Here are the four people who announced exits from Congress on Thursday. So three Democrats and one Republican said No Mas. Now the Republican is leaving a district he won by 74% last time.

Senator Manchin saw the handwriting on the wall knowing that he would most likely lose his seat. Manchin is the one who’s seat can make a difference in the controlling of the Senate. Some say he’s being considered for President on the No Labels party. The other two Democrats used the old favorite of spending more time with family. Republicans have a good shot at three out of the four seats.

What Trump or any other Republican should do day one when they are President January 20, 2025.

What Trump or any other Republican should do day one when they are President January 20, 2025. DE weaponize all departments.

Former President Trump said he would return the favor to the Biden administration when it comes to weaponizing the Federal Government. First be it Trump or any other Republican, here’s my recommendations.

Fire all the top department heads. They need to go. Fire all the  lawyers in the DOJ.  Set up a commission to look into the  department heads to see if any had committed crimes. If so, bring charges. Not as a group, but individually.

Finally remove all the Executive orders and remove the EPA’S ( and any other department ) power to make laws.

Fact Check: Yes, NBC’s Kristen Welker Promoted Trump-Russia Collusion Hoax. Welker ignored Vivek, but she along with MSM did promote the Rusia Rusia Hoax.

Indeed, as Ramaswamy stated, Welker reported heavily throughout the years regarding the Trump-Russia conspiracy. In one segment from 2019, Welker asked Trump directly if he worked for Russia.

“I never worked for Russia,” Trump told Welker at the time, also telling her that it was a “disgrace” that she asked the question to begin with, considering the extremely limited evidence that the former president had worked with Russia.

Vivek lets it fly against the RNC, and NBC. Last night Vivek was swinging for the fences. He started out with a bang and all night was swinging for the fences. He should have included the house boy in his comments.

“And we have Kristen Welker here. Do you think the Democrats would actually hire Greg Gutfeld to host a Democratic debate?”

“They wouldn’t do it. And so the fact of the matter is, I mean, Kris, I’m going to use this time because it’s actually about you in the media, and the corrupt media establishment.

“Ask you, the Trump-Russia collusion hoax that you pushed on this network for years, was that real or was that Hillary Clinton made up disinformation?” Ramaswamy asked Kristin to respond.

Minnesota Supreme Court dismisses ‘insurrection clause’ challenge and allows Trump on primary ballot.

Minnesota Supreme Court dismisses ‘insurrection clause’ challenge and allows Trump on primary ballot. A first year law student could have won this (maybe not one that took ten years to get his law degree).

Trump’s attorneys argued that Section 3 has no power without Congress laying out the criteria and procedures for applying it, that the Jan. 6 attack doesn’t meet the definition of insurrection and that the former president was simply using his free speech rights. They also argued that the clause doesn’t apply to the office of the presidency, which is not mentioned in the text.

Nuff said.

New emails show DHS created Stanford ‘disinfo’ group that censored speech before 2020 election.

New emails show DHS created Stanford ‘disinfo’ group that censored speech before 2020 election.

New emails show officials at the Department of Homeland Security created a Stanford University “disinformation” group that censored Americans’ speech before the 2020 election, according to a House Judiciary Committee report exclusively obtained by The Post.

The House panel’s 103-page staff interim report says never-before-seen emails and internal communications were obtained from the group, known as the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP), and show how it worked with DHS’ Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to flag, suppress and remove online speech in coordination with big tech companies.

One of EIP’s founding partners — the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab — described CISA’s central role in the alleged censorship effort in a July 31, 2020, email.

“I know the Council has a number of efforts on broad policy around the elections, but we just set up an election integrity partnership at the request of DHS/CISA and are in weekly comms to debrief about disinfo,” the lab’s senior director Graham Brookie wrote.

The staff report says, “[T]he federal government and universities pressured social media companies to censor true information, jokes, and political opinions.

The online posts labeled “misinformation” were made by public officials such as former President Donald Trump.Getty Images

“This pressure was largely directed in a way that benefitted one side of the political aisle: true information posted by Republicans and conservatives was labeled as ‘misinformation’ while false information posted by Democrats and liberals was largely unreported and untouched by the censors.”

The “misinformation” posts were made by public officials such as former President Donald Trump, Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC), Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), media outlets such as Newsmax and The Babylon Bee and many conservative commentators.

The Judiciary report also found that while under the purview of CISA’s Countering Foreign Influence Task Force, the central focus of the feds’ effort was to “censor Americans engaged in core political speech in the lead up to the 2020 election.”

