Winning for now. California school district’s critical race theory ban, transgender notification policy stand for now, judge rules. In the last election three new board members joined the Temecula school board.

Board members Joseph Komrosky, Danny Gonzalez and Jen Wiersma, elected in 2022 as what was then a Christian conservative majority on the five-member board, voted in for the ban. Board members Allison Barclay and Steven Schwartz, who have often opposed initiatives of the board majority, voted no.

Here’s what I find interesting, and we will see if this will stand. California Attorney General Rob Bonta sued Chino Valley, and a judge last September granted Bonta’s request for a temporary restraining order to block that district from enforcing its policy. In the Temecula case, in which the district’s policy is based on Chino Valley’s, Keen made the opposite ruling.

Liz Truss. One of my new world Heroes.

Liz Truss. One of my new world Heroes. The former British Prime minister lasted a very short time. Biden and Europe’s deep state did her in. She had great plans to turn their economy around.

Below is the lefts attack on Liz. Some say she should have stayed and fight the good old boy network. When your own party joins in on the attack, you have little chance to succeed.

Liz now is starting a new Conservative movement in the UK. She spoke at CPAC and had some chilling things to say about Biden and the left. Time will tell if she succeeds.

Liz is just one example. Others are succedong where she failed. All over Europe the right is surging ahead. Everywhere you look, the left is losing – in Italy, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Hungary and now, following an election victory for the New Democracy, Greece.

The women of the new right are more concerned with protecting borders, jobs and families. They may differ about how much free trade and state intervention there should be. But they are united by their patriotism and refusal to be cowed by green ‘net zero’ agendas. They also oppose those who reject the reality of biological sex. As women, they are less easily accused of bigotry when they reject trans ideology. When they propose to abolish income tax for couples who have three or more children – as Meloni has done – they can’t be accused of male chauvinism.

A real stress breaker. NYPD Dance team.

A real stress breaker. NYPD Dance team. The team isn’t an official part of the department, but that didn’t stop the plenty of reactions dunking on the dancing itself. When I saw this, I had to agree with a person on X who said something about defunding the police.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) defended the New York Police Department’s (NYPD) dance crew after a viral video of the team performing last week sparked online criticism.

“This team SERVES and protects! Honored to join the NYPD Dance team at City Hall. I think it’s so important that our women and men in uniform have outlets like this to express themselves and bond. They work hard on the clock and dance hard off the clock — like true New Yorkers,” Adams wrote Tuesday on X, formerly Twitter.

Google messes up big time.

Google messes up big time. Forget it if you tried to use Google’s AI Wednesday. You would not be able to find white folk.

Google apologized for its artificial intelligence chatbot generating images that portrayed historical figures as inaccurately racially and ethnically diverse.

Jack Krawczyk, the head of product for Google’s AI division, released a statement on Wednesday acknowledging that the company’s chatbot, Gemini, created images in which it presented several white historical figures as black, Native American, or Asian, including the Founding Fathers and the pope. Several conservative users noticed the inaccuracies and blasted the search engine, alleging that it was evidence of how “woke” the AI model was.

Just my two cents. Why the UAW has no choice but to try and Unionize other auto and battery plants.

Just my two cents. Why the UAW has no choice but to try and Unionize other auto and battery plants. What choice does the union management have?

We all have seen the numbers. The auto plants when they switch over to all electric, will be half the size of what they are now. Management knows that but they don’t care because they will keep their jobs.

If non union auto workers ask the tough questions, there’s no way that they will vote to unionize. So how will this be done?

The UAW says it will spend $40 million in new funds to support the organizing of workers in nonunion auto plants and battery facilities, “particularly in the South,” through 2026.

Ninth Circuit Lets Stand Ruling That Gun Ads Ban Is ‘Likely Unconstitutional’.

Ninth Circuit Denies Request to Rehear Panel Decision, Lets Stand Ruling That Gun Ads Ban Is ‘Likely Unconstitutional’. The fanatics on the left again went to the 9th to try and get them to reconsider their earlier rulling.

Yesterday a request to rehear en banc a September 2023 three-judge panel ruling that found California’s ban on gun advertisements in junior sports magazines “likely unconstitutional.”

Second Amendment Foundation executive director Alan Gottlieb commented on the Ninth Circuit’s refusal to rehear the case en banc, saying, “It seems like it has been forever since the 9th Circuit has refused to hear a gun case en banc. Hopefully this is a new trend.”

What Trump did was nothing compared to Ted Kennedy. Russian Collusion.

