto industry “will not vote for” President Joe Biden against presumptive Republican presidential nominee former President Donald Trump.

“Look, let me be clear about this. A great majority of our members will not vote for President Biden. Yes, some will. But that’s the reality of this,” Fain told Neil Cavuto.

Setting the record straight January 6. I found this X this morning. Greenwald isn’t your typical Liberal. He will point out left wing lies, and he uses common sense and simple logic to prove his point.

The latest narrative Greenwald is trying to exorcise from the souls of liberals is that January 6 was an attempted coup, armed rebellion, or an insurrection. It’s an emphatic no on all fronts. Joe Biden is president, the military was not deployed, and Trump left willingly. All of the characteristics of a traditional coup d’état are absent, and the former Guardian journalist slaps down all the points made by liberals Destiny and the Krassenstein brothers, Ed and Brian.

If there was an attempt to take over the government, Trump would have been arrested after the so-called insurrection happened. That did not happen.

The DOJ did not get involved until after Trump announced that he was running for President again.
