Winning. Court to hear case on Special Prosecutor Smith.

Winning. Court to hear case on Special Prosecutor Smith. We have this from Breitbart.

The court made the announcement after an explosive amicus brief filed by attorneys for former Attorney General Ed Meese arguing that Jack Smith’s appointment as special counsel by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland is unconstitutional and so the court must reject his prosecution against Trump.

Meese, joined by Steven Calabresi, the co-chairman of the Federalist Society, and Gary Lawson, a prominent constitutional law professor, argues essentially that Garland improperly appointed Smith to an office that does not exist with authority Garland does not possess.

If the court rules in favor for Meese and the others, it will go to the Supreme Court. If successful, the prosecution’s case is done.

Would the Beverly Hillbellies move to California today?

Would the Beverly Hillbellies move to California today? Back in 2020, when the flight from California started, a loon from Northern California stated that they checked and every single person who left were Republicans and poor. I know, crazy, isn’t it?

The Hollywood stars who’ve moved out of California each have their reasons — some personal, some political. But what unites them is that California no longer holds the allure it once did.

Mark Wahlberg

The Oscar-nominated star moved with his family to Nevada so that he could “give my kids a better life.”

“So, we came here to just kind of give ourselves a new look, a fresh start for the kids, and there’s lot of opportunity here,” Wahlberg said in an interview last year. “I’m really excited about the future.”

“A lot of Hollywood is living in a bubble,” Wahlberg said in another past interview. “They’re pretty out of touch with the common person, the everyday guy out there providing for their family,” he said.

Sylvester Stallone

After decades living in Los Angeles, the Rocky star has moved with his family to Florida.

“It’s an incredible move, I have to say I’m really happy with our move and our change,” his wife Jennifer Flavin recently said.

Stallone revealed in his recent Netflix documentary Sly that the change of locale will hopefully inspire something creative in him.

“I wasn’t moving because ‘Oh, wow, I wanted another beautiful view.’ Any time changing that paradigm which you become used to, it’s literally to jump-start that process again,” he said.

Rod Stewart

The British rocker is selling his Los Angeles residence, saying he is fed up with the city’s “toxic culture.”

The 78-year-old star had initially listed his L.A. home for $70 million six months ago but upped the price to $80 million in his new listing. He plans to spend more time at his home in the U.K.

Sheryl Crow

The country music star said her decision to move from Los Angeles to Tennessee saved her life.

“I know how hard it is for especially young people — and I don’t know if anybody was pained by struggles like I did when I was young — but these are some tricky waters to navigate now,” she said earlier this year. “I’ll just tell you that, for me, getting out in nature really saved my life.”

Dean Cain

The Lois & Clark star quit California after decades, relocating to Nevada.

“I had to leave California. California has gone crazy in a sense,” he said. ” There’s been so much. Look at the taxation. Look at the regulations. Look at the silly laws that have been passed. There were things that I didn’t agree with, and I’ve been voting here and living here and working here my entire life. I finally got to a place where I was like, I don’t agree with this.”

Robert Davi

The Die Hard star (and director of My Son Hunter) left California for Florida.

“Dear Friends I quietly Moved to Florida 2 years ago,” the actor wrote in a recent X/Twitter post.

In his most recent article for Breitbart News, Davi praised GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy’s performance at the Republican primary debate in November, comparing his command of the stage to an expert knockout punch from Mike Tyson.

Kat von D

The celebrity fashionista and tattoo artist — who recently embraced Christianity — has bid farewell to California, moving to a small town in Indiana.

“Goodbye California!” she wrote in an Instagram post two years ago. “After much thought, we have decided we will permanently be moving to Indiana at the end of this year. We plan on selling our beautiful home here, and I will most likely open a private studio in Indiana once we are done with the house remodel there”

James Van Der Beek

The Dawson’s Creek star said goodbye to California, moving his family to Texas nearly three years ago.

