Couldn’t happen to a better city. Undocumented   dumped on Sacramento.

Couldn’t happen to a better city. Undocumented   dumped on Sacramento. Does my heart good to see that California is getting some of the undocumented. But like the other leftist cess pools, they’re complaining. And they only less than 40.

Now the top notch AG and Governor are looking into kidnapping charges. Somehow I don’t think anyone was forced on those planes. Let’s see if sections like East Sacramento open their doors.

Don’t be surprised if the Feds show up and take them someplace that’s not rat infested or has a dirty river flowing through it. Remember that THESE ARE CRIMINALS AND NEED TO BE TREATED AS CRIMINALS..

Just when you thought it was safe to have a gas stove. Department of Energy now wants to regulate gas stoves.

Just when you thought it was safe to have a gas stove. Department of Energy now wants to regulate gas stoves. First a few weeks back, a board member at the US Consumer Product Safety Commission said aloud what the extremists want to do. Go all electric.

Now the Department of Energy  is proposing limits on energy consumption for gas stoves. This from Jill Notini, a vice president with the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers

“This approach by DOE could effectively ban gas appliances,” said Jill Notini, a vice president with the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers. “We are concerned this approach could eliminate fully featured gas products.” The trade group said 95% of the market for gas products would likely not meet the new proposed rules.

Bloomberg reported:

Gas stoves are coming under fresh scrutiny as a second federal agency has now stepped into the political firestorm with a proposal for new regulations for the appliances.

The Energy Department proposal, published Wednesday, sets first-of-their-kind limits on energy consumption for the stoves, drawing fear from the industry that the regulation could effectively end the use of some products from the market. The proposal also sets energy usage standards for electric cook tops and new standards for both gas and electric ovens.

The move comes just weeks after an official with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission floated the idea of a ban, igniting criticism from the gas industry and from lawmakers ranging from House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Representative Cathy McMorris Rodgers to Senator Joe Manchin. Within days, the head of the commission clarified that the agency had no plans for a ban, and the White House issued a statement that said the president didn’t support banning the cooking products either.

The Energy Department’s proposal would reduce energy usage by about 30% relative to the least-efficient products on the market today, according to the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy, an environmental group. The proposed standards are based on improved cooking efficiency through the use of design options, such as an optimized burner and improved grates, and some products are already on the market that meet the requirements, the group said.

I know folks like this. Many ‘End Up Pretending to Agree’ with Certain Opinions on Race So They Don’t Get Embarrassed on Twitter.

Rarely do I fear my tongue. I do admit that my wording is changed so the thought police who lurk here, cut, paste, and lie to social media about my articles.

During an interview aired on Friday’s broadcast of PBS’ “Firing Line,” Columbia University Professor and author John McWhorter argued that many people “end up pretending to agree with ideas” on race because they’re afraid of being attacked on social media.

We have this from Professor McWorther.

“So, the common idea that you get nowadays, black kids tend not to do as well on standardized tests. Well, instead of saying, how do we get black kids to do better on them? Which is something that has happened in the past, the new idea is that you say, let’s just get rid of the test. Because the test must be racist. You don’t have to specify how. But if the black kids don’t do as well on it, the test is a racist practice. That’s a real leap. That is a hyper-radical way of looking at things that I think most people, if presented with the mechanics of the argument, would think of as rather cruel, frankly, to black kids. That’s not the way to run a society, most of us would think. Some people might be able to make a case for it, but most of us wouldn’t agree with that. But, instead, we’re being taught that if you’re not an anti-racist, you’re bad, and we’re going to embarrass you on Twitter. And, as a result, many people end up pretending to agree with ideas like this.”

Hopefully with the extra money, they can focus on the east side. Sacramento Officials Propose Record High Police Budget

Hopefully with the extra money, they can focus on the east side. Sacramento Officials Propose Record High Police Budget. After a decrease last year and the law abiding citizens being against that asinine move, the City Manager has proposed a $9.4 million dollar increase.

The mammoth new budget flies in defiance of a trend seen across the country, with at least 18 major cities reducing their police budgets over the past year. However, 24 cities increased their police spending for fiscal 2021, as well, including Atlanta, Omaha and Phoenix.

“The latest poll found that nearly double the amount of voters oppose reducing the funding for police departments around the country than support it,” Breitbart News reported.