DHS acknowledged that it could not “openly endorse” a centralized portal to flag information in a May 2020 email released in the staff report, which cleared the way for Stanford’s EIP to take up the effort in July of that year.

The task force used a tactic known as “switchboarding” to refer to removal requests from state and local officials to Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites, which CISA-CFITF Director Brian Scully confirmed in testimony in the bombshell case Missouri v. Biden.

Emails in the interim staff report show Scully informing members of the Office of the Colorado Secretary of State that he had flagged parody accounts to Twitter.NY Post

Emails in the interim staff report show Scully informing members of the Office of the Colorado Secretary of State that he had flagged parody accounts to Twitter and advised Facebook to take down a post about the election that was deemed misinformation.

The exchanges show that CISA recognized it was on shaky legal grounds by participating in the effort and chose to add a disclaimer beneath many emails that its requests were “voluntary” and the agency “neither has nor seeks the ability to remove what information is made available on social media platforms.”

However, those emails also included a line that the “information may also be shared with law enforcement or intelligence agencies,” implying those agencies could take action if the posts weren’t removed.

Former CISA Director Chris Krebs, who was fired by Trump after the 2020 election, testified to the subcommittee that “switchboarding” was done before his agency was created as well.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas testified in a House Judiciary Committee hearing in July that the agency no longer participates in the practice.

The Judiciary staff report also discloses that Stanford students were working at both CISA and EIP simultaneously.

“Not only were there a number of university students involved with the EIP, at least four of the students were employed by CISA during the operation of EIP, using their government email accounts to communicate with CISA officials and other ‘external stakeholders’ involved with the EIP,” it states.

In a statement given to The Post on Monday, CISA Executive Director Brandon Wales said the agency “does not and has never censored speech or facilitated censorship.

“Every day, the men and women of CISA execute the agency’s mission of reducing risk to U.S. critical infrastructure in a way that protects Americans’ freedom of speech, civil rights, civil liberties, and privacy,” Wales said.

“In response to concerns from election officials of all parties regarding foreign influence operations and disinformation that may impact the security of election infrastructure, CISA mitigates the risk of disinformation by sharing information on election literacy and election security with the public and by amplifying the trusted voices of election officials across the nation.”

Alex Stamos, who previously served as chief security officer at Facebook, said the idea was to create a “one-stop shop for local election officials, DHS, and voter protection organizations” to coordinate with social media platforms in the censorship effort.REUTERS

The “disinfo” organization was led by Stanford University’s Stanford Internet Observatory (SIO) and founded with the help of other academics who communicated directly with Homeland Security officials and members of the State Department’s Global Engagement Center (GEC), the report said.

SIO was conceived as a “one-stop shop for local election officials, DHS, and voter protection organizations” to coordinate with social media platforms in the censorship effort, according to its director Alex Stamos, who previously served as chief security officer at Facebook.

In June, Stamos testified to the House subcommittee that CISA’s coordination with the FBI came across as a threat.

“[D]ealing with a law enforcement agency that has coercive powers is just a risky thing to do if you’re part of some big organization and some other — there might be some investigation involving the organization that you don’t even know about,” he said.

“I think all executives of all public companies understand that there’s lots of parts of the government that can punish you for activity that you thought was appropriate.”

Stamos did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Trump established CISA in 2018 to improve federal cybersecurity programs and protect government software from hackers.

How can this be, a Democrat? Connecticut Judge Overturns Election Results After Shocking Videos Surface. I still remember when last year a lurker loon from California claimed that it checked the elections in all fifty states and only found one case of voter fraud. And it was a Republican

Well we’ve had numerous cases of voter fraud with the Democrats. Here’s the latest. It happened of all places a Blue State.

Voters in one Connecticut community are scheduled to go to the polls next week in a mayoral election for which the results of the Democratic primary were thrown out Wednesday.

Superior Court Judge William Clark tossed out the results of a Sept. 12 primary in Bridgeport after video emerged showing an individual who was alleged to have been a supporter of Democratic Mayor Joe Ganim stuffing multiple ballots in an absentee ballot drop box.

Shocking. California Senator wannabe lives in Maryland.

Shocking. California Senator wannabe lives in Maryland. So, I guess the qualifications for a California Senator is to live in Maryland. Must be the Crabs.

For more than a decade, California Senate hopeful Rep. Adam Schiff has claimed his primary residence is a 3,42 square foot home he owns in Maryland, according to a review of mortgage records.

