“Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us,” Justice Clarence Thomas declared Monday, when the Supreme Court decided — by one vote –to hear none of the 2020 election cases raising issues of voter fraud and illegal votes.

Why Justice Thomas’s words on the Elections are so Important. I feel that this is so important, so I’m inviting all the folks in my tag groups. Regardless of how you feel about the 2020 Elections, Justice Thomas said things that do point out where he thought politics were played and changes were made to existing laws. That can’t be denied I’m going to post his full response to the courts decision to not hear the Pennsylvania complaints. I’ll highlight what I feel were important points. As always be civil. No name calling. Justice Thomas.

“The Constitution gives to each state legislature authority to determine the ‘Manner’ of federal elections,” began Thomas. “Yet both before and after the 2020 election, nonlegislative officials in various States took it upon themselves to set the rules instead. As a result, we received an unusually high number of petitions and emergency applications contesting those changes. The petitions here present a clear example.”

“The Pennsylvania Legislature established an unambiguous deadline for receiving mail-in ballots: 8 p.m. on election day. Dissatisfied, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court extended that deadline by three days,” Thomas explained, referring to one of the rejected cases. “These cases provide us with an ideal opportunity to address just what authority nonlegislative officials have to set election rules, and to do so well before the next election cycle. The refusal to do so is inexplicable.”

“For more than a century, this Court has recognized that the Constitution operates as a limitation upon the State in respect of any attempt to circumscribe the legislative power to regulate federal elections,” he continued, quoting Supreme Court precedent. “Because the Federal Constitution, not state constitutions, gives state legislatures authority to regulate federal elections, petitioners presented a strong argument that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision violated the Constitution by overriding the clearly expressed intent of the legislature.”

“But elections enable self-governance only when they include processes that give citizens (including the losing candidates and their supporters) confidence in the fairness of the election,” Thomas added, quoting a recent Supreme Court case that held, “Confidence in the integrity of our electoral processes is essential to the functioning of our participatory democracy.”

“Unclear rules threaten to undermine this system. They sow confusion and ultimately dampen confidence in the integrity and fairness of elections,” he explained. “To prevent confusion, we have thus repeatedly — although not as consistently as we should — blocked rule changes made by courts close to an election.”

The mail-deadline case did not impact enough votes to change the 2020 election. “But we may not be so lucky in the future,” Thomas warned. “Indeed, a separate decision by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court may have already altered an election result.”

Thomas surmised:

That is not a prescription for confidence. Changing the rules in the middle of the game is bad enough. Such rule changes by officials who may lack authority to do so is even worse. When those changes alter election results, they can severely damage the electoral system on which our self-governance so heavily depends. If state officials have the authority they have claimed, we need to make it clear. If not, we need to put an end to this practice now before the consequences become catastrophic.

First the Biden Administration tried to take credit for the COVID success. Now it’s trying to take credit for Trump foreign policy.

First the Biden Administration tried to take credit for the COVID success. Now it’s trying to take credit for Trump foreign policy. Now it’s trying to take credit for Trump foreign policy.Remember how Biden said he was going to do the impossible? a million doses a day. Unheard of he said. What he left out was that we were averaging 983,000 doses a day. Well they’re at it again. We have this for you.

A tense exchange erupted as State Department Spokesman Price was boasting about the administration’s efforts to scale back the controversial Nord Stream 2 pipeline from Russia to Germany.

Price said 18 mostly Western companies have made “good-faith efforts to wind down” their involvement with Nord Stream 2.

“This demonstrates that the legislative goals and our actions are having a good effect,” Price said of bipartisan US opposition to the project dating back to former president Donald Trump’s time.

Associated Press reporter Matt Lee then chimed in.

“You guys have only been in office for a month, right? Are you telling me that in the last four weeks these 18 companies all of the sudden decided to say, ‘Oh my God! We better not be doing anything with Nord Stream 2,” Lee said.

“You guys are taking credit for stuff the previous administration did. Yes or no?”

So something that President Trump started back in December of 2019, Price made it seem as if it was something they initiated. See below.

A company laying pipes for the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline between Russia and Germany says it has stopped construction. The subcontractor, Allseas, says the move was in response to US sanctions. On Friday, President Donald Trump approved sanctions against companies involved in the pipeline’s construction. The US has criticized the project for handing too much power to Russia. Russian President Vladimir Putin has promised retaliation.

GOP the new home for the workingman.