What Trump did was nothing compared to Ted Kennedy. Russian Collusion. So left wing fanatics and Never Trumpers are upset with Trumps statement on NATO. Even go as far as claiming Russian Collusion(Again).

Well let’s go back to the WP and Forbes Magazine on Russian Collusion and Ted Kennedy. In the 70’s and early 80’s Kennedy had regular meetings with his friends the Russians. Even asked for their help. Oh my.Teddy used another US Senator for assistance in these meetings with his Russian Allies. Double Oh My.

Now some MSM and Politifact ran phony fact checks with Politifact saying it was mostly false. Based on what? The other Senator said not true. In this case I believe The WP and Forbes.

Guard Rails don’t hold up to Electric vehicles. Same with crashing into regular cars.

Guard Rails don’t hold up to Electric vehicles. Video from the crash tests show two models of electric vehicles — the Tesla Model 3 Sedan and the Rivian R1T pickup — smashing through guardrails that are meant to stop, deflect or absorb the impact of a crash and prevent vehicles from hitting dangerous objects on the other side.

Also what happens when a EV car is involved in a wreck with a regular car?

Michael Brooks, executive director of the nonprofit Center for Auto Safety, said he, too, is concerned about the weight of EVs because buyers seem to be demanding a range of 300 or more miles per charge, requiring heavy batteries.

The official, Jennifer Homendy, raised the issue in a speech in Washington to the Transportation Research Board. She noted, by way of example, that an electric GMC Hummer weighs about 9,000 pounds (4,000 kilograms), with a battery pack that alone is 2,900 pounds (1,300 kilograms) — roughly the entire weight of a typical Honda Civic.

Homendy noted that Ford’s F-150 Lightning EV pickup is 2,000 to 3,000 pounds (900 to 1,350 kilograms) heavier than the same model’s combustion version.

Reasons Companies flee NY and CA. Taxes, Legislatures, and Weaponization of Prosecutors.

Reasons Companies flee NY and CA. Taxes, Legislatures, and Weaponization of Prosecutors. Common sense tells us that Blue states are not business friendly.

The taxes and state legislatures have gotten out of hand. But now your local prosecutors and AG’S have started crusades against Corporations and individuals like Trump and Cuomo. James in New York took over where Spitzer left off.

Below is a Newsmax Article.

New York businesses may leave the state following New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron’s historic $364 million verdict against Donald Trump, top financial services executives tell the New York Post.

They already considered the New York State Attorney General’s Office a major obstruction to doing business, starting with New York AG Elliot Spitzer, aka the sheriff of Wall Street. Despite forcing financial firms to fork over billions, Spitzer’s cases primarily focused on minor offenses.

The office has liberally used state laws, such as the Martin act, for political advancement, according to the Post.

In the cases against Trump and former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, New York AG Letitia James has taken Spitzer’s strategies to a new level, Wall Street executives say.

Trump’s case centered on his real estate company’s valuations for its properties on loan applications to a major bank that did its own due diligence, hardly a capital offense.

James ran for office repeatedly vowing she would prosecute Trump. Just for that alone — believe business leaders, most of whom are not supporters of Trump — James should have been disqualified.

The AG’s case against Cuomo was based on sex-offense accusations that never materialized in court — but forced Cuomo from office.

Wall Street bigs are astounded at Friday’s judgment against Trump, the AG’s thirst for power, leftists running the state legislature, and Gov. Kathy Hochul making the state unlivable.

They also fear George Soros-funded Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

This is why major companies are now considering joining Goldman Sachs, which is moving to Texas; hedge funds pulling up stakes for Florida; and private equity titans like Blackstone leaving for Miami.

Bloomberg estimates $2 trillion in assets have left New York and California for Texas, Florida and other Sun Belt states where the cost of living is as much as 40% cheaper. Rampant crime, high taxes and exorbitant housing costs have been their main reasons for leaving — and now they can add to that a hostile political and legal environment.

In the three years through March 2023, 370 major investment firms with $2.7 trillion in assets under management—2.5% of the total assets managed by investment firms in the U.S.—moved their headquarters to a new state.

Even North Carolina and Tennessee saw more than $600 billion in assets seek refuge, primarily due to AllianceBernstein’s jump from New York to Nashville in 2021 and Allspring Global Investment giving up San Francisco for Charlotte in 2022.

The mass migration is taking a toll on California’s and New York’s tax revenue base, as well as career prospects for financial professionals. In 1990, 33% of all U.S. financial industry jobs were in New York, but by last year, New York’s share of these jobs had shrunk to 17.6%.

“It’s embarrassing what you have to put up with to do business here,” one top executive told the Post. “We look like idiots staying here.”