As Breitbart News reported, the actor recently ripped the Democratic National Committee for backing President Joe Biden without allowing his challengers Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Marianne Williamson to debate him on television.

“How is this a democracy?” he said in a social media video post.

Sean Patrick Flanery

The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles actor also moved to Texas after years in California.

Speaking earlier this year in an interview with Breitbart News’ editor-in-chief Alex Marlow, he said he credits “traditional family values” — including hard work and meritocratic achievement — for the success he has experienced in his professional and personal life.

He said moving from California to Texas brought numerous benefits, including being closer to extended family members.

“I always wanted that for my kids,” he said. “We were thinking about going back and forth but we never actually did. We sold everything and our only regret was why didn’t we do it sooner?”

Nikki Sixx

The Mötley Crüe bassist says he and his family moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, in 2020. “I wake up and I’m like, ‘I can’t think of a place I’d rather be,’’ he exclaimed.

The rocker said that the area’s outdoor activities like skiing and fishing make it a wonderful place to live, while his former home of Los Angeles is fine for the occasional visit.

“[During the pandemic] my journey took me back to a place where I can go fishing and see the mountains,” he remarked. “And then one day, my wife was like, ‘Why are we still here in California? This is a better place to raise our daughter.’ We find ourselves coming down to Los Angeles to see friends. But then we are happy to go back home. And we spend 95% of our time in Wyoming. It’s home.”

Occasional Jewish Congressman wants Justice Thomas to recuse himself.

Occasional Jewish Congressman wants Justice Thomas to recuse himself. You know the guy, the congressman who’s Jewish only when it benefits him. He’s now saying that Justice Thomas must recuse himself if the court agrees to hear Trumps appeals.

But yet he’s silent on the other leftist judges on the court who in the past have not recused themselves in other Trump issues that came before the court. Justices who made derogatory remarks about Trump.

Now Congressman Raskin claims that Thomas’s wife was part of the Trump conspiracy crowd. But yet she wasn’t charged, why? Matter of fact she was totally left out of the January 6 final report. Again, I ask why was that? No mention of Gina Thomas in the January 6 final report or of any type of involvement by her.

Three Washington state police officers acquitted in killing.

Three Washington state police officers acquitted in killing. Does my heart good to see that a jury found three dedicated police officers not guilty. No doubt that their actions were legal.

The corner ruled that the drugs and his health killed him. The Ellis family settled a federal wrongful death lawsuit against Pierce County, which is home to Tacoma, for $4 million last year. Will the city try to get the money back?

Thinking about a dear friend. Ferd. Gone but not forgotten. This Christmas Day I want to bring up an old friend. Ferd. He was a Veteran who served his country. Also, a good family man.

It’s been several years now, but it still seems like yesterday. Ferd’s heart gave out, but he lasted for two years with only a heart that was at 20%. So if you remember Ferd, please comment kindly.

When others attacked me, my family, and church pastors, Ferd was the first to defend me and give a verbal ass whipping to those folks. And they then went after him, his wife, and their children

Also, if you know of any other disqus brother or sister who passed, please mention them here.

The Colorado Judges said that Democrats are picking which Republicans can run for President.

The Colorado Judges said that Democrats are picking which Republicans can run for President. I’m sure you heard that the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that they and they alone can decide what Republican is allowed on the ballot.

Claimed that A Gorsich ruling gave them the permission to keep Trump off the ballot. Here’s the ruling.

“As then-Judge Gorsuch recognized in Hassan, it is ‘a state’s legitimate interest in protecting the integrity and practical functioning of the political process’ that ‘permits it to exclude from the ballot candidates who are constitutionally prohibited from assuming office,'” the state opinion reads.

So, explain to me when Trump was ruled constitutionally prohibited? You can’t. Putin and Banana Republic countries have kept the leading opposition off the ballots. Just saying.

What college Presidents must do to prove they don’t condone Antisemitism. Don’t release a phony statement condemning both sides.

What college Presidents must do to prove they don’t condone Antisemitism. Don’t release a phony statement condemning both sides.

