The government has a remedy for this type of unlawful business practice. The 1890 Sherman Antitrust Act has bee utilized many times to break up monopolies. The Sherman Act outlaws:

“every contract, combination, or conspiracy in restraint of trade,” and any “monopolization, attempted monopolization, or conspiracy or combination to monopolize.”

Google is out of control. They have not only monopolized the internet, they have monopolized the control of advertising. Both business strategies are being challenged by the DOJ in two separate lawsuits. Meta is also being sued for unfair business practices, as it has gobbled up its competitors in a series of buy-outs.

Yes Virginia, fifth largest economy and you still need Federal aid to hide your Homeless folks. We hear it all the time. California is the fifth largest economy in the world. We bail out red states, we carry the nation on our back. And on and on.

But now we see that California Democratic senators Alex Padilla and Laphonza Butler announced just over $600 million in federal dollars to curb the spiraling homelessness crisis in the state, as officials struggle to get a handle on the problem exacerbated by drug addiction and mental illness. Mental illness is an issue especially in Sacramento.

Actor Michael Rapaport has admitted that he helped spread the left’s Trump Charlottesville “very fine people” hoax, saying he was “wrong” to have promoted the lie.

‘Undocumented Americans’ are people ‘we care about the most’ –Sen Murphy (D-Conn)

Notice the Captions: “The Republican Mess” and “Republicans sabotage their own border deal.”

“Undocumented Americans” do not exist, Senator.  If you ARE an American, you ARE documented. Otherwise, you are an immigrant, legal or otherwise.

The plain fact is the “Border Deal” referred to was NOT about securing the border; it was about ways to process illegal immigrants faster and funnel more money to foreign countries. And it’s not “The Republican’s own…” either.

What’s interesting during this interview is that the Senator — who is supposed to represent the actual citizens of the US and of his home state of Connecticut — is saying the illegal immigrants are the ones the Democrats care about most. Hmm.

Somehow, I doubt the “8000 a day” border crossers he says are “applying for asylum” are actually applying for asylum!

It should also be noted that Murphy is officially a Biden campaign surrogate and is appointed to Biden’s National Advisory Board.

On a related note, who is the fastest-growing group of illegals? CHINESE! Coincidence? Even the MSM is starting to get nervous about the border crossers.

Five who were sloppy, and only one was charged.

Why Donald Trump won’t be found guilty. Four other sloppy people did worse. All five were sloppy and we know 100% what four did was illegal. Jury is out on the fifth. Who are they?

Both Clintons, Pence, Biden, and Trump. All had documents or Tapes that were Government Property. Bill had tapes that were government property and he used them for his book. Recorded folks without their knowledge.

Hillery had the illegal server and destroyed it plus erased the server. Pence had classified documents at his personal home, and Biden had classified documents all over the country.

Trump had classified documents he said he declassified. Bill Clinton didn’t claim that he declassified the tapes. Hillary, Pence and Biden did not have the authority to have those documents.

Five people who yes were sloppy in how they handled this. But for some reason only one was charged with crimes. The one who may have had a right to those documents. Donald Trump.

Trumps got it right. We can’t have this border bill. This is nothing but a sanctuary bill for the undocumented and a way for Democrats to grow their base. It does nothing to secure the border. No Wall or a way of sending back the undocumented.

Former President Donald Trump told Newsmax in an exclusive interview Monday that lawmakers would be “foolish” to sign the Senate’s border security bill.

This keeps the Ukraine war going with no end in sight. Why are we giving billons more (10) than the whole European Union is? Makes no sense to keep this going. Biden demands a cease fire in the Israel-Hamas war but doesn’t do the same for the Russia-Ukraine war.

Biden loses in court again. Court rules Phillips on the Primary ballot. The Wisconsin Supreme Court ordered state election officials to include Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) on the ballot with Joe Biden in the April primary.

What is Joe afraid of? Is it that he may have to debate Phillips? If Phillips get more support or starts winning delagates, Joe may be in big trouble.

Phillips, who represents neighboring Minnesota in Congress, filed a lawsuit on Jan. 26 demanding the Wisconsin Elections Commission add his name to the ballot after Democratic leaders on the selection committee left him off it following a meeting on Jan. 2.

CBS News National Security Correspondent David Martin stated that because the Biden administration “has done such a job of telegraphing this strike” it’s likely that “all” of the people the U.S. was looking to hit have hidden from the strikes and “we’re not probably going to get the individuals this time,” and Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent and “Face the Nation” host Margaret Brennan reported, “a lot of those IRGC Quds Force trainers have left Iraq and Syria knowing this was coming, and that is also intentional by the United States.”

The U.S. has not assessed that Tehran directed this attack. But President Biden did say he holds Iran responsible for providing the weapons and the assistance to the militias that did. So, they are drawing a distinction there, and part of this attempt is to avoid a direct conflict with the State of Iran, instead taking on these proxy forces.”

Former President Donald Trump is reportedly using President Biden’s alleged derogatory remarks about him as a means to raise funds.

What Happened: Trump is capitalizing on claims that Biden referred to him as a “sick f**k” during a private conversation. In a recent fundraising email to his followers, Trump suggested that Biden’s alleged remarks were not just targeted at him, but at all his supporters, reported The Hill.

The fundraising email also drew attention to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s infamous “deplorables” comment, implying that Biden “will spit on us” and use every curse word to describe his supporters.

Trump urged his followers to demonstrate their patriotism and support him, assuring them that they would be “the ones laughing on Election Day.”

This fundraising effort comes after reports that Trump’s fundraising committees spent nearly $30 million in legal fees for the former president in the second half of 2023.

This is another instance in a series of Trump’s fundraising attempts, which have also included capitalizing off his criminal indictments and state efforts to remove him from primary ballots.

Why It Matters: Biden had reportedly described Trump as a “sick f**k” who takes pleasure in others’ misfortunes in private conversations. Later that day, former National Security Adviser John Bolton affirmed Biden’s remarks, stating that Biden had accurately captured Trump’s personality.

Earlier, Biden mocked Trump for his incorrect prediction of a stock market collapse if Biden won the 2020 election.

Trump currently leads Biden in the 2024 presidential election race – a RealClearPolitics poll shows Trump with 46.6% support, while Biden has 44.8% support.
