Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy said that he believes the Supreme Court should overturn the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) approval of the abortion pill mifepristone.

Ramaswamy said at a CNN town hall in Iowa on Wednesday that the case, which the court agreed earlier on Wednesday to hear, is about the authority that regulatory agencies have without direct authorization from Congress. He argued that the FDA exceeded its authority in approving the pill in 2000.

Converting your house from Natural Gas to Electricity isn’t cheap. So, you’re considering of switching over to all electric. Sounds like you bought the climate activists charge that it’s cheaper and better for the environment. Let’s see.

First the old furnace and air conditioning unit needs to go. New ductwork needs to be added. Now replace all those appliances that are gas powered. What’s that cost you? Finally installing an electric heat pump and going solar. The cost there is what?

Homes that are fully electrified — heat pump HVAC, heat pump water heater, electric stove/oven, electric dryer, solar, storage, EV — cannot get by on smaller 100-amp or 125-amp electric services. Costs for individual consumers can range from $5,000 for a simple electric service upgrade to well over $20,000 if underground wiring or transformers need to be updated. Upfront utility engineering fees and delays of six months or more are typical. Cities and states that plan to electrify existing buildings must find ways to proactively streamline and reduce costs for electric service upgrades.

A lofty goal, hopefully after this year’s election that all ends. but if not, and Joe wins, we are in for some hard times. His war on fracking will continue. He said there would be no new fracking on Federal land. How long before he bans fracking on all land?

The court made the announcement after an explosive amicus brief filed by attorneys for former Attorney General Ed Meese arguing that Jack Smith’s appointment as special counsel by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland is unconstitutional and so the court must reject his prosecution against Trump.

Meese, joined by Steven Calabresi, the co-chairman of the Federalist Society, and Gary Lawson, a prominent constitutional law professor, argues essentially that Garland improperly appointed Smith to an office that does not exist with authority Garland does not possess.

If the court rules in favor for Meese and the others, it will go to the Supreme Court. If successful, the prosecution’s case is done.

First Trump lost a third of his wealth as President. And that he also did not take the $4 million dollar salary. Plus that $7.8 million dollars? That’s what they paid to stay at Trump Property Hotels.

Forget the fact that the Trump family didn’t own all the hotels. But here’s what the great expose left out. The profits Trump made from the properties was given back to the Treasury. And before Trump was President, those 20 country diplomats were staying at the hotels.

Now the Trump family was operating a legitamate business. What type of business was the Biden cartel operating? Atty. Morriss gave Hunter Biden $4.9 million. What did he get in return? Millions of dollars doing business with the US government.

In September 2021, a month after U.S. and NATO troops withdrew from Afghanistan following two decades of war, the Taliban announced that girls were barred from studying beyond sixth grade.

They extended this education ban to universities in December 2022. The Taliban have defied global condemnation and warnings that the restrictions will make it almost impossible for them to gain recognition as the country’s legitimate rulers.

This was the beginning of Biden’s road to allowing the world terrorists to start their take overs.

Winning for now. Labor Secretary Fails Senate Confirmation. Acting Labor Secretary, Julie Su wasn’t confirmed by the Senate who refused to confirm or deny her appointment.

This now goes back to Biden’s desk for him to renominate her.

“Upon Secretary Walsh’s departure, acting Secretary Su automatically became acting secretary under its organic statute, not under the Federal Vacancies Reform Act,” a White House official said in July. “As a result, Su is not subject to the time limits of the Federal Vacancies Reform Act and she can serve as acting secretary indefinitely.”