What college Presidents must do to prove they don’t condone Antisemitism. I’m sure you’ve seen the phony statements by these school Presidents about the recent riots and attacks on and against Jewish students. Nothing but lip service.

If truly serious these so-called school leaders must go personally to these protests and confront the students and faculty head on. Send them home or back to class. Tell them that the time and place is not on campus during school hours and tell them that they will be expelled or fired when making personal threats

Is it really one down two to go? House approves resolution demanding MIT; Harvard presidents resign after antisemitism testimony.

Is it really one down two to go? Yesterday we saw a bipartisan resolution condemning antisemitism and asking two college presidents to resign. But, does anyone think that there’s only two college Presidents who feel like the ones who testified?

So, who’s next with these radical groups? Will they take their protests to the homes of the Jews, Christians, and any other group or religious organization they have issues with? And when do the Democrat politicians stand up and say enough is enough?

Looking across the country, I’m willing to bet the number is huge,10,20, maybe close to 100? This is a sickness, and I don’t know how you fix it. If anyone has the answer or answers, I’m all ears.

Short and sweet. Thomas recuses himself only if the three Liberal Justices recuse themselves.

Short and sweet. Thomas recuses himself only if the three Liberal Justices recuse themselves. Seems as if some Democrats want Justice Thomas to recuse himself from hearing the Trump case.

A group of House and Senate Democrats sent a letter to the Supreme Court on Monday requesting that Justice Clarence Thomas recuse himself from any future cases involving the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol or efforts to overturn the 2020 election, along with a “written explanation for his failure to recuse himself” in previous cases on those subjects.

I’m wondering why they left out the three Liberal justices since they have said negative things in the past about former President Trump.

Hybrid VS Plug in Hybrid.

Hybrid VS Plug in Hybrid. Some folks confuse the two with an all electric car. But the two hybrid’s still have gasoline Engines. And the EV does not. I leave out the EV because I think it’s time still hasn’t come. So below I used a Honda dealership that explains the difference.

Hybrid vs. Plug-in Hybrid: The Basics

You may be wondering: What’s the difference between hybrid and plug-in hybrid? We’ve listed the main differences between these vehicles below:

  • Standard hybrid vehicles rely on their gas engines to keep their batteries charged as you drive.
  • Standard hybrid vehicles use their gas and electric motors interchangeably to maximize your fuel efficiency.
  • Plug-in hybrids use a larger battery that is charged with a 120-volt or 240-volt outlet at your Tampa home. They also have a “backup” gas engine.
  • Plug-in hybrids use electric power until it’s depleted, then switch to the gas engine.

Hybrid vs. Plug-in Hybrid: Benefits of Standard Hybrid Vehicles

There are many benefits that come with making the switch to a hybrid vehicle over a conventional model. To begin, hybrid vehicles can maximize your fuel economy by switching between using their electric engine at lower speeds and the gas engine at higher speeds. Plus, traditional hybrid vehicles are an excellent option for Land O’ Lakes drivers who don’t want to rely on home charging. Since the gas engine charges the battery as you drive, you won’t need to stop and recharge the internal batteries to continue receiving high fuel economy ratings.

Hybrid vs. Plug-in Hybrid: Benefits of Plug-In Hybrid Models

Plug-in hybrid models also work with a gas engine and an electric motor, but the way that energy is distributed is different compared to standard hybrid models. A plug-in hybrid will primarily run on its electric motor until it’s depleted, then the gasoline engine will take over.

Rather than having two engines working simultaneously, plug-in hybrid vehicles use the gasoline engine as a “backup” for when the electric engine is out of charge. The distance traveled while operating solely on the battery is known as the vehicle’s electric range. However, once that limit is reached, you’ll need to plug your car in to regain battery power.

Since you can pre-charge your vehicle, many plug-in hybrid cars offer the range you need to run errands around town or take your commute on pure battery power, allowing you to save gas for longer trips.