GOP the new home for the workingman. The GOP is changing and the lefts not happy. We saw it in many traditional blue states and purple states. Workingman voting Republican. We have Obama to thank for that. His screw the little guy and join forces with Progressives has paid off big time for Republicans.

There are signs across racial and ethnic demographic groups that Republicans are becoming the party of blue-collar Americans and the change is happening quickly. See the charts below.

Data from the NBC News poll shows that the composition of the two major parties is changing, and one massive shift is coming in employment: the kinds of jobs Democrats and Republicans hold. There are signs across racial and ethnic demographic groups that Republicans are becoming the party of blue-collar Americans and the change is happening quickly.

What our allies in the Australian media think about Joe. WOW! Never before has the leader of the free world been so cognitively compromised.

What our allies in the Australian media think about Joe. WOW! Never before has the leader of the free world been so cognitively compromised. This from our friend at Sky News.

It is clear US President Joe Biden is not up to the task he has been “sworn in to do”, according to Sky News host Cory Bernardi.

“Never before has the leader of the free world been so cognitively compromised,” Mr Bernardi said

“It’s clear to me at the least that US President Joe Biden is struggling with dementia and is clearly not up to the task he’s been sworn in to do.”

Mr Bernardi said it is something which was “evident” during the election campaign, but the “partisan and poisonous” mainstream media chose not to highlight anything which could have “derailed a Biden victory”.

“Even now, after he has been sworn in, many of them are still refusing to speak the truth about Biden’s lack of capacity.”

Joe Biden recently emerged to make his “sanitised” Presidential Town Hall Debut, at which the new president “promptly gave away his teleprompter”.

“The result was nothing short of a disaster … it was littered with total falsehoods,” Mr Bernardi said.

“It’s all rather pathetic, but even usually smart people are blinded by the nonsense put out by the mainstream media. They believe every perceived sin of Donald Trump while they seem intent on canonizing St. Joe.”

The gift that keeps on giving. Here’s what happens when you let Joe out.

The gift that keeps on giving. Here’s what happens when you let Joe out. Joe got out to stretch his legs. Boy this man is amazing. In office less than a month and already the Late show comedians have a years worth of material. Let’s take a look at what did or didn’t happen.

Joe did say that Minorities have issues with using the internet. That’s why they’re not getting vaccinated.  “Not everybody in the community, in the Hispanic and the African-American community, particularly in rural areas that are distant and/or inner city districts know how to use — know how to get online to determine how to get in line for that COVID vaccination at the Walgreen’s or at the particular store.”Why is that Joe?

Biden explained he’s “not going to speak out against … what he’s [President Xi Jinping] is doing with the Uyghurs.” He then reiterated by saying, “He [Xi] gets it,” posing that “culturally there are different norms” about how humans should be treated.

Joe and his love for kids.

Biden improvised when asked about his administration’s original goal of reopening schools five days a week, which changed last week with a new goal of schools only reopening one day a week. “It was a mistake in the communication,” Biden said.

The coronavirus comments continued when Biden then claimed, “We didn’t have [the vaccine] when we came into office,” which fact-checkers were quick to debunk. The first dose of the Pfizer vaccine was given on December 14 and the first dose of the Moderna vaccine was given on December 22 — a month before he was inaugurated on January 20, 2021.

Before the night was over, Biden, who has denied accusations of contracting dementia, was asked, “You’ve already spent a great deal of time at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, except now you’re living there and you’re president. It’s been four weeks. What’s it like? How is it different?”

Biden responded, “I wake up every morning, look at Jill, and say, ‘Where the hell are we?’”

7. A few seconds later, Biden, perhaps without knowing he was throwing former President Obama under the bus, said that Obama never invited him to the White House residence when he was vice president, despite the fact Biden served as vice president for eight years.

Back with my 8,000 Parler friends. After Weeks Of Being Offline, Parler Finds A New Web Host.

Back with my 8,000 Parler friends.  After Weeks Of Being Offline, Parler Finds A New Web Host.Social media service Parler on Monday said it is officially relaunching its platform, more than a month after it was suspended from Amazon’s web hosting services over violent posts regarding the deadly Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol. This from NPR.

SkySilk, a Web infrastructure company based outside of Los Angeles, is now hosting Parler, SkySilk’s chief executive, Kevin Matossian, confirmed to NPR in an interview.