On June 7, 2022, on the day of Democratic primary in the Los Angeles mayor’s race, Schiff posted a photo of himself wearing an “I Voted” sticker on Twitter in front of his Maryland home.

The deed records demonstrate that Schiff first designated the Maryland home as his primary residence in 2003. Schiff then refinanced his mortgage in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 while continuing to claim the Maryland house as his primary home.

How sick is this? Newsom kisses up to China’s Xi Jinping. So for some reason Newsom goes to China on a Kiss Ass mission. Who knows what promises were made in their private conversations.

The state-run Global Times lauded Newsom’s meeting with Xi at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing as a milestone in improving U.S.-China relations, a sentiment Newsom reportedly reciprocated:

Newsom said that no other bilateral relationship is more important than the one between the US and China, and the US-China relationship is vital to the future of the US and bears on the well-being of its people.

Newsom said he is willing to push California to strengthen exchanges with China and seek closer cooperation in fields such as climate change and new energy. California is willing to be China’s long-term, stable and strong partner, he added.

As the first US governor to visit China in more than four years, Newsom expressed his high appreciation for relations with China and recalled the first sister cities established between China and the US in 1980: Shanghai and San Francisco. He hopes to contribute to the resumption of exchanges and cooperation between China and the US, CGTN reported on Wednesday.

CGTN is the China Global Television Network, another Communist state-run media operation.

A good deal of Newsom’s enthusiasm for doing business with China revolved around climate change, electric vehicles (EV), and green energy technology.

Swing states. Two Words Could Mean Joe Biden Is Finished.

Swing states. Two Words Could Mean Joe Biden Is Finished.

Story by Peter Suciu.

Swing States could doom Joe Biden’s 2024 Run: According to a new poll from Bloomberg News/Morning Consult, President Joe Biden currently trails former President Donald Trump in Wisconsin and four additional key swing states. In the Badger State, 79 percent of registered voters said that the U.S. economy is on the wrong track – higher than the 74 percent average who said the same across seven other swing states.

Seventy-one percent of Pennsylvania voters, 73 percent of those in Michigan, 74 percent in Georgia, and 75 percent respectively in Arizona, Nevada, and North Carolina shared a similar sentiment about the state of the U.S. economy.

“The dim outlook was held by Wisconsin voters in key demographic groups, including women, blue-collar workers, rural residents, and those ages 18 to 34,” Bloomberg News reported.

Wisconsin Voters Trust Trump More on the Economy

The poll further found that 48 percent of Wisconsin residents said they trust the former president more than the current one to handle the economy. Just 36 percent said they trust Biden more. There is a growing feeling in Wisconsin that the current “Bidenomics” policies are bad for the economy.

Wisconsin, once a solid part of the “Blue Wall,” crumbled in 2016 when Trump carried the state by 22,748 votes. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who didn’t visit the Badger State, was surprised by her loss. Biden then flipped the state back, and carried it by just 20,682 votes.

The recent poll found that even voters who are members of a union household believed Bidenomics was bad for the economy. That could be a worrisome portent for the president, as that block helped him win Wisconsin in 2020.

President Biden has clearly seen that Wisconsin is very much “in play” heading into the 2024 election, and earlier this week, the White House chose the state to be one of the 31 regional tech hubs, making it eligible for millions of dollars in federal funding to help advanced personalized medicine and biohealth technology. Wisconsin will progress to the next round of the competition, in which at least five tech hubs will win up to $75 million each under the CHIPS and Science Act passed last year.

The Swing States Matter More Than Ever

As noted by the Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll, it isn’t just Wisconsin that could determine who will win the presidency in just over a year. Currently, Trump leads Biden 47 percent to 43 percent in a head-to-head rematch in the other six swing states.

Of those states, all except for Nevada went for Trump in 2016, while all but North Carolina went for Biden in 2020. Once solidly red states such as Georgia, Arizona, and even North Carolina increasingly look purple – suggesting that Trump shouldn’t count on them any more than Clinton should have counted on Wisconsin.

As previously reported, North Carolina last went Democratic in 2008, when Barack Obama defeated John McCain by just 0.32 percent. Prior to that the state was last won by a Democrat in 1976 when Jimmy Carter defeated Gerald Ford.

Trump won the state by 1.34 percent in 2020 and by 3.66 percent over Hillary Clinton.

By contrast, George W. Bush won the Tar Heel State by more than 12 points in both 2000 and 2004, and even as Bill Clinton infamously was able to win many traditionally Republican states in the south, he lost North Carolina in both 1992 and 1996.

Clearly, several swing states can be described as being in play.