“SkySilk is well aware that Parler has received an aggressive response from those who believe their platform has been used as a safe haven for some bad actors,” Matossian said in a statement. “Let me be clear, Skysilk does not advocate nor condone hate, rather, it advocates the right to private judgment and rejects the role of being the judge, jury, and executioner.”

He said while the company many disagree with some of Parler’s content, he believes the company is taking “necessary steps” to monitor its platform.

“Once again, this is not a matter of SkySilk endorsing the message, but rather, the right of the messenger to deliver it. SkySilk will support Parler in their efforts to be a nonpartisan Public Square as we are convinced this is the only appropriate course of action,” he said in a statement.

Parler said in its statement on Monday it would bring back online its current users in the first week and would be open to new users the next week. I’ve posted about a dozen of my articles and the response has been awesome.

We are the Champions. 43 new heroes. Democrats be afraid. Be very afraid.

We are the Champions. 43 new heroes. Democrats be afraid. Be very afraid. Yes the phony impeachment circus is over. Donald Trump will gloat for maybe a week, then get back to working for the American people who still love the guy. Our former awesome President is free to finish what was started. Clean the swamp for good.

The statement concluded that the movement to Make America Great Again is just beginning and that he “has so much to share with you” in the coming months.

Now the 47 Democrats the RNC targeted have to be sweating tonight cause 2022 will be here before you know it. And the 17 Republicans who ignored our Constitution will not be happy that they went against our former President.

NY down. PA,NJ, and MI to go. States that sent COVID patients to nursing homes to die.

NY down. PA,NJ, and MI to go. States that sent COVID patients to nursing homes to die. A Governor Cuomo aide came forward and admitted that the real number of nursing home deaths was being hid. Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s top aide privately apologized to Democratic lawmakers for withholding the state’s nursing home death toll from COVID-19 — telling them “we froze” out of fear that the true numbers would “be used against us” by federal prosecutors,

In late August, a few weeks after the state legislative hearing, the DOJ announced a preliminary inquiry into New York and three other Democrat-led states for their handling of the virus in nursing homes. The DOJ announcement noted in the release that the four states — New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan — all “required nursing homes to admit COVID-19 patients to their vulnerable populations, often without adequate testing.”

Why you can’t trust the MSM and Progressive politicians. Democrat Impeachment Managers Withdraw Statements Falsely Attributed to Sen. Mike Lee After Schumer Intervention.

Why you can’t trust the MSM and Progressive politicians. Democrat Impeachment Managers Withdraw Statements Falsely Attributed to Sen. Mike Lee After Schumer Intervention. So the impeachment managers tried to pull a fast one. Using fake news they tried to use what they called evidence. Why did they do what they did?

This led to a remarkable moment where Sen. Pat Leahy (D-VT), the president pro tempore of the U.S. Senate who is also presiding over the impeachment trial of Trump since Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts declined to preside, given that Trump is no longer in office, made an unclear ruling apparently rejecting Lee’s motion. Lee then appealed his ruling and sought a vote in the Senate to override Leahy, and after several confusing moments the Senate began voting on Lee’s objection to Leahy’s unclear ruling. After a couple senators’ names were called when the clerk began calling the roll of Senators to vote on Lee’s objection, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer spoke up and intervened to stop the vote. Schumer used a tactic called noting the absence of a quorum–essentially pausing the Senate’s formal business as televised for the nation while senators and staff handle a dispute or negotiation off camera–to “work this out.”

Moments later, they came back into action and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD)–the House Democrats’ lead impeachment manager–admitted that Cicilline’s characterization of Lee as it related to the Trump-Tuberville phone call, while based on news reports, was inaccurate, and then he withdrew the matter from the record himself without a Senate vote.

Cook Report said it so it must be true. Republicans Came Within 32K Votes of Retaking House Majority in 2020.

Cook Report said it so it must be true. Republicans Came Within 32K Votes of Retaking House Majority in 2020. 2020 was to be the year of a Republican wipe out by the Democrats in the house. It didn’t happen.

Dave Wasserman, a political analyst and the editor of the non-partisan Cook Political Report, reported Monday that Republicans came within less than 32,000 votes from regaining the majority in the U.S. House of Representatives.

“Republicans came within 31,751 votes of winning the majority,” Wasserman wrote in a tweet, shortly after Democrat Anthony Brindisi conceded to former GOP Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) in the race for New York’s 22nd Congressional District.

We will succeed in 2922.
